SANE is a UK-wide mental health charity working to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by mental illness. The role
The Data, Insight and Impact Lead will help us understand, demonstrate and increase the difference we make. Working across our programmes and services, you will turn data into clear insights, reports, dashboards and impact stories that improve services, support decision-making and shape future priorities.
Working alongside the Head of Programmes and Business Development and colleagues across the charity, you will bring together information from different programmes and systems. The purpose of this role
This is a new role, created as part of a restructuring of the GA's operational team. The Administrative Coordinator is the human face of the GA's operational work. About the role
We are seeking a friendly, confident person who can work under their own initiative and is looking to establish or further their career in administration. You would be working in a suitable home working environment, regularly connecting online with the administration team to ensure our volunteers and school partners receive a positive and helpful response to their enquiries and maintain efficiency and data integrity through our onboarding processes.
You will work closely with our support team and trainers to ensure that our volunteer and school customer journeys run efficiently and help raise awareness in local communities.
Day to day you will process safeguarding checks and support new volunteers to progress smoothly through our training journey, often interacting via online calls. You will manage incoming enquiries via phone and email and support the wider remotely based team with administrative tasks. Use of Salesforce is integral to the role, with accurate records enabling us to provide a high level of customer service.

The Outreach Officer plays a key role in raising awareness of services, strengthening community

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job:
- To promote the training package, to build and maintain effective relationships with general practice teams, and to recruit local general practices to participate in the training package.
- To provide in-house training for general practice teams on understanding, recognising and responding to domestic abuse.
- To provide ongoing specialist advice and support around domestic abuse to practice teams.
- To encourage general practice health professionals to ask patients about their experience of abuse and respond, record, safety check and refer.
- To provide specialist, individual and needs-led advocacy and support to patients who are or have experienced domestic abuse who are referred from participating practices, and to provide onward referrals where appropriate.
- To collect and collate performance and monitoring data for reporting purposes and also with a view to further embedding and developing the programme locally.
- To work in partnership with Southampton IDVA service to deliver Pippa (Prevention, Intervention and Public Protection Alliance) providing initial advice, information and guidance to victims, professionals, and family members. To participate in the delivery of the on-call out of hours on a rota basis
- Work with those experiencing domestic abuse to increase their personal safety, and that of any children, and inform them of their rights and options in terms of housing, legal and welfare rights

You will help people affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND) to access high-quality, safe, inclusive and person-centred support. Working closely with volunteers, health and social care professionals, and local partners, you will build strong community connections, facilitate access to relevant information and services, helping people make informed choices about the support available to them.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a team of Community Support Volunteers

As Team Lead, you will provide operational leadership to a team of Community Wellbeing Coordinators, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for residents.
