About the role
As CRM Lead (Product Owner), you will own the vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for Save the Children's Salesforce CRM ecosystem, ensuring it continually evolves to meet the needs of our fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement teams. Leading a team of three CRM professionals, you will act as the voice of the business within agile delivery teams, balancing operational, technical and strategic priorities to maximise value from our CRM investment.

Purpose of the job
The successful candidate will be employed as part of the Evidence Team working in a supportive, dynamic and fast-moving environment. While the post is initially funded for a year, there is likely to be further funding to work on projects related to the monitoring of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) beyond this date. The role is to aid in the delivery of a range of projects within the Evidence Program. These projects will focus on evidence collection in relation to nature-based solutions for flooding and water quality issues, as well as supporting a network of citizen scientists to carry out water quality sampling. The role will require close collaboration with a variety of project partners from local to national scales.
You will work across several projects to collect and analyse water quality evidence relating to NbS that have been installed across London or are planned to be installed. This will involve visiting sites across London regularly to survey sites, collect samples, and speak to local stakeholders.
You will work closely with our network of citizen scientists to support their efforts to measure water quality in their local area. This will involve distributing equipment and PPE, responding to their queries, and visiting sites with them to discuss local pollution issues and potential solutions.
This job would suit somebody who has an interest in river water quality, enjoys working outside, is a good problem solver, and likes working with people.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Routine water quality sampling of NbS installations.
· Installation and maintenance of monitoring equipment (e.g. real-time water quality sensors).

Purpose of the role
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Frazzled's online and face-to-face peer support programme.
Working closely with the Head of Programmes, you'll oversee Frazzled’s meeting schedules, recruit and support volunteer facilitators, coordinate training and onboarding, carry out regular observations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programme. The Race Equality Foundation has been awarded a transformative multi-year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) as part of its Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership. The Lambeth Refuge Service provides skilled, specialist support for women and children across our refuges, enabling them to address both their practical and emotional needs during this difficult time of transition. You’ll introduce new residents to Solace services, explain key policies, and ensure they are aware of internal and external support options. Working alongside each resident, you will develop support plans, assist with benefits and housing applications, accompany them to appointments when needed.
Days in the refuge can be unpredictable, and the role requires some lone working, as such we need staff who feel comfortable working alone as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, practical, and resilient, with a genuine commitment to supporting survivors of domestic abuse. You’re confident working in a busy, varied environment and can balance hands‑on tasks with administrative responsibilities.
