Salary
The salary for this position is £55,095 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, you will take on a varied role including:
- Managing the monthly management accounts process including month end reports, as well as gathering and analysing commentary from key stakeholders.
- Regularly forecasting and supporting with business planning. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Using financial analysis to help teams make informed decisions.
- Developing trend analysis to support forecasting.
- Engaging in the comprehensive design, development, and continuous maintenance of intricate financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making and ensure accuracy in financial forecasting.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience working at Finance Business Partner level supporting either Fundraising or Marcomms departments (or both).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate and present financial information to non-financial colleagues.
- Ability to undertake detailed analysis of financial data.
- Either part or fully qualified CCAB/CIMA.
DBS - note that a Basic DBS check is required for this role.

Role summary: You will work with the Community Savers Leadership and key partners on the strategic development of community action, projects, and partnerships that reduce health inequalities and promote social justice. This will include networking and building relationships with existing and potential statutory and non-statutory partners; bringing in appropriate expertise to achieve community-led development projects; direct support for community action such as community-led research projects and partnerships; community mapping, visioning and action planning; supporting reflection and evaluation; and sharing learning widely. You will also supervise the coordination support provided to affiliated groups and leaders by our Community Action Coordinator (Manchester); ensuring a community-led process underpins leadership and associational development.

Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in helping Embrace the Middle East bring hope, dignity and lasting change to some of the region's most vulnerable communities. Working alongside local Christian partners and churches in the Middle East, you will help to ensure that life-changing programmes are delivered effectively, relationships are nurtured and vital support reaches those who need it most.
As a key member of the Programmes, Partnerships and Advocacy team, you will coordinate programme activities, support grant and partnership management processes, maintain high-quality information and contribute to projects that strengthen our impact across the Middle East. About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Insight Analyst to be the lead analyst and data product owner dedicated to our Support and Influencing directorate. You’ll develop high-quality reporting, analysis and data products that help colleagues understand service performance, improve access and equity, and demonstrate the impact of our services, policy and influencing work.
Working across the Data team and closely with Support and Influencing colleagues, you’ll lead the development of consistent data collection processes, KPI definitions and analytical frameworks. You’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports service design, strategic planning, evaluation, partnerships and decision-making across the charity.
About you
You’ll bring extensive experience in data analysis and BI development, with a strong track record of leading end-to-end reporting and analysis in complex organisations. You’ll be confident working with multiple datasets and data sources, developing reporting and analytics roadmaps with stakeholders, and presenting findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
You’ll have strong skills in SQL and Excel, alongside experience using BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. You’ll be a collaborative problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity, build trusted relationships, champion data quality and help others feel confident using data and insight to improve services and outcomes.

£42,000 to £46,000 per annum if London-based

Our Employability division is expanding due to the procurement of a new Liverpool Connect to Work contract, and we therefore look to welcome an Employment Specialist into our experienced team. This role is often referred to as a career coach.
As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals facing barriers to employment, education and training to achieve their career aspirations and build brighter futures. The Supported Employment Specialist will deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support in line with the SEQF fidelity model. This role is focused on enabling people with disabilities, learning difficulties/disabilities, neuro-diverse conditions, poor mental health or individuals from other disadvantaged and/or complex backgrounds to prepare for, secure, and sustain meaningful paid employment aligned with their goals, while promoting inclusion, independence, and long-term wellbeing.
The role combines one-to-one support, employer engagement, collaboration with multidisciplinary mental health teams/community organisations and promote integration with Region’s Employability network.
Key duties:
- Deliver personalised, strengths-based employment support to individuals facing barriers to employment, education and training.
- Build trusted relationships with participants to identify aspirations, develop vocational goals and support progression into sustainable outcomes.
- Apply supported employment principles, including vocational profiling, job matching, rapid job search and in-work support, to achieve positive participant outcomes.

Qualifications
We will need you to have:
- Five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C/4 or above
- Knowledge of supported employment principles and employer engagement techniques.
- Qualification in Supported Employment/IPS or work towards achievement within 9 months
- Experience with learning disabilities/ASD/mental health/complex health challenges and/or disadvantaged groups
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience delivering supported employment services
- Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) skills – IEP Level 2/3
- Understanding of welfare benefits and employment legislation

The Head of Policy & Influencing is responsible for shaping and delivering the Foundation’s policy and influencing strategy within the Impact on Urban Health (IoUH) directorate. The Head of Policy & Influencing provides strategic oversight of all influencing work, guiding Policy & Influencing Managers and the Policy & Convening Manager, and advising colleagues on how to maximise policy impact. Key Responsibilities
