The role

Reporting to the Director of Intelligence and Prevention, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of intelligence analysts, data analysts, developers and client managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality intelligence products that help organisations identify, understand and respond to modern slavery and human trafficking risks.

You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, overseeing intelligence products, developing new services and technologies, contributing to commercial growth and representing STOP THE TRAFFIK externally with partners and clients. Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in delivering the organisation's impact and income ambitions.

Key responsibilities

· Lead and develop STOP THE TRAFFIK's multidisciplinary Intelligence Team.

· Deliver strategic and tactical intelligence products for businesses, financial institutions and law enforcement.

· Develop and implement the organisation's intelligence strategy and structured intelligence cycle.

· Lead the continued development of the Traffik Analysis Hub (TA Hub), STOP APP and future intelligence products.

· Build and maintain strategic relationships with commercial partners and generate new business opportunities through networking, presentations and sector engagement.

· Work across the Senior Leadership Team to achieve organisational impact and income objectives.

About you

In this role, you will:

• To interview and assess clients to help sustain their settled accommodation.

• Following initial assessment to go through a programme of work with clients accepted to cover accommodation needs, independent living skills, support with work and learning and social and emotional issues.

• Support clients through a programme of regular visits. These may include support and advice, or more structured life-skills training as required.

• To be available to deal with clients who need help or advice, either by phone or on a drop-in basis.

• To create a package of support around the client, signposting where appropriate.

• You will maximize collections of rents and service charges and hold responsibility for the accurate reporting of rental income, voids, and allocations to DePaul’s finance team.

• You will consult with local Housing Benefit Teams, Social Service Departments, or other authorities regarding individual rental income claims.

• You will work proactively with keyworkers and clients to develop personal payment plans to support clients not to incur rental debt.

• You will be the first point of contact for landlord queries and contractors.

• You will support the resolution of disputes between occupants and/or neighbours.

• You will be responsible for the maintenance of records which support the efficient housing management e.g. repairs and maintenance, lettings, ASB etc.

• To work in a manner that promotes positive teamwork.

• To take part in a rota of staff cover for drop in and programmed sessions as required.

• Demonstrate a commitment to client involvement by advocating client involvement opportunities, for example by actively promoting the Voice of Depaul to clients and holding residents’ meetings.

Key responsibilities:

• Work jointly with the Mental Health Practitioner in conducting assessments, including risk assessment, and to work with patients to support them in identifying their socially determined needs and goals, provide self-management tools and facilitate the development of personal support plans
• Provide a range of motivational and structured psychosocial interventions
• Promote independence through an enabling asset-based approach that draws on individuals’ strengths, preferences and ‘natural’ support networks
• Establish effective working relationships with a range of agencies to facilitate a ‘joined up’ approach to support plans
• Liaise with, develop and maintain good relations with GPs, practice managers and other health practitioners across mental health and physical health pathways and wider support networks

• Promote and support (where necessary) advised follow up actions from physical health checks for people with serious mental illness
• Support patients to engage with local peer support workers and volunteering services
• Support and supervise any peer support workers linked to PCN
• Work with the service to identify opportunities to expand provision particularly in local communities where there is a lack of service provision identified
• Broker and establish new partnerships between public and voluntary sector agencies to enhance service delivery and access to services
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with service users, partner agencies and appropriate external agencies
• Complete locally agreed quality outcome measures, with patients and to undertake regular reviews

An exciting oppurtunity has arisen within Safenet Lancashire Community Outreach team for a DRIVE Independent Domestic violence Advisor supporting High risk victims of domestic abuse in the community.

Using your experience of delivering support to victim of domestic abuse, you will provide high quality and pro-active front line service helping to keep survivors safe. You will be assessing risk, completing safety and support plans, and ensuring the service offer is accessible and inclusive to all.

· Be present in hospital and community locations to support young people that are impacted by violence.

The Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCOphth) is a membership organisation and the voice of the profession, with over 4,750 members in the UK and overseas. Our role is to champion the specialty, set standards of training and practice, and influence change to make a difference to the lives of patients with eye conditions.

Job Purpose 

The Director of Examinations plays an important role within the College, providing strategic leadership, oversight and delivery of our exam function in the UK and overseas, at the same time as ensuring alignment with best practice and GMC standards.

This role has responsibility for a budget of £2M+ and for the delivery of exams to around 3,000 candidates each year. The postholder is also responsible for leading a team of six members of staff and forms a key part of our Senior Leadership Team, taking corporate responsibility for the overall direction and operational management of the College.

Main responsibilities 

1. To oversee the strategic direction and delivery of exams 

• Provide strategic leadership for the College's examination function, ensuring all examinations are designed, delivered and continuously improved in accordance with the College's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, obligations and recognised best practice 

• Develop and implement the long-term exams strategy, anticipating future developments in medical education, assessment, AI technology and regulation to identify opportunities, manage risks and ensure the continued relevance and sustainability of the College's examinations 

• Ensure the College's examinations meet the standards required by the General Medical Council (GMC) and other relevant regulatory bodies, maintaining robust governance, quality assurance and standard-setting processes that demonstrate examinations are valid, reliable and fit for purpose 

• Lead the strategic planning, financial management and performance of the examinations function, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets while maintaining high-quality services and identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency

• Provide strategic oversight of the recruitment, development and performance of the College's volunteer examiner workforce, ensuring examiners are appropriately trained, supported and calibrated to deliver assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements and recognised best practice 

• Serve as the executive lead for the College's Examinations Committee and its subcommittee structure, providing strategic advice, governance support and assurance to enable effective oversight of the examination function and its ongoing development 

• Lead the College's relationship with the GMC, acting as the principal point of engagement on examination matters. Ensure timely and robust regulatory reporting, represent the College in formal discussions, and provide assurance that examinations continue to meet all applicable regulatory standards 

• Build and maintain productive relationships with key UK stakeholders, including the Postgraduate Dean for Ophthalmology, the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (AoMRC), NHS partners and other professional bodies, influencing developments in postgraduate medical assessment and promoting collaboration across the sector 

• Lead the College's engagement with international partners, including examination delivery organisations, host institutions and the College of Ophthalmology of Eastern, Central and Southern Africa (COESCA), supporting the strategic growth, quality assurance and sustainable development of the College's international examination portfolio 

• Represent the College externally on matters relating to examinations and assessment, acting as a trusted advisor to senior clinical leaders, regulators and partner organisations, and enhancing the College's reputation as a leader in postgraduate medical assessment. 

3. To lead the directorate 

• Provide executive leadership of the team, creating a high-performing, collaborative and customer-focused culture that enables colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes

We are looking for a supportive and motivating Progression Coach to join our established and respected Step Up programme and help people with a wide range of mental health issues progress towards their goals. These can include volunteering, training or paid employment.

Step Up has been running successfully in Hackney since 2015 and works in partnership with statutory and voluntary mental health services. We work with people living with a rage of conditions including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Through workshops, training and individual coaching, people are supported to gain confidence, independence, vocational skills and resilience with a reduction in social isolation. About the Role

As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will provide high quality administrative support to the service. Victim Support is seeking a committed and detail-focused Team Leader to help coordinate and maintain excellent support for witnesses within the busy Court environment at Medway Magistrates Court. You will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader, volunteers, and wider service ensuring witnesses receive timely, compassionate, and effective support throughout their justice journey.

This role to provide maternity cover for up to 9 months working 30 hours per week and is based at Medway Magistrates Court .
