Working closely with the Data & Appeals Manager, you will help maintain and develop the organisation’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with GDPR.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong experience working with CRM systems (ideally Raiser’s Edge),
• Advanced Excel skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of using MS Excel formulae and functions, such as Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, removal of duplicates and calculus
  • Experience running and building queries to obtain targeted data selections, including exporting of relevant data for direct mail appeals and reports
  • Experience of working with large data sets, including undertaking data manipulation, importing of data, cleaning and interrogating data
  • Experience of importing clean data into Raiser’s Edge is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in data entry processes with strong understanding of best practice including GDPR, data confidentiality etc
  • You will be an excellent communicator, able to build effective working relationships, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are

THE ROLE

Job Title: Head of CRM

CONTEXT & PURPOSE OF ROLE

SportsAid is currently implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud as our new organisation-wide CRM platform to strengthen engagement with athletes and their parents/care-givers, supporters and funders, partners, alumni, volunteers and other key stakeholders.  The Head of CRM will provide strategic and operational leadership for the charity’s CRM function.  

Initially the focus of the role will be to realise the value of the implementation, including adoption, embedding ways of working and processes across teams, improving data quality, refining reporting, ensuring good system governance and optimising organisation-wide usage. 

Longer term, the role will develop and lead a CRM roadmap, identifying priorities and enhancements for future development and planning the strategic evolution of our new CRM ecosystem and long-term sustainability of our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud platform.

You will lead organisational change, embed best practice CRM processes, ensure high-quality data governance and maximise the value of CRM insights to support fundraising, programme delivery, marketing, partnerships and impact reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 CRM Strategy & Leadership

• Champion CRM adoption across all function areas.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on CRM best practice.
• Lead continuous improvement and optimisation of the platform.
• Develop and deliver a multi-year CRM roadmap aligned to organisational strategy.
• Act as Product Owner for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 Experience

• Substantial experience of a similar role within a UK charity (essential).
• Experience with:

What the job involves

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.

You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships with mid and high-value supporters, providing tailored stewardship that motivates, inspires and maximises their long-term fundraising impact. Communications Assistant

• 15 hours per week at £15.00 an hour (Actual salary £11,700 - FTE £27,300)

The Communications Assistant will provide hands-on support to the Communications Manager in the ideation, creation and delivery of our regular external communications. This includes helping to grow our social media following, creating and scheduling content, sourcing and designing images, providing copywriting support, and responding to comments across our channels. The role will also involve drafting and scheduling newsletters and providing administrative support with our databases.

This is a 15‑hour‑per‑week role, with the potential to grow in the future. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can spread their hours across the week to support consistent content delivery, but we are open to discussing alternative working patterns for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have experience in a communications, marketing or social media role. They will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have basic video editing and/or animation skills. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice for different channels are essential, as is confidence using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.

Purpose of the job

As Major Donor Manager, you will support the delivery of UK Youth's major donor programme, cultivating high-value, long-term relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) individuals in support of UK Youth's mission and vision. You will build and manage a pipeline of major donors and prospects, working towards income targets that grow year on year, and play a critical role in securing unrestricted funding, programme funding and transformational capital investment.

The Events and Training Officer will lead on the planning, coordination and delivery of Clinks’ busy calendar of member engagement activity, including online and in-person events, training sessions, and our flagship annual conference.

Events and Training Programme Coordination 

• Coordinate the delivery of Clinks’ annual programme of events and training, working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a consistent, high-quality offer. 

• Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, speaker and facilitator liaison, registration, delivery support and follow-up. 

• Act as the main point of contact for all events and training enquiries, providing excellent support to members, delegates and partners. 

• Ensure events are delivered in the most cost-effective way, to budget, and in line with Clinks’ internal processes.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Officer with a genuine passion for conversation, connection, and community to join our Digital Engagement Team.

As the Senior Social Media Officer, you will lead the delivery of the charity’s social media activity, as well as the paid boosting strategy of social media content across all platforms.

This is not a broadcasting role: it’s about fostering meaningful engagement with our supporters and raising the voices of young people and children with cancer.

This role is part of the Digital Engagement team, who are responsible for paid media, email marketing and organic social media activity. While social media will be the core focus of this role, experience in paid media and/or email marketing is desirable.

What will I be doing?

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of the organisation’s social media strategy across all major platforms (eg TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and more).
• Lead the planning, development, and execution of the organisation’s paid boosting strategy of social media content across all major platforms, to deliver against comms team objectives (for example, Reach or Engagement KPIs month-on-month, or campaign-on-campaign).

As this is a people-facing role, you will be working with supporters over the phone, online, in writing, and face-to-face, to ensure our supporters receive the ultimate supporter journey and experience.

The post holder should have a full clean driving license and be willing to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends to attend and support events.
