About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Casework Administrator to join the Scottish Regional Office team at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.
You will be responsible for providing specialist administrative support and undertaking virtual telephone casework across the whole of Scotland, working remotely with SSAFA branch volunteers and Regional Office colleagues to ensure a consistent, timely, quality service is provided to SSAFA beneficiaries.
To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to the Scottish Regional Office. You will work closely with the Regional Casework Managers and the Regional Manager.
The post is home-based and lone working with support from your line manager and team colleagues and you must have a fast, stable broadband connection in your proposed workspace. You may have to travel occasionally around Scotland or elsewhere in the UK; expenses will be paid.
About the team
In this role you will be working closely with volunteers from seventeen SSAFA branches across Scotland, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The successful candidate will work as part of a larger team which includes 2 Casework Managers and a Regional Manager and a team of Regional Casework Co-ordinators.
About you
To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of providing excellent customer service by telephone, e-mail and face to face. You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. The successful candidate will have experience of using their own initiative, planning and managing their workload with minimal supervision. You should be experienced at writing descriptive reports following a recommended structure. This role requires you to be a resilient person and it would be advantageous if you understand the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families. An understanding of the voluntary sector and preferably the military charity sector landscape across Scotland would be valuable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard in line with recipes, dietary requirements and allergen procedures

About the role

About the role
The Regional Communications Officer role is an exciting and varied opportunity to work with Emmaus communities across the South of the UK, helping to raise their profile and engage supporters.
You will work closely with up to four Emmaus communities to identify their communications needs and deliver a mix of activity to help them achieve their goals. The Partnerships Manager will play a key role in driving income growth through philanthropy and strategic partnerships. Our Service
Employment is a key part of mental health recovery. Our employment services are delivered in line with the SEQF (Supported Employment Quality Framework) model, supporting people with mental health challenges to retain paid employment in line with their aspirations. SEQF is delivered in close partnership with community groups, employers, commissioners and the wider system.
Due to receiving new funding we are excited to expand our WorkPlace Leeds service to develop our existing support in the community.
The Role
We are recruiting a Supported Employment Team Leader to provide strong, visible leadership to our employment support teams.
You will have operational responsibility for the quality, fidelity, performance and development of a team of Employment Specialists delivering IPS‑aligned supported employment. The role combines people management, quality assurance, partnership working with community groups, commissioners and system partners, and service improvement to ensure individuals with mental health needs, neurodiversity and learning disabilities are supported to find, start and sustain paid employment.
This is a leadership role, not a caseload‑holding post, and is ideal for someone motivated by developing people, embedding best practice and improving outcomes at service level.
Essential Skills and Experience:
· Experience providing operational leadership and supervising staff within employment, supported employment or mental health services
· A strong understanding of IPS, SEQF and recovery‑focused employment approaches, with the ability to embed quality and fidelity in day‑to‑day practice
· Experience supporting people with mental health needs, neurodiversity and/or learning disabilities
· Confidence using quality frameworks, performance data and evaluation to drive improvement and accountability
· Proven ability to contribute to service planning, resource management and performance‑led delivery
· A values‑led, inclusive and trauma‑informed leadership style, living our core values every day

The Opportunity
Engagement is becoming central to how school leaders think about improvement. The 2026 White Paper reframed it as a lead indicator of school improvement. Ofsted's new framework gives it weight. MAT CEOs and headteachers increasingly want termly data they can act on, and TEP is built to provide exactly that.
We have a strong foundation in the North of England, as a region with some of our founding partners, including Outwood Grange Academies Trust, The Education Alliance, BDAT and Pathfinder were among our Research in the Commission for Engagement and a Lead Indicator and we are proud to still have in our community. However, there is still substantial appetite across the North for TEP to give trust and school leaders precision they can act on. There is a pipeline of interested trusts. And there is real opportunity to shape a regional story (events, flagship partnerships, local authority engagement) that compounds as partnerships grow.
The Regional Director will own that opportunity and lead business development in the region. You'll be building on a proven product and a credible research base, and joining at the point where regional presence matters most. Early work will focus on opening new partnerships at trust level, stewarding a small number of strategic relationships with sector bodies and Teaching School Hubs, and establishing TEP as a trusted voice in the region.

The role
You'll lead TEP's growth and business development across the North of England: opening new partnerships with schools and trusts, stewarding strategic relationships with sector bodies, and shaping how TEP shows up in the region. You'll have real autonomy, backed by a Director who's hands-on with strategy, a growing marketing function, and the research weight of ImpactEd Group behind you.
There are three main areas of responsibility:

Winning new partnerships: Lead new business across the North of England, opening conversations with schools and trusts, converting them into partnerships, and delivering against termly targets.

Growing strategic partnerships: Steward the region's highest-value partnerships (typically Teaching School Hubs, sector bodies, or place-based local authority partnerships), leading the relationship and evidencing TEP's impact.

Contributing to TEP more broadly: Feed regional intelligence into TEP's business planning: where the growth is, where the risks are, and help embed scalable ways of working.
About you
We are open to a range of backgrounds, though it is likely the successful candidate will have significant experience working in or closely with schools and education, and experience in selling products or developing partnerships with school leaders. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office or on the road. You should be willing to travel across the North of England for partner meetings, conferences and events (approximately 50% of your time), with occasional UK-wide travel.

To support this growth, we are recruiting for a full time National Director of Operations to lead our delivery across England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and emerging community settings, with an ambition to reach Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in scaling our impact and strengthening our presence across the criminal justice system and beyond.
As National Director of Operations, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for our learning programmes in prisons and community settings. You will ensure high‑quality, consistent and accessible delivery, overseeing a team of six Regional Managers and a wider workforce of around 65 staff, volunteers and over 2,000 peer mentors trained each year.
Working closely with senior colleagues, partner organisations and national bodies such as HMPPS, you will drive programme excellence, innovation and partnership working. You will also play a key role in new business development, operational strategy, contractual delivery and ensuring we can reliably demonstrate the impact of our work.
The role requires an experienced operational leader with a deep commitment to improving outcomes for people facing disadvantage. You will bring:
- Senior leadership experience in a complex, multi‑site environment.
- A track record of delivering large-scale programmes and leading distributed teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience working with statutory bodies or large public-sector partners (e.g. HMPPS).

This is a home-based role but will require travel around the UK including overnight stays. This role is 5 days per week (35 hours) with working days/hours to be mutually agreed in line with business needs.

The Regional Fundraiser is responsible for delivering sustainable net income through a variety of income streams across a hospice catchment area in line with fundraising strategy.
The post holder delivers locally tailored activity, building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters, community groups, businesses and volunteers to grow income and engagement.
Working closely with the Regional Fundraising Team Manager and colleagues, the role contributes to planning, delivery and mitigation across key income streams.
As an ambassador, representing the charity within the local community, promoting collaboration across hospice, retail and fundraising teams.

Through excellent supporter care, compliant practice and flexible cross-team collaboration, the Regional Fundraiser drives net income and supports the long-term sustainability and reputation of Sue Ryder.
