On one hand, this means strong data handling skills and experience of creating automated dashboards, with the ability to build accessible, user-friendly tools using data from various channels. Meanwhile, they’ll need experience of defining marketing KPIs (such as brand health, campaign exposure, and trends), understanding performance drivers across channels, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They’ll partner with colleagues across the division to understand their data and share recommendations, so excellent communication and presentation skills are key.
