About the Role
As the CRM & Data Insight Lead, you will be responsible for managing one of the organisations most valuable assets, the CRM database (Donorfy), and work to help maximise its value to the strategy and fundraising goals. The direction of travel is set on transforming the charity, in particular, cancer and children’s services. With two capital build projects on the horizon, there is a real opportunity for you to work with the team to use all the CRM and rich data insight to help make evidence-based decisions and bring an elevated level of strategic focus to help transform healthcare across the region and beyond.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across all of the teams, from helping Income Generation and Communications colleagues to use the CRM and data insight to inform strategy and tactics, to helping colleagues in Finance to implement better reporting and more efficient solutions. You will also work closely with the Income Generation and Communications Teams to support their goal of growing the number of supporters and their value to the charity through data-led fundraising and marketing activities.

About the Role
We are seeking a day support worker for our high-quality, self-contained accommodation for women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage. The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic, trauma and psychologically-informed environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The role is located at an 18-bed, 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham.
In this role, you will provide support to all the women, including co-designing and running activities (such as art groups, self-care sessions, nature walks, cooking activities etc.) and accompanying women to appointments. You will work closely with Specialist Support Workers who manage individual resident support and safety plans.
The service and the wider organisation recognise the high levels of trauma that precede and perpetuate homelessness, and the complex, interconnecting needs that develop against this backdrop (including mental and physical health difficulties, substance misuse, brain injury, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal problems, and stigma and exclusion). The service operates as a best-practice, Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), working in close partnership with homeless mental health experts and includes an in-house psychologist, offering therapeutic input to residents, and support and training to staff. In this role, you will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.
The post holder will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 07:45 am to 20:15 pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.
Due to the nature of this women’s supported housing service and the needs of the residents, this role is open to women only. This is considered to be an occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

About the Service
Operating 365 days per week in Oxford and Banbury, Safe Haven diverts people from attending the Emergency Department when they do not need clinical support. The Safe Haven model offers short-term, non-clinical crisis support in an empowering, empathetic, person-centred way.
Oxfordshire Mind’s supported housing service offers accommodation with support in Oxford City and in West and South Oxfordshire for residents with severe and enduring mental health problems who would struggle to live independently.

Role Summary
The Head of People will be responsible for delivering an efficient, compliant and people-focused HR service across the Community Trust, supporting approximately 78 permanent employees and 125 casual workers.
This is a hands-on operational role with a strong focus on employee relations, HR processes and compliance, payroll coordination and finalisation, and providing practical people support to managers across the organisation.
The role will directly manage the People Advisor and the Senior Manager - Recruitment & Training Manager, ensuring the effective delivery of recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations. Collaborating closely with departmental leaders, Finance, and safeguarding teams, the People Lead will ensure that people practices, foster a positive employee experience, and promote a culture aligned with the Trust’s values.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Provide effective day-to-day leadership and management of the People Advisor and Recruitment & Training Manager.
Set priorities, allocate workloads and ensure the People team delivers a high-quality, responsive service across the Trust.
Support the development and performance of direct reports through regular coaching, feedback and development planning.
Foster a collaborative, customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach within the People team.
Employee Relations
Lead and manage employee relations casework, providing advice and guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, probation and capability matters.

The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
· Organise and facilitate effective service communication for the benefit of stroke survivors and carers in understanding and achieving their goals.
