Coordinate the collection and use of data, learning and lived experience evidence.
Develop an impact framework and reporting systems.
Produce briefings and updates for partners, funders and decision-makers.

Could you jointly lead an organisation with bold ambition to end homelessness in Bristol - and put inclusion at the heart of how you lead?
This is a rare opportunity to share leadership, accountability and impact for Caring in Bristol - an ambitious, independent charity working towards a simple but powerful vision: 'No one is homeless in our city'.
We're looking for a Co-Director to take the lead on Finance, Fundraising and People functions.
Location: Hybrid, Bristol (60% onsite, open to negotiation where adjustments may be required)
Salary: £54,550-£61,245 FTE, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, 0.8-1.0 FTE (30 or 37.5 hours)
You'll also receive 33 days' annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata if part time), flexible working, an enhanced 5% pension contribution, an individual learning and development budget, clinical supervision and group reflective practice.
Caring in Bristol believes everyone should be treated with dignity, respect and fairness. We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive organisation where people feel they belong and can thrive.
We're looking for a Co-Director who will champion equality, diversity and inclusion through organisational culture and practice - someone who values lived experience, listens to different perspectives and creates a safe, supportive environment where people can do their best work.
You'll join at an exciting point in Caring in Bristol's development, sharing leadership of an organisation that believes homelessness is not inevitable and is working across the city to prevent it, respond to housing emergencies and create lasting change.
About the role
This definitely isn't your everyday, run-of-the-mill Director or CEO role. You'll have a unique opportunity to co-create and collaborate on your own leadership model, alongside the existing Co-Director, with joint responsibility for strategy, performance and culture.
Taking a lead on finance, fundraising, people and HR, internal operations and governance, you'll make sure people, systems and resources are working effectively to deliver on mission and maximise impact.
Together, you'll make co-leadership work by building trust, challenging each other constructively, bringing complementary strengths and sharing accountability. Alongside the Board, team and people with lived experience, you'll build the confidence, capacity and resources Caring in Bristol needs to deliver its ambition and create lasting change.
We're looking for a different kind of leader
You might be an experienced charity leader, or have come up through finance, operations, organisational development, HR or income generation. You may have taken a less conventional route into leadership. We really don't expect you to tick every box.
We're looking for senior leadership experience, the ability to build a sustainable organisation with strong income and people foundations - plus a genuine passion for developing inclusive, high-performing teams. But just as importantly, we want to understand how you lead.
You'll be someone who:
Knowledge of homelessness, housing or Bristol's voluntary sector would be useful, but it isn't essential. What matters most is your leadership style, values and desire to end homelessness.
Inclusion really matters
We know some groups are under-represented in our workforce, and we're committed to changing that. We particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of homelessness and those from backgrounds under-represented in the charity sector.
We're committed to making recruitment inclusive and accessible. We can offer flexible working and reasonable adjustments throughout the process, and if written applications don't allow you to show your strengths, we're happy to accept audio or video responses too.
Interested?
If you're excited by the chance to help create a Bristol where no one is homeless, we'd love to hear from you. And if you're thinking "I'm not sure I'm the typical candidate" - please don't let that stop you getting in touch.
To register your interest, a CV or draft profile is a great first step. You can send this to Amelia Lee at Charity People directly through the application channel on this website, or just get in touch to request the full job pack.
Closing date: 9am on Monday 14th September
Interview dates are currently being agreed, likely to happen early-mid October.

Not only are we preparing to deliver our Crisis at Christmas campaign, we’re in the private face of a £30M campaign to acquire 100 homes that will provide stable housing for people experiencing some of the most severe forms of homelessness. At the same time, we are delivering a bold ten-year strategy that aims to see the beginning of the end of homelessness by 2034.

You’ll own your pipeline and, with the New Commercial Partnerships Manager, identify, build and convert new sponsorship, cause related marketing and brand partnerships that deliver real value for Crisis, and our new partners.
You’ll be motivated by the challenge of reimagining what new commercial partnerships can deliver at Crisis, and be a self-starter who confidently speaks the language of corporate marketing, brand and buying teams and external agencies.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing & Audience team, our Retail, Media and Client Services teams to package up new high-value commercial propositions at pace.
You’ll be commercially savvy who can spot new opportunities for commercial partnerships that others may miss. We’re looking for someone who can adapt industry priorities, motivations and funding trends into corporate new commercial partnership opportunities for Crisis.
