We’re looking for a Supporter Journey Lead to join our Supporter Experience team.

This is a key role in shaping how supporters experience Help for Heroes across different journeys, touchpoints and moments that matter.

You’ll work with teams across Commercial to map, develop and improve supporter engagement journeys, turning strategy, insight and campaign learning into practical plans that strengthen relevance, supporter experience and long-term value.

About the Role

As Supporter Journey lead, you’ll lead the mapping, development and ongoing improvement of supporter engagement journeys across Commercial.

You’ll work with product owners, delivery teams and enabling colleagues to understand current journeys, define target journeys, identify pain points and opportunities, and turn strategy, audience insight and campaign learning into clear, practical plans.

In this role, you will:

• Map and maintain current and target supporter journeys across Commercial, defining key stages, touchpoints, triggers, handoffs and moments that matter.
• Run journey mapping, process discovery and improvement workshops to identify pain points, gaps, opportunities and inconsistencies.
• Work with product owners and relevant teams to define journey requirements for campaigns, communications, process changes, data capture and operational improvements.
• Coordinate with Digital/ESP, data, content, supporter care, fundraising and other teams to make sure journey changes are understood, aligned and deliverable.
• Help ensure audience segmentation is applied meaningfully, so content, asks and next steps are relevant to different supporter groups.
• Use campaign learning, supporter feedback and operational insight to identify where journeys should be adjusted, strengthened or simplified over time.

About You

Are you someone who enjoys understanding how people experience an organisation across different touchpoints, channels and moments?

Do you like bringing people together to map journeys, uncover pain points and turn ideas, insight and learning into practical improvements?

You’ll be confident working across supporter, customer or audience journeys, with a good understanding of how touchpoints, handoffs, segmentation and communications shape experience.

You’ll be comfortable working with product owners and delivery teams to define clear requirements, actions and workplans, while keeping activity aligned, realistic and deliverable.

You’ll also be someone who can use campaign learning, supporter feedback and basic performance information to identify where journeys could be strengthened, simplified or made more relevant.

Essentially, we’re looking for someone who is supporter-focused, organised, collaborative and practical — with the facilitation and relationship-building skills to help teams improve journeys and create better experiences over time.

Supporter Experience is a newly formed department within Commercial, created to help us better understand, engage, support and motivate our supporters.

Good Law project’s (GLP) legal team has a busy workload advising GLP as a party, funder and campaigner in respect of the broad range of legal proceedings in which it is involved, as well as acting on the record in a subset of those proceedings.  The current team includes four senior solicitors, two subject matter experts and a trainee. Excellent technical lawyer, ideally with one to three years post qualification experience as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (legal experience prior to training and qualification, e.g. as a paralegal, may also be taken into account), with experience in the conduct and processes of civil litigation, ideally including public law matters

2. Interest in social change and how the law can be used to deliver it,  willingness to facilitate campaigning on legal cases and embrace GLP as a campaigning organisation 

3. Strong team player with the ability to use initiative and problem solve, both when assisting senior lawyers and when conducting own matters

Good Law Project is a not-for-profit campaign organisation which uses the law to hold power to account and fight for a fairer, greener future. Key Details

About the Youth Endowment Fund 

We’re here to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice. 

All of us will experience violence at some point in our lives. For many children, it is a daily reality. Each year, tens of children are killed, hundreds are hospitalised, 1 in 5 teenage children are victims and the majority admit to feeling afraid of violence. It scares them when they travel home from school, prevents them from going out and makes the most vulnerable feel like they don’t matter. It is taking lives, traumatising families and dividing communities. It robs potential, progress and hope. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

The Youth Endowment Fund exists to try and permanently change things. To succeed, we must build an exceptional body of knowledge about violence affecting young people and how we reduce it. This knowledge has to be both rigorous and highly relevant to those making decisions about how to support vulnerable young people. We need to find out what works and what doesn’t through evidence synthesis, data analysis and qualitative research into children’s lives. We need to convert this into highly accessible content on what works, how delivery organisations need to change their practice and how the systems they operate in need to be reformed. We then need to work with the right people that can make change happen, across systems, policies and practice, to have a real impact on reducing violence affecting children’s lives. 

The evaluation team contributes to the design and implementation of the fund’s various funding rounds. The team is also responsible for assessing, appointing, monitoring, and the quality assurance of rigorous impact evaluations from experts in the field. The Senior Evaluation Manager will play a key role in leading evaluation work. The post holder will also lead a team of evaluation managers, ensuring they have the support to deliver a portfolio of evaluation projects. 

Key responsibilities 

The core of your job is to ensure that we are excellent at evaluation, so that we can find out the very best ways to prevent young people and children from becoming involved in violence. 

Evaluation 

Working with the Head of Evaluation the post holder will: 

• Implement the processes for assessing the quality of evidence underpinning applications to the fund and making funding recommendations to the Grants and Evaluation Committee. 

• Shape the evaluation approach for individual grant rounds, including leading on this for a small number of rounds. 

• Act as a source of expertise on the statistical underpinnings of YEF’s evaluation work, including on issues such as  power calculations, regression analysis and  missing data.

• Lead the delivery of YEF’s evaluation work, designing, commissioning and managing complex and large-scale RCTs and QEDs

• Be responsible for YEF’s evaluation policies and reporting templates, ensuring they remain consistent and fit for purpose. 

• Be responsible for the ongoing development of YEF’s commissioning guidance. 

Team management 

The post holder will likely lead the recruitment, management and development of a team of evaluation officers and will: 

• Ensure they have the knowledge, skills and support to carry out their work effectively. 

• Provide regular feedback and coaching on written outputs. 

• Supervise and project manage the team’s evaluation work, providing quality assurance and monitoring of progress against project plans and project budgets. 

Collaborative working 

The post holder will contribute to the wider YEF team and will: 

• Be accountable to YEF’s Fund Leadership Team for the delivery of evaluations, on time and on budget, including reporting on risks and issues. 

• Work closely with colleagues across YEF and specifically the Programme team. 

• Ensure high-quality evidence is at the heart of all YEF activity and that the evidence we produce is communicated in a clear and accessible way which will drive sustainable change. 

• Support the management of YEF’s panel of evaluators and expert panel 

General 

The post holder may be involved in other elements of YEF's projects, working with senior colleagues to commission, scope and deliver projects. 

About you 

You are this sort of person:

• You have a post-graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in social science, social policy, public health, health services or other field, with a significant quantitative component, or relevant experience equivalent to a Masters qualification. 

• You have strong knowledge, experience and technical expertise in evaluation methodologies including experience of RCT design and/or design of complex quasi-experimental evaluations (e.g. propensity score matching, regression discontinuity design, instrumental variables). 

• You have quantitative analysis skills  including experience of using advanced analytical software such as R, Stata or SPSS. 

• You have significant experience in carrying out or commissioning research including designing all aspects of the research and managing external contractors.  This may be in academia, government or a related sector. 

• You have strong relationship management skills. You are comfortable working with a wide range of people, including senior academics and other research experts, children and their families, practitioners, and policy makers. You’re able to provide constructive challenge when required.

Role description
Malaria No More UK is looking to appoint a highly motivated Senior Advocacy Officer to join our team and help implement our advocacy strategies. Working with both our UK and global advocacy, you will cultivate a new generation of malaria champions and push malaria up the political agenda. This role will work on increasing our visibility and the resonance of our case with key stakeholders, including decision makers in the UK and around the world. Securing increased support will be vital to global efforts to accelerate progress towards ending malaria for good within a generation. We are looking for a confident communicator with strong project management skills and a good understanding of political advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Providing project management support for a range of projects relating to our UK and global advocacy, including acting as project lead on agreed projects.
• Strategic stakeholder mapping, including building and maintaining relationships with UK parliamentarians and keeping contact records in our database updated on a regular basis. 
• Lead the delivery of high-quality events for policy and political audiences, including at the UK party conferences, and international meetings.
• Daily monitoring of the global malaria landscape and UK parliamentary activities and keeping the team informed of relevant developments and engagement opportunities.
• Drafting of political briefings on key policy areas within malaria and global health.

About the role 

 As a Health Analytics Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping how data and evidence are used to inform understanding, influence decision-making, and drive action on cardiovascular disease across the UK. Working within the Health Insights team in the Medical Directorate, you’ll ensure the British Heart Foundation (BHF) remains intelligence-led across its operations.

This is a senior analytical role where you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality population health and healthcare analytics, ensuring robust, evidence-based insights inform strategic priorities, policy development and organisational decision-making. You’ll translate complex statistical and scientific evidence into clear, compelling insights that influence decisions and drive meaningful action.

You’ll lead analytical activity across large, complex datasets, including data extraction, preparation, modelling, and visualisation, producing impactful public-facing outputs such as reports and technical explainers. You’ll effectively communicate insights to a wide range of audiences, including senior stakeholders, policy teams, and the media.

You’ll deliver a core health intelligence service to the Medical Directorate and wider organisation, manage the statistics sign-off process, respond to complex queries, and support the development of knowledge management and reporting approaches. Working collaboratively across teams, including data science, you’ll maximise the value of data and analytics across BHF.

As a leader, you’ll line manage and develop analysts, fostering a high-performing team while championing best practice in data management, reproducibility, and statistical governance.

About you

As our ideal candidate, you’ll have:

• A degree in a quantitative field such as medical statistics, epidemiology, health services research, biomedical research, or equivalent experience (postgraduate qualification desirable). 
• Strong experience in a senior analytical role, ideally within a health-related environment, with expertise in population health, epidemiology, or healthcare analytics. 
• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets, using a range of data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools. 
• Strong experience delivering high-quality, public-facing analysis and translating complex statistical and scientific evidence into clear, accessible insights for varied audiences. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including in external or media settings.

This is a high-profile role sitting within our Performance Marketing and Digital Engagement team, with responsibility for shaping the future of the charity’s digital experience. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about where we need to go, while also being comfortable rolling up their sleeves to help make it happen.
 

You’ll lead the website product roadmap, drive continuous improvement across supporter journeys and work across a wide range of teams including Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Data and external partners. No two days are likely to look the same. The new role of Deputy Technical Manager will play a critical operational and leadership role within our busy 1,250-seat theatre and additional rehearsal and event spaces. Supporting the Technical Manager, you will lead and motivate a committed technical team to ensure the flawless execution of large-scale transfers, touring musical theatre, dance, opera, comedy and live music shows; supporting produced work and public-facing activity from our Creative Futures programme. 

This is a balanced, hands-on and production-focused role. It requires combining administrative and logistical preparation - such as advancing technical riders, developing costings and estimates and preparing staff rotas - with leadership and delivery of high-level stagecraft management during intensive fit-ups, show operations and rapid get-outs.
