About Global Health Partnerships
Global Health Partnerships is a UK-registered charity with nearly four decades of experience connecting NHS institutions, diaspora health workers, Royal Colleges, and government partners with counterparts across Africa, Asia, and beyond. We strengthen health systems, build the evidence base for UK investment in global health, and work at the interface of domestic and international health policy. Our network includes 256 confirmed MCH health workers across 32 institutions, established relationships with RCOG, RCM, RCN, and NHS England, and a track record of supporting the APPG on Global Health and Security. Why this is an exceptional opportunity
This is a rare and timely role for a senior external affairs and communications professional who wants to make a direct, measurable difference to global health. You will be joining Global Health Partnerships at a pivotal moment, as we launch an ambitious advocacy programme, with the backing of a major foundation and a network of frontline NHS clinicians and health institutions.
This is not a general communications role. It is a specialist advocacy and policy influence position, focused on translating evidence and health worker experience into parliamentary and media impact. If you want to shape how UK politicians and the public think about global health and see that shift lead to real changes in funding and policy, this is the role for you.
Job purpose
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will lead GHP’s external affairs and communications function across the full range of the organisation’s strategic priorities. This includes designing and executing GHP’s advocacy strategy for priority programmes — with the Every Mother, Everywhere MCH programme as the flagship — while also building GHP’s broader profile as the leading UK voice on NHS institutional partnerships, health workforce policy, and the mutual benefit case for UK investment in global health. You will manage GHP’s relationships with key stakeholders in parliament, government, and the media, and ensure that GHP’s full portfolio of work is visible, compelling, and connected to the policy arguments that matter most to funders and decision-makers.
You will oversee GHP’s secretariat relationship with the APPG on Global Health and Security, develop and support networks of health worker and diaspora advocates, lead media and parliamentary engagement, and coordinate a coalition of civil society, clinical, and community organisations around shared advocacy priorities. With the communications team, you will also work closely with the fundraising and programmes teams to ensure GHP’s communications and public profile actively support income diversification and donor engagement across institutional, trust, and corporate funding streams.
While the immediate priority is our Maternal and Child Health Advocacy programme and its parliamentary and media objectives, this role carries wider organisational responsibility for GHP’s positioning, reputation, and voice in public discourse on global health. The postholder will line manage the Communications Manager and be accountable for the coherence of GHP’s external communications across all channels and programmes.

Movember has an ambitious five-year strategy, and this nine-month contract role sits right at the heart of making it happen. As Project Manager, Global Fundraising, you'll be the connective tissue between Movember's global and local fundraising teams, keeping complex, multi-workstream initiatives moving on time, on scope, and on target across every market we operate in.
Working closely with the Global Director of Mass Fundraising, the Global Director of Markets, the Interim CEO, and the Campaign Steering Committee, you'll help design and deliver the annual Global Campaign Plan, manage the cross-functional Campaign squad, and develop fundraising initiatives that local teams across six markets can actually bring to life. That means building clear briefs, practical toolkits, and implementation guidance that translate global ambition into local execution, and then partnering with those local teams to make sure they have everything they need to succeed.
On any given day you might be managing project plans and timelines, facilitating steering committee sessions, identifying risks before they become problems, tracking KPIs across markets, or supporting the Interim CEO on organisation-wide delivery of the One Mo Plan. You'll also shape and embed best-practice project management methodologies that scale, and lead retrospectives that make Movember smarter year after year.
This is a global role, and that means some out-of-hours collaboration across time zones is part of the deal. Based in London and reporting to the Global Director of Fundraising, this is a full-time, nine-month fixed-term contract for someone who combines genuine fundraising expertise with serious project management discipline, and who thrives on bringing order to complexity without losing sight of the mission.

5+ years of experience across project management and fundraising, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream projects on time and to target
Proven experience designing and delivering fundraising initiatives, including the development of toolkits, briefs and implementation resources for local market teams
Strong experience working with cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams, with the ability to coordinate and align across time zones and organisational levels

Advertised as Head of Fundraising, this is much more than a fundraising post. Internally, it is the senior leadership role for UCCF’s Partnerships Team and is referred to as the Head of Partnerships. That language is deliberate. We do not want to think of fundraising as a merely transactional activity, but as a relational, prayerful and theological expression of gospel partnership.
Each year hundreds of churches and trusts and thousands of individuals join with us in the work God is doing among students: praying, giving, advocating, encouraging and sharing in the joy of gospel fruitfulness.
The person appointed will help lead UCCF into this next chapter and will shape how we tell the story of student mission; how we invite others to partner with us; how we steward relationships well, building sustainable prayerful and financial support for long-term ministry.
You will lead and build a committed team, work closely with senior leaders and bring strategic clarity, relational warmth, theological conviction and ambitious confidence to one of UCCF’s most important areas of work.

Ara Head of Finance
We have immediate need for an Ara Head of Finance. We are looking for an experienced finance leader who combines strong technical finance expertise with excellent leadership and relationship-building skills, to help us provide hope and better lives for people across South West England and Wales. Ara’s Head of Finance will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to ensure the charity is financially sustainable, well-governed and compliant. This role is a key member of Ara’s Leadership Team playing a vital part in the development and implementation of the organisation’s strategy.
Working closely with the Chief Executive and the Board of Trustees to advise on governance, regulatory responsibilities and financial planning for the charity. The role provides the essential financial stability to enable future growth through leadership and management of finance, and ensuring effective governance and regulatory compliance.
Some of the key tasks for this role include to:
· Lead all aspects of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Strengthen Ara governance, compliance, and risk management systems.

About the role

Role Purpose
To lead on day-to-day delivery of the advice centre provision at the Students’ Union and line manage front facing student staff at the information point.
