Scheduling Coordinator
Salary: £17.53 per hour + holiday pay

Working within a busy and collaborative environment, you will support the coordination of teaching resources, guest speakers and external partners, helping to ensure programmes are effectively resourced and delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinating the scheduling of guest speakers and learning partners across a portfolio of programmes.
• Supporting the contracting process for external contributors, including speakers, facilitators and suppliers.
• Managing the onboarding of new suppliers, including procurement setup and system access.
• Maintaining accurate programme schedules and ensuring all data is input and updated in relevant systems.

Data, Systems & Reporting

• Auditing and monitoring scheduling systems and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Producing regular reports and supporting analysis to inform planning and decision-making.
• Supporting data-driven insights, including trend analysis and forecasting where required.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Coordinating team calendars, meetings and administrative workflows.
• Providing first-line support to stakeholders, resolving queries and ensuring a high level of service.
• Processing purchase orders, invoices and financial data to support budget tracking.

Projects & Process Improvement

• Supporting small projects and initiatives, including research and process development.
• Reviewing systems and processes and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and effective change management.

The Role:

The Digital Content Officer will support the implementation of digital communications plans that will help NFCC to deliver on its vision of being a digital first service to support fire and rescue services and the communities they serve. This will include developing and enhancing NFCC’s digital presence across the corporate website, online engagement platforms, and wider online and social media channels. The postholder will work to support the Digital Communications Manager and wider Communications team in the implementation of our Digital Communications Strategy which seeks to establish NFCC platforms as the go-to place on information about our work and resources. They will work closely with the Content and Guidance, IT and Digital Transformation teams, and other departments, to help establish and maintain a standard of excellence across website content, social media, and elements of digital design. 

What you will be doing:

Website content 

• Upload content across NFCC’s website and NFCC Connect, ensuring it is well-structured and aligned with NFCC’s style, accessibility and quality standards 

• Be involved in the development of web templates to support a variety of NFCC products

• Work within bespoke Wordpress modules to implement agreed edits and upload content 

• Work with content owners to make best use of existing branding guidelines and templates for NFCC products.

• Work with internal content owners to prepare and publish digital content, ensuring consistent style and adherence to NFCC brand guidelines. 

• Ensure all NFCC content adheres to WCAG2.2 AA standards 

 Social Media

• Schedule, publish and monitor social media content across NFCC’s channels (currently X, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube), ensuring posts are timely, engaging and consistent with agreed communication plans. 

• Identify opportunities for promotion of NFCC products and fire and rescue service activities in a coordinated way across digital platforms

Digital Design & Asset Production

• Produce and edit basic digital assets (e.g., social graphics, web banners, visuals for newsletters), following NFCC brand and design templates.

Additional Duties

• Provide wider communications support when required, including drafting short articles, internal updates, and member communications. 

• Participate in NFCC events, conferences, team away days and in-person meetings as required (travel costs covered).

Who we are looking for:

• Demonstrable experience of Wordpress or similar content management systems (CMS) 

• Understanding and proven ability to use HTML to adapt web content where needed

• Experience of delivering projects in a communications environment. 

• A working knowledge of digital concepts and best practice including digital design, accessibility, user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) design. 

• Experience in designing and delivering graphics, editing images, and basic web design. 

• Experience using the Adobe suite, especially Illustrator, PremierPro, and InDesign or functionally similar software.

• An understanding of copywriting and editing suitable for a range of digital platforms. 

• Proven track record in successfully driving social media activity as part of an integrated digital communications plan.

The Centre for Justice Innovation is looking to recruit a creative, pragmatic and committed individual to help the Centre in its work to support the statutory criminal justice agencies (youth justice services, police and youth courts) in improving their practice. 

The Senior Practice Specialist will support the delivery and development of our youth justice practice work, specifically to provide support to youth justice services, the judiciary, court staff and the police in the delivery/implementation of youth diversion and youth courts.

Amongst other responsibilities, the Practice Specialist will undertake a range of tasks including (i) designing and delivering training and practice sharing workshops; (ii) developing briefings and toolkits that support the spread of good practice; and (iii) identifying and convening practitioners and others who are interested in specialist and problem-solving approaches at court.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to support and influence frontline practice, motivate others and solve problems. Operational experience within the criminal justice system is essential.

Flexible hours and home working are available. The postholder is required to have a willingness and ability to travel regularly within the UK.

Our client is a specialist ‘by and for’ organisation providing refuge, supported accommodation, and wraparound support programmes for Black and minoritised (Global Majority) women and their children who are survivors of domestic violence and abuse. They manage refuges and dispersed accommodation across Newham and Haringey and provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support including advocacy, counselling, immigration and family legal advice and specialist projects.

They are now recruiting for a new Head of Services, a senior leadership role with responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of all frontline delivery across the organisation. Reporting to the Director, the postholder will oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of all services, including refuges, dispersed accommodation, immigration legal advice, counselling, and specialist projects. You will ensure that services are managed and delivered efficiently and effectively, are safe, high-quality, compliant, financially well-managed, and aligned with the organisation’s feminist, anti-racist, and survivor-centred values.

The role and responsibilities

As New Business Lead for UK schools, you will play a pivotal role in growing our school partner base which will enable us to support even more young people with making informed decisions about their next steps.

You will need to be target-driven and proactive. While you will be fully supported by the UK schools team, you will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects. 

Your key responsibilities:

• Strategic Outreach: Design tailored campaigns to engage Headteachers, Careers Leads and Trust Executives in a smart and compelling way.

• Lead Generation: Communicate with non-partner schools and colleges to explain how Unifrog supports student outcomes and Gatsby Benchmark and PSHE compliance, and secure online demonstrations for our Area Managers.

• Inbound Lead Management: Act as the first port of call for all new partnership enquiries from individual schools, colleges and Multi-Academy Trusts.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our UK schools team to understand regional challenges and identify how your outreach can best support the growth of their specific territories. 

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate custom reports on our CRM database to identify opportunities for growth, cleanse Mutli-Academy Trust accounts, and analyse campaign performance.

• Market Intelligence: Develop an in-depth understanding of the UK ed-tech landscape and the evolving statutory requirements for careers guidance in schools.
   

Working together

You’ll be working with the UK schools team, and line managed by the Head of UK Sales. You’ll work closely with our Area Managers, and also have the opportunity to work with other teams across the company, including UK Primary Schools, Marketing, Employers and HE.

Purpose of the Role

To manage and deliver the Veterans’ Foundation’s external communications, ensuring clear, consistent and high-quality messaging across all public-facing activity. Principal Duties
