About the role:
This is frontline leadership at its most real. As Team Managers in Camden’s Rough Sleeping Outreach Service, you’ll lead from the front of a service that meets people where they are — on the streets, in hotspots and through the hub — building trust, responding quickly and helping people move towards safety and stability.
You’ll be holding a fast-moving, complex service together day to day. That means overseeing outreach activity, shaping how the team responds to changing demand, and making sure people aren’t passed around but supported through a joined-up, No Wrong Door approach. You’ll guide staff through high-risk and high-pressure situations, keeping practice psychologically informed, trauma-informed and focused on what actually works for people experiencing multiple disadvantage. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in coordinating Camden’s response to severe weather, working with partners to act quickly when it matters most.

We are recruiting a Queer Space Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of Greenwich’s Queer Space. Queer Space is for LGBTQIA+ individuals (18+) who live or have a GP in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and are looking to connect with others and get support for their mental health through engaging with peers.
As this service is peer-led, we are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual, with lived experience of LGBTQIA+ communities and mental health challenges, to coordinate the programme. This will include developing the service in line with service users' needs, facilitating the fortnightly sessions, and leading on project management and administration. Alongside this, we would like the Coordinator to recruit and supervise peer support volunteers to support with group facilitation.
You will have experience in group development, facilitation, and volunteer management, and an excellent understanding of service user engagement, particularly with the LGBTQIA+ community. You will be highly organised and proficient with case management tasks and project management administration.
Groups will be held at the Forum at Greenwich community centre and will take place twice a month, once in the evening and once in the afternoon.
The role is for two 7.5 hour days per month, until 31 March 2027.

As a Senior Mental Health Advisor, you will provide strong, supportive line management to a team of Mental Health Advisors, ensuring high-quality casework, reflective practice and staff wellbeing. About the role
The Innovative Finance Manager role is central to advancing innovative finance initiatives that create transformative outcomes for children.
You will lead the design, shaping and execution of a portfolio of innovative finance projects—such as child-lens impact investment and inclusive insurance—across the Save the Children Movement, supported by the Innovation Hive. This includes designing and structuring financing mechanisms, developing proposals, and coordinating partners.
The role combines strategic leadership, venture development and execution, with a strong emphasis on mobilising capital, building partnerships, and developing scalable solutions that can influence systems and markets. You will play a key role in originating and structuring new opportunities, supporting their progression from early-stage concept through to implementation and scale, while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and impact objectives.
Working across geographies, with a focus on Latin America and Africa, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-impact programmes. The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to lead our Training Team on developing and delivering training for all of National Numeracy's programmes.
Our training team is absolutely central to the success of our mission at National Numeracy. In order to reach and support as many adults and children across the UK as possible, we take an online train-the-trainer approach, by training Numeracy Champions and Volunteers in different settings. We do not teach any maths - instead we train Champions to raise awareness of the value of numeracy, supporting others to overcome anxieties, build confidence, and feel better about using and improving basic maths. We do not work with children directly, but train teachers as Numeracy Champions to support children and their families.
This team of two therefore have a busy calendar of training delivery, as well as the admin associated with this and with the work around capturing the impact measurement of our training. We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent and empathetic trainer who can confidently and reliably lead this dynamic activity, but can also work strategically with our Programmes Director to develop our training further, while line managing and developing our Training Officer.
The successful candidate will work closely with the other Programme Managers to ensure smooth and successful delivery of our activity, as well as across our wider team, managing the training budget, and liaising with our External Relations and Operations & Impact teams. This role is important in collecting impact and case studies as there it has regular direct contact with our Champions and our beneficiaries. There will also be opportunities to keep the whole National Numeracy team and our Board of Trustees informed about our training programme.

Aims and scope of the post
The aim of this post is to ensure sound financial management to support the organisation’s ongoing charitable work. The Finance Manager is responsible for CT’s financial strategy, timely and accurate financial administration, maintenance of financial and management accounts, as well as cash flow, stock control, payroll and pension.
Responsibilities and tasks
Budgeting and forecasting
- Produce annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and scenario models for the organisation budget.
- Support budget forecasting for project tenders, ensuring due diligence and financial viability.
Reporting
- Produce quarterly management accounts, including variance reports, analysis by income streams, and cashflow forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports for the quarterly board meetings and biannual audit committee meeting.
- Produce minutes of the audit committee meetings and contribute to the minutes of board meetings.
- Complete statutory reporting to Companies House, the Charity Commission and HMRC.
- Submit the relevant reports to funders to ensure timely receipt of grant payments.
Financial management
- Process supplier invoices and carry out twice-monthly payment runs.
- Raise customer invoices for consultancy work, licensing agreements, training, and other income due.
- Carry out credit control for overdue customer invoices.
- Manage payroll, including monthly payments to HMRC, payroll year end, and pension contributions.
- Manage CT bank accounts, including weekly monitoring of transactions and income matching, managing bank mandates and online access.
- Manage company credit cards, ensuring strong controls and adequate accounting for individual cardholders’ usage.
- Respond to financial queries from customers, suppliers, funders and staff members.
- Manage grant receipts.
- Oversee the retail function, responding to queries and issues regarding sales of items through the CT online shop.

Accounting
- Carry out monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations.
- Complete month-end procedures, including processing accruals, prepayments and depreciation.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and inventory list.
- Ensure accurate accounting for restricted and unrestricted funds.
- Complete quarterly VAT returns, ensuring the correct VAT treatment for all transactions (specifically regarding business/non business, and irrecoverable VAT designations).
- Complete year-end procedures and prepare draft statutory accounts for audit, together with schedules to support the figures and workings in the statutory accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact to external auditors, providing all required information.
Risk management
- Lead on maintaining the organisation’s strategic risk register.
- Ensure adequate annual insurance.
- Regularly review the reserves policy to ensure that it meets the needs of the organisation.
- Carry out regular reviews of systems, procedures and financial controls to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Line management
- This role does not line manage any staff

About the Role
