About the role
We are launching the 2025-2026 Macmillan Clinical Fellowship programme. This is an exciting new programme, key in the implementation of our new ambitious 2025-2030 strategy.

The MDT fellow will be based in Centre of Clinical Expertise and be part of the core strategic group looking at Variation in Treatment and Care. Cancer MDTs are well established in the NHS as a core part of cancer care but significant variation in impact and efficiency exists and the role of the patient voice is often not prominent enough. The fellow will work across the organisation and form influential external relationships to support Macmillan to work with Health Care Systems across the UK to improve MDT ways of working.

This role will be both beneficial to Macmillan in helping to improve the lives of people living with cancer, as well as provide the successful candidate with a potentially career changing opportunity. 

The fellow will be part of a highly motivated, inspirational and supportive team and be given mentorship support throughout the fellowship. 

This role is being recruited to as part of a cohort of clinical fellows from different disciplines and will have different areas of focus around Macmillan’s core strategic objectives allowing for peer support and learning:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Current registration with the relevant Professional organisation
• Experience of and/or expertise in MDT working
• An understanding/experience in health inequities
• Evidence of involvement in clinical leadership and management commensurate with your level of practice

Assessment Tasks

We are the Wandsworth representative of the national City of Sanctuary (CoS) charity. This project will support the committee and expand our activities in the voluntary and community sector and elsewhere to build commitment to Sanctuaries in the Borough. Wandsworth has a small but active network supporting refugees. The existing sanctuaries include a theatre, cafe and shop. Our Wandsworth libraries are en route to become sanctuaries and there is active interest from schools and faith groups. The contract is initially for 62 days over one year. We are seeking additional funding to expand to three days/week and continue beyond one year. Please see our facebook and instagram pages for job opportunities.
 

Background to the project

The Project is supported by Wandsworth Council as a Borough of Sanctuary and by Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network (LRMN). Note that for the year 2025 Wandsworth is the London Borough of Culture.

Wandsworth Welcomes Refugees is a charity and operates primarily on a voluntary basis. We aim to make Wandsworth a welcoming place for those seeking sanctuary to feel safe, supported and part of our community.  WWR is part of the City of Sanctuary movement and is the accredited organization in Wandsworth. We work with voluntary and community sector (VCS) and other organisations to encourage and support those wishing to reach out to refugees. We liaise with those interested in finding out more, offering general support, offering general support, or seeking to become accredited with City of Sanctuary. 

Objectives of the project
The project will support the WWR committee activities and objectives. It will expand WWR reach and contacts in the VCS and other appropriate places and organisations. It will raise the profile of the sanctuary movement and encourage active participation by various organisations to create welcoming communities for people seeking sanctuary. Participation can range from an interest and small steps through to becoming accredited with City of Sanctuary.

Wandsworth and Sanctuaries
Sanctuaries include community groups, private organizations, public sector services, and individuals, united in their commitment to supporting those fleeing violence and persecution. Wandsworth is a Borough of Sanctuary, and the accredited organisations at present include a theatre, café and shop. Wandsworth libraries and some faith groups and schools are in the process of applying to become accredited. There is interest from other theatres, shops, sporting facilities and many others. 

Role of the Community Engagement Officer

• Assist the committee to increase its outreach and communication with interested organisations across the Borough

• Join monthly committee meeting to report and plan

• Meet and liaise with the key refugee support organisations in Wandsworth and a small number in other London boroughs 

• Organise an on-line Meet-Up for sharing and support ‘clinics’ (every 4-6 weeks); develop a launch for this event

• Liaise with the committee Events Group fundraising and events activities 

• Liaise with and include lived experience into outreach and activities (WWR has a small advisory group

• Liaise with committee members represented on the Council’s ‘Migration Forum’ 

• Liaise with the organisations accredited with CoS in Wandsworth: CoS asks accredited organisations share activities and learning

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is undergoing a major transformation to become a truly customer-focused organisation. We're investing in new technology, evolving how we work, and bringing in fresh talent to help us attract, engage, and retain more supporters than ever before. 

As our Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll lead the shift from one-off campaigns to automated, personalised, omnichannel journeys using our new Adobe MarTech stack (Campaign, Journey Orchestration, CDP). Working closely with internal teams, you’ll design and optimise journeys, migrate communications from Dotdigital, and uphold brand and compliance standards. Using CRM data, you’ll build segments, apply business rules, and scale personalisation.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

You'll be responsible for identifying, fixing, and improving issues in the database, especially around data quality. You'll also get involved in other projects as required such as testing software upgrades, and new ways of working.

Working arrangements

This is a fixed term contract, for up to 18 months, covering a secondment within the team.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office, up to once a week.

About you

With previous experience of working with CRM systems, knowledge of SQL, preferably around data selections for marketing and non marketing purposes. You will be used to working within a busy fundraising environment, you’ll have excellent problem solving skills, able to take the initiative on tasks. You’ll also have previous experience of planning and prioritising your own workload to tight deadlines.
 
To be successful in this role you'll have the following skills and experience:

• IT literate; fully conversant with standard Microsoft packages particularly Excel
• Good degree of data literacy with familiarity of data querying and manipulation
• Understanding of, and experience in, writing & working with SQL queries

• Experience using Blackbaud CRM, Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM application

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Project Co-ordinator to join the Practice and Development team at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

You will be working with us to provide project management support to a range of priority projects across the Practice and Development directorate and support project teams using project management methodologies and structures including reporting of the risk register for the projects, working with the project managers and sponsors to mitigate any identified risks/issues. As part of the team, you will play an active role in supporting and progressing a range of projects which will enable members to develop and innovate within practice.

The role requires engagement with a wide range of stakeholders including CSP members, other Allied Health Professional colleagues, educators and key health decision makers. You will be comfortable delivering member facing services, communicating key messages, promoting resources and activities developed by the team, as well as contributing to the planning and development of priority areas.

The role requires someone who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues across the CSP but is also able to take ownership of designated areas of responsibilities to support established programmes of work. Furthermore, it also requires the ability to demonstrate leadership behaviours in one’s own role and to manage upwards where appropriate.

To succeed in the role, you will need excellent organisational, information management and technology skills to deliver and develop projects and resources, as well as excellent skills in capturing, synthesising and analysing data. You will also need strong communication and organisational skills to manage a varied workload working to defined deadlines.

Support workers will manage a number of young people to help them to identify, plan and achieve their goals, develop relationships meaningful to them and achieve greater independence by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.

This is a Waking Night role working to support young people throughout the night at the service.

This role consists of four weekly shifts from 22:00 to 08:00, with double cover for each shift.

What you'll do:
- Building supportive, trusting relationships with young people and creating a positive atmosphere
- Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
- Conducting key work sessions as required, that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals
- Co-producing ongoing assessment and management of risks in collaboration with young people with an attitude of 'positive risk taking'
- Providing support with daily living activities, including practical assistance to support young people s to independent living e.g. budgeting, cooking, establishing a night time routine
- Supporting young people to maintain a healthy environment and where appropriate assisting them to clean their accommodation and maintain good personal hygiene
- Assisting in the recording and reporting of customer incidents
- Managing referrals, completing assessments and obtaining and maintaining all relevant paperwork

Role Purpose

The Role will be responsible for the entry and review of financial transactions from various sources including purchase invoices, payment cards and bank transactions. 

The organisation has grown from managing 8 entities three years ago to 22 at present. We have 41 accounts across 5 different banking institutions (in both USD and GBP) and multiple credit/debit cards. You will need to be adaptable with an open mindset and able to work with uncertainty and change.

We have recently implemented new accounting software (Iplicit) to better manage the multiple entities in our portfolio.  This role will act as a key part of the finance function now the new system is live.

Responsibilities

Initial Duties: 

• Processing urgent same day rent payments 

• Processing of purchase ledger transactions (including VAT entries) for 22 legal entities, in multi-currency, ensuring accurate re-allocation to other entities where appropriate

• Preparation of supplier payment runs for approval

• Completing bank statement imports and reconciliations

• Responding to internal and external queries regarding purchase transactions and payments 

• Other administration & support as required by our Central team (including People, Digital, Business Development & Impact) 

• Review and processing of employee expense transactions 

• Creating regular Inter-company recharge invoices for batches of transactions

Skills & Experience

Essential Skills & Experience 

• Practical experience in a similar role processing a range of financial entries 

• AAT Level 3 Certificate in Accounting or similar

• An understanding of the fundamentals of VAT

• Attention to detail and with ability to question existing processes

• Confident and financially literate, with clear communication and good organisation skills 

• Able to manage priorities and work effectively in a remote working setting 

Desirable Skills & Experience
