We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead Brainkind into its next phase. The Social Media Executive is a brand-new role to the organisation, offering a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to make the role their own. Role purpose: 

• To develop and deliver social media plans to contribute to wider Marketing and Communications objectives.

• To create compelling content that supports the realisation of the organisation’s new business and retention targets.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive social media plans across platforms. Assist with social media strategy and execution to support organisational objectives. Support with the integration of plans into wider communication planning and needs. Integrate key business intelligence and context provided by colleagues and teams into plans.
2. Content creation: Develop and schedule engaging content applying broad platform experience (including LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, with the potential to expand to other platforms)
3. Community management: Monitor channels, respond to comments, DMs, and mentions, foster positive interaction and manage the brand’s online reputation. 
4. Performance analysis: Track and analyse social media performance using data insights, and present results, learnings and recommendations. Refine plans based on performance. 
5. Relationship management: Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners, supporting collaborative content creation and delivery.
6. Research and insight: Monitor trends, audience insights and competitor activity to inform content and continuous improvement.

About the role

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a national lived experience network working in the field of gambling-related harms to recruit an Interim Chief Executive.

The organisation is an independent voice raising awareness and offering support to people affected by gambling-related harms. The ambition is for the network to be able to make a difference to people’s lives, with a voice that can meaningfully participate in and influence national debate and policy.

The Interim Chief Executive will provide immediate strategic leadership, visible system presence and lead internal organisational development, including an increase in staff capacity.

This is a time-bound leadership role focused on the immediate transition phase. The skills required to establish presence, build infrastructure and secure early system positioning are distinct from those needed to lead the charity over the longer term.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Proven experience as a Chief Executive or Senior Leader operating at executive level.

You will bring significant experience in UK financial reporting (FRS 102), alongside proven experience developing high-performing teams and implementing effective policies, systems, and change initiatives. With strong analytical and conceptual capability, you will translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight. You will also have experience managing auditors, financial institutions, and external service providers, and be able to prioritise effectively, work autonomously, and deliver to deadlines.

Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and cultural sensitivity are essential in building effective relationships across diverse international contexts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service in South Tees.

Position: S11347 Stroke Support Coordinator

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes. A key part of the role will be to offer support to stroke survivors and their families; plan and deliver stroke support group sessions and ensure the smooth running of the service.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator’s key responsibilities will include:

• Working with stroke survivors and carers to identify their needs, providing person centred support which enables them to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Delivering an effective service in line with our case management principles ensuring that confidential and accurate records are kept on the CRM database.
• Supporting clients to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
• Working collaboratively with other professionals and organisations involved in the care of stroke survivors and carers to ensure the best possible support is provided throughout the stroke pathway.
• Planning and facilitating Stroke support group sessions to increase participants’ understanding of stroke and how to manage/ support their recovery.

About You

The post holder will have experience/background in:

• Experience of providing person centred support.
• Experience of working with people with a disability or long-term health condition, and their carers.
• Experience of using technology and IT systems to support your work and keep timely, accurate records.
• Effective listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people.
• Experience of working with health and social care professionals in a variety of settings.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality including the delivery of face-to-face support in the form of stroke awareness sessions, home and hospital visits. Some time may also be spent working within a hospital team.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Finance to lead our financial strategy and ensure Citizens Advice in West Sussex remains robust, resilient, and ready for the future.

The Role 

As Head of Finance, you’ll be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, shaping our financial strategy, strengthening our income generation plans, and ensuring our systems and controls are high performing and compliant. 

You’ll lead our finance function day-to-day, partner with teams across the organisation, build budgets for services and new projects, provide insight to support decision-making, and present reports to our CEO and Board. On occasion, you’ll also deputise for the CEO and play a central role in delivering business priorities. 

About You 

We’re seeking a strategic, solutions focused finance professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for using financial stewardship to create meaningful community impact who has: 

• a recognised accountancy qualification, 

• proven experience in budgeting, financial planning and charity accounts, 

• excellent communication skills

Birthrights is the UK’s leading charity championing respectful, rights-based maternity care. We believe every woman and birthing person has the right to dignified, personalised care throughout pregnancy and childbirth. 

We are looking for a Training & Community Development Co-ordinator to support and co-deliver our human rights in maternity care training programme and strengthen our community-rooted work. 

In this role, you will: 

• Coordinate and support online and in-person training sessions across the UK 

• Co-facilitate training for healthcare professionals and community organisations 

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with grassroots partners 

• Centre co-production and lived experience in training design 

• Help ensure learning from communities informs wider movement-building and systems change work 

We are looking for someone with experience of delivering training, strong facilitation skills, and a commitment to anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practice. You will be highly organised, collaborative and motivated by advancing human rights in maternity care.

The Team

​

We are a diverse and welcoming team of advisers, who use a wide variety of creative methods to deliver personalised, client centred, personal careers guidance, ranging from one-to-one sessions through to group guidance, parents and options evenings, as well as focused talks and assemblies. We have minimal admin and keep our clients’ experience central to what we do, providing an inclusive service with individualised action plans, including the use of visual career maps, career cards and white boards, alongside more traditional approaches where appropriate.

The team is led by Chris Targett RCDP, who alongside his work at CXK, is the current Chair of the Careers Writers Association and co-author of the recently released Career Development and Inclusive Practice book, published by Trotman Publishing in partnership with the CDI.

The Role

​

The Careers Adviser will travel across East Sussex Regions to a broad range of school and college settings, delivering creative and inclusive Personal Careers Guidance, as well as assemblies and drop-in sessions as required.

​

Each student and each learning environment will be unique, so the opportunity lends itself well to candidates who enjoy traveling and working in varied locations, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and educating people of all abilities.

​

You will routinely liaise with Careers Leaders and senior school/ college staff to arrange and deliver activities for students during the school day. Whilst most delivery will take place between 8:30am and 4pm, travel before and after these times will be required and occasional attendance at parents’ and options evenings will also be required, but you will be given time off in lieu where this is applicable.

​

We would require you to work five days-a-week, term time only, with a pro rata holiday entitlement. If you would prefer part-time only employment (minimum of three days a week), this can be negotiated.

Minimum Criteria 

​

• Level 6 (or above) Careers Guidance Qualification
• In possession of a full, clean UK Drivers Licence with access to your own vehicle

​

​Core Competencies 

• Experience of delivering CEIAG in schools / colleges, face-to-face with young people Enthusiasm
• A willingness to deliver activities during school timetables; occasional evening events rebalanced via “time off in lieu.”
• Knowledge of Post 16 and Post 18 education and training routes for young people with and without additional needs and disabilities
• Adept at juggling activities and travel, emails and routine project admin; balancing school site work with homebased preparation and admin
• Experience of Microsoft products and ability to use them effectively, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A commitment to undertake all necessary training for the role​
