We are seeking an Events Manager to lead UnLtd’s event portfolio while our current Events Manager is on maternity leave. This person will be responsible for leading, coordinating and delivering the event plan in line with the organisational strategy. We are looking for a confident event specialist who will be able to support our frontline team to deliver a schedule of events for social entrepreneurs and UnLtd’s wider network.

You will be flexible in your approach and confident managing the whole process from planning through to delivery and event evaluation. The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working as part of, and at times leading, a cross-functional team. This role will suit you if you are patient and keep calm when things don’t go to plan, or when you don’t have all the answers you need. You’ll fall back on your meticulous organisation skills to ensure that UnLtd events are produced efficiently, fulfil their purpose, and are executed to the highest level.

This role may include some travel within the UK and evening work; however, we operate a TOIL system.

Magic Breakfast’s mission is to champion and provide nourishing breakfasts that help children and young people learn and thrive. The latest research suggests that 2.7 million children are at risk of hunger, meaning one in five children don’t have enough to eat. When a child is too hungry to learn, they struggle to concentrate, absorb information, and manage their emotions, causing them to fall behind in their studies. 

Magic Breakfast provides a nutritious breakfast to over 350,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target children most in need without barrier or stigma.

JOB PURPOSE 

As Magic Breakfast continues to expand its reach to support growing numbers of children and young people across the UK, increasing our fundraised income is essential. To help drive this growth, we are seeking a full-time Partnership Development Manager to join our high-performing team and secure new, strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships. 

The purpose of the Partnership Development Manager role is to work closely with the Partnership Development Lead to shape and deliver our new business strategy. The role will focus on identifying, cultivating and securing new strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships, developing tailored and compelling propositions for prospective partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand and Marketing, Operations, Volunteering, and other departments across the Charity to successfully bring these partnerships to life. 

Experience securing five- and six-figure partnerships is a plus, but most importantly, we’re looking for a confident, creative, and outgoing self-starter. Someone who is comfortable building relationships, pitching with conviction, and passionately championing our mission to win new strategic partners. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Pipeline Development and Cultivation:   

• Build and manage a pipeline aligned to Magic Breakfast’s funding priorities, including restricted, unrestricted, and Gift-in-Kind opportunities, working closely with the Prospect Research Manager. 

• Secure meetings with prospective partners through creative outreach, networking, phone calls, and LinkedIn. 

• Cultivate prospects to conversion, tailoring messaging, approach, and engagement to each organisation. 

• Maintain accurate records in the database and ensure all risk screening, due diligence, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards are completed. 

Planning, Pitching & Partnership Delivery 

• Research and understand each prospect’s strategic priorities to define mutually beneficial partnership opportunities. 

• Develop and deliver engaging pitches, proposals, and costed partnership plans. 

• Collaborate internally and with prospects to agree partnership vision, objectives, and KPIs. 

• Ensure contracts are appropriately prepared, explained, approved, and filed. 

• Facilitate smooth handovers of new partners to Account Managers or the Small Corporates team. 

General:  

• Work closely with the Partnership Development Lead and the wider team to contribute to the new business strategy, annual planning, and budgeting. 

• Collaborate with the Partnership Development Team to share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, embrace our test-and-learn culture, and support collective prospect development. 

• Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce, updating weekly to reflect progress and pipeline activity. 

• Monitor trends in corporate giving and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform proposals.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organisation to support partnership development.

• Actively participate in team meetings, supporting colleagues and sharing insights.

We take a trauma-informed and psychologically informed (PIE) approach, ensuring every resident receives thoughtful, compassionate support that recognises their individual experiences. Through this framework, we help young people build essential life skills, gain confidence, set meaningful goals, and move toward independent, fulfilling futures with hope and direction.

You will join a passionate team of Support workers, Night workers and Bank staff who provide day-to-day guidance around housing, budgeting, living skills, education, employment, and building healthy relationships. What you will be doing

As Deputy Supported Housing Manager, you will play a key role in the running, quality, and impact of our services. Working closely with the Supported Housing Manager, you will help lead a safe, supportive, and high-performing environment where young people can thrive.

Service Provision

You will support the Supported Housing Manager with the day-to-day delivery of the service, ensuring we meet all requirements set out in the service specification and remain fully compliant with Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and Ofsted standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the full referral, interview, and induction process for all bedspaces and ensuring that every resident understands their Occupancy Agreement and House Rules.
• Maintaining the quality, safety, and presentation of the accommodation by working closely with our Housing and Property Services team to coordinate estate inspections, health and safety risk assessments, repairs, and the timely turnaround of void rooms.
• Supporting effective income collection across the service, working with the Rents team to build and maintain a positive rent-payment culture among residents.

Leadership and People Management

You will directly line-manage members of the staff team, ensuring their practice, professionalism, and development reflect our high standards. You will:

• Provide coaching, guidance, and clear expectations to ensure staff feel confident, supported, and motivated in their work with young people.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and creative fundraiser to support the growth of Sands’ Individual Giving and Legacy programme, including committed gifts, cash appeals, supporter acquisition and retention. Experience of using digital channels to grow income from supporters and creating exceptional donor experience are a key to this role.  

The Individual Giving Manager role is part of the establishment of the newly formed Individual Giving strategy, driving development of both acquisition and retention channels and establishing growth within both, while improving overall supporter experience. Responsibilities of our National Email Marketing Officer: 

• The National Email Marketing Officer at Cats Protection will work within an enthusiastic and friendly team to deliver the charity’s email programme. The role includes full responsibility for managing the Cats Protection email platform (currently DotDigital), overseeing campaigns from planning and creation through to delivery and evaluation. 

• As a key member of the team, the Officer will help maximise engagement with new and existing supporters and contribute to sustainable income growth by producing informative and compelling email communications aligned with Cats Protection’s strategic objectives. 

About the Brand & Marketing team:

• Cats Protection’s Brand and Marketing team, based in the Marketing and Income Generation Directorate, looks after email marketing, Brand, Design, Editorial, Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Celebrity & Influencer relationships and Digital Fundraising.

• Small but busy, the Email Marketing team produces insightful email marketing campaigns for the charity. We work hard at building an engaged community of cat lovers online so that we can promote better feline welfare, raise funds and create a better world for cats. You’ll be creating, approving and advising on email content and will also get involved in national campaigns, vital infrastructure workstreams and more, all while working closely with teams from across the organisation. 

What we are looking for in our National Email Marketing Officer:

• Proven experience of digital marketing, ideally working with external agencies within the third sector 

• Specialist knowledge of email marketing, including automation 

• Proven track record of achieving digital marketing growth against agreed targets 

• An understanding of the principles of Data Protection 

• Broad-based fundraising experience 

• Experience of implementing supporter segmentation processes for email marketing purposes 

• Experience of working with the DotDigital email platform

GFS is seeking a creative and values led Programme and Participation Coordinator to bring our
programmes of youth activities to life and ensure that girls and young women (GAYW) are at the
heart of everything we do. This role sits within the Development and Impact Team and is key to
designing and delivering inclusive, evidence-informed activities that support and inspire girls, and
develop their socio-emotional skills to build confidence, friendships and wellbeing.

The Programme and Participation Coordinator will develop engaging activities and resources,
support training for delivery staff and administer the monitoring and evaluation of programmes.
They will also champion the voices of GAYW in decision making, and create and deliver
participation opportunities that ensure girl voices are heard across GFS. By connecting
programme design, impact measurement and participation, this role ensures that our work is truly
girl led. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as volunteers and external
partners, they will help embed a culture of learning from and collaborating with girls.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about youth participation and wants
to make a difference to the lives of GAYW across England and Wales.

Working closely with the Communications team, our regional services, and the company’s Recovery Voice Network, you will create compelling, sensitive, and engaging digital content that reflects the lived experiences of people in recovery and the strengths of our services.

This role is hands-on and creative: capturing video content in services nationwide, producing high-quality Reels and short-form video, coordinating external freelancers, planning content calendars, and ensuring our online communities feel respected, supported and inspired.
