We're looking for a Proposition & Product Manager to join our Marketing, Communications & Fundraising team. In this exciting role, you'll help develop and optimise fundraising and commercial propositions that engage supporters, attract new audiences, and generate sustainable income.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Finance and Income Operations to lead NFFN’s finance function and help strengthen the systems, controls and reporting that will support the organisation’s next stage of growth.

This is a senior leadership role at the heart of a small, ambitious and mission-led organisation. You will oversee day-to-day financial management, budgeting, management accounts, restricted funds, funder reporting and income operations. You will also help improve how finance works across NFFN, giving budget holders clearer information and helping the organisation make confident, well-informed decisions.

The role is about more than keeping the numbers moving. We are looking for someone who can help build a stronger finance function, improve internal systems, support funder confidence, and help NFFN manage a more complex mix of grants, donations, restricted funding and revenue-based delivery work.

Depending on your background, this may suit someone with strong charity finance experience, or someone from a finance, grants, funding operations or mission-led commercial background who wants to use their skills in a values-led organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• leading day-to-day financial management, controls and reporting

• preparing budgets, forecasts, management accounts and financial updates

• improving finance systems, processes, approvals and reporting tools

Help shape high-quality gambling treatment services at a time of growth and change.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality gambling treatment services across GamCare’s South region, covering Greater London and the South East.

As Treatment Service Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a defined service footprint, ensuring services are safe, effective, well governed and focused on improving outcomes for people affected by gambling harms.

You will lead Team Leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver clear and consistent treatment pathways, from assessment and allocation through to intervention and aftercare. You will also oversee performance, safeguarding, quality, budgets and contractual outcomes, using data, feedback and lived experience to drive continuous improvement.

A key part of the role will be building strong relationships with commissioners, funders, NHS services, local authorities, VCSE partners and other stakeholders. You will help strengthen referral pathways, improve service integration and build confidence in gambling treatment services across a complex and changing external environment.

About you

We are looking for an experienced service leader with a strong background in health, social care, VCSE, addiction, mental health, substance misuse or another relevant complex needs environment. You will have experience managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering against performance and quality standards, and working within commissioned or partnership-based services.

You will be a confident people manager, able to support and develop Team Leaders while maintaining safe, effective and well-led services. You will bring a sound understanding of safeguarding, governance and risk, along with the ability to use data and insight to inform decisions and improve delivery.

Just as importantly, you will be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence across systems and work collaboratively with internal and external partners. Experience of gambling harms is welcome but not essential; what matters most is your ability to lead services, build trust and help shape support that makes a real difference.

As Probation Pathway Manager, you will shape and oversee a pathway that connects gambling treatment with probation, criminal justice and community support. You will lead delivery, strengthen referral routes, support specialist practitioners and work with partners to make sure people can access safe, trauma-informed support across custody and community settings.

You will play a key role in building trusted relationships with Probation, HMPPS and wider justice partners, using data, insight and lived experience to improve the pathway, evidence impact and remove barriers to engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to influence practice, improve systems and support better outcomes for people affected by gambling harms.

About you

You will be an experienced service leader with a background in health, social care, VCSE, criminal justice, addiction, mental health or another complex service environment.

You will bring strong people management skills, confidence overseeing service delivery, and the ability to manage risk, performance and quality in a multi-agency setting. You will be a natural relationship-builder, able to influence partners, build trust and turn ideas into practical improvements.

Experience of probation, criminal justice, resettlement, trauma-informed services, pathway development or service mobilisation would be particularly welcome. Outreach Adviser - Croft Woodlands (Uist & Barra)

The Woodland Trust is looking for an Outreach Adviser - Croft Woodlands (Uist & Barra) to join our Scotland Outreach Team. The Croft Woodland initiative is a partnership initiative between Woodland Trust Scotland (WTS), Point & Sandwick Trust (P&ST), Scottish Crofting Federation, Scottish Forestry, Coigach & Assynt Living Landscapes, the Woodland Croft Partnership, Shetland Amenity Trust and Orkney Woodlands Project. The aim of the project is to engage crofters in woodland creation and management on their holdings to deliver multiple benefits in terms of biodiversity, agricultural diversification, landscape and environment. 

A company vehicle will be provided for this role. Please note that out Company Vehicle Policy is also under review as part of our Job Families and Contract Review project, so the eligibility criteria therein are subject to change in due course.

The Role:

• Provide expert advice and ongoing support to crofters, grazing committees and land managers on woodland creation and management projects.
• Lead the development and delivery of Forestry Grant Scheme applications, coordinating consultants or preparing proposals in-house.
• Plan and implement Croft Woodlands MOREwoods schemes, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain accurate GIS mapping and ensure robust due diligence, including regulatory compliance and “right tree, right place” principles.
• Organise and deliver training programmes, facilitating knowledge sharing across individuals, communities and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Point and Sandwick Trust through regular liaison and updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with land managers, partners, regulators and local organisations to promote woodland initiatives.

• This is a homebased role, requiring regular travel to locations within the Uist and Barra landscape and wider Western Isles, sometimes to remote locations. You would be expected to live within the Western Isles or reasonable travelling distance of your area of responsibility. Occasional travel to regional offices and overnight stays will be required.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in developing and delivering woodland creation projects, particularly for small-scale projects.
• Experience of developing woodland management plans is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and advise crofters, communities, schools and woodland owners.
• Experience managing and working effectively with contractors, consultants and external partners.
• Strong technical capability in digital mapping and GIS systems.

Job summary

This role will predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers and Support Officer across the UK in the effective planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training to meet the strategic objectives. The postholder will be required to work directly with young people and their families, schools, colleagues, partner organisations and professionals, delivering accredited training across the UK.

The person

You will be part of the Young People’s Services Team who provide a range of services and activities for young wheelchair users and their families. You will have a friendly and professional approach to working with families and professionals and be highly organised to manage planning, delivery and relevant paperwork for all wheelchair skills services. 

Key accountabilities

• Coordination and delivery of wheelchair skills training, travel training and train the trainer across the UK.
• Conduct on site visits prior to delivery of travel training to plan routes and inform risk assessments.
• Book relevant modes of transport for travel training sessions.
• Writing Service Level Agreements for key partners; content providers and schools.
• Obtaining information from content providers and schools, such as Public Liability, DBS and key Risk Assessments.
• Writing Care Plans & Risk Assessments.
• Ensure schools complete paperwork for accredited services and liaise with Skills & Education group regarding learners
• Sending event invites to young people and families and updating the database as required.
• Updating all documentation for events and participants onto the database.
• Promoting Whizz Kidz services to third party organisations in order to drive new applications/referrals.
• Attending events such as Kidz to Adultz exhibitions to promote Whizz Kidz and showcase wheelchair skills training.

About the job

The role of Families Project Worker involves supporting a caseload of families living in temporary accommodation. The role requires a combination of specialist knowledge and excellent relationship building skills to support residents with varying degrees of mental health and trauma related issues to engage with appropriate support, improve their experience of temporary accommodation and to access suitable housing solutions.

The role is dependent on excellent communication and joint working with colleagues and a variety of partners and professionals; including the NHS, Probation Service, local council services and other third sector organisations.

The role requires a high degree of motivation to support complex and vulnerable people, often in a lone-working situation. With a passion to work collaboratively with others for the good of our service users, and with some experience of working in a related field in a voluntary or paid capacity.

A high degree of emotional intelligence is required to support service users, many of whom have complex emotional needs, with backgrounds of trauma, neglect, abuse, crime and low self-worth. A role of this nature will experience a range of emotions from joy to grief and as such requires a high degree of resilience to cope with the emotional demands of the role.

Making decisions, “in the moment” to do the right thing to mitigate risk with service users can place high emotional demands on the job holder. The role is highly reactive, unpredictable and at times, chaotic. The role therefore requires a high degree of self-awareness to one’s own resilience levels and exercising appropriate levels of self-care.

Justlife is in existence because we know thousands of people struggle to manage in poor and unsuitable temporary accommodation. Their stay isn’t temporary, they are likely to be suffering with deteriorating mental and physical health, becoming victims of crime, losing control of their life and even dying prematurely. Justlife delivers impactful services in Greater Manchester and Brighton & Hove, supporting and empowering people experiencing homelessness in temporary accommodation. The Role
We are looking for a Prospect Researcher to play a pivotal role in developing our fundraising portfolio and in driving income growth across high-value fundraising. This role will be central to building robust pipelines and unlocking new opportunities across philanthropy and partnerships.

•  Undertaking detailed desk-based research into individuals and corporate foundations to identify prospective major donors and philanthropic partners for NDCS and DCW.

AAFDA was founded by Frank Mullane in memory of his sister Julia Pemberton and her son Will who were both killed by her ex-partner in 2003.

Each year, around 150 families lose a loved one to domestic homicide. The actual number of suicides as a result of domestic abuse remains unknown. Most of these families suffer significant problems including relationship breakdown, job difficulties/loss and mental and physical health issues. We help these families in many ways, our prime function being to provide families in England, Wales and Northern Ireland with specialist peer support and expert and specialist advocacy for the range of statutory reviews that will take place after domestic homicide.

AAFDA (Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse) is a growing Charity and to meet the demands we are looking for a specialist Advocate for Scotland. Although home based, some travel will be required - frequency will be commensurate to the role. We welcome applications from candidates with experience of domestic abuse. Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations of Glitch, enabling the effective delivery and adherence to policies and regulation for the charity and team. The role holder will be the charity's data protection officer; they will meticulously ensure we remain fully compliant with all relevant charity regulations, maintaining our integrity and trust with regulatory bodies, funders and donors, and our supporters. This role will also serve as the Board Secretary, attending Board of Trustees meetings 4-6 times a year, taking minutes and managing the process of all documentation for the Board. As the Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director and our Finance Director in recruitment and hiring, finance and administration, and events support.
