With extra investment over the coming years due to our recent successes, the Individual Giving team will be diversifying our fundraising activity to recruit and retain new supporters, especially regular givers, to help achieve CARE’s mission. Working within a passionate team of fundraisers, this role will be vital recruiting regular givers, as well as generating income through digital cash appeals.

About the role

The Senior Individual Giving Executive (Digital Acquisition) will play a key part in the delivery of the Individual Giving programme, producing sector-leading comms and campaigns to recruit and retain supporters. You will work closely with the rest of the IG team and the Fundraising and Communications Department to deliver high-quality, data-led campaigns across a range of marketing channels. The role will include campaign delivery, budgeting, strategy and planning, managing relationships with key suppliers and driving continuous campaign improvement.

This role will focus predominantly on digital acquisition activity, with a particular focus on paid search and paid social, though there is flexibility for this to change in the future.

About you

We are looking for a passionate fundraiser with keen interest in the charity sector, particularly in humanitarian work. The ideal candidate will have a range of cross-channel experience, ideally in the charity sector and in an Individual Giving team, with a particular focus on digital acquisition. We are looking for someone with the passion to drive and improve our digital acquisition campaigns, to critically review campaigns and implement improvements, and to put their own stamp on the role.

We are looking for a Hearing Voices Programme Lead and Facilitator to coordinate and deliver this exciting new programme. You will facilitate a weekly group, creating a safe and validating environment where people can explore their experiences on their own terms, supporting participants to develop their own wellbeing strategies, confidence and goals.

The role will lead the programme including building routes into the service through promotion, outreach and community engagement, and developing strong relationships with Community Mental Health Teams and local partners. You will manage referrals and monitoring and manage sessional co-facilitators with lived experience of hearing voices.

Job Description

The Support Officer provides high-quality administrative, logistical and data support to the logistics on the Trust’s programmes, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme throughout the year. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the database of educational contacts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Compile reports and statistics relating the Trust’s programmes.
• Administer the Next Steps element of the programme: respond to enquiries via phone and the Next Steps inbox, process submissions, liaise with moderators, chase late submissions and issue certificates to successful participants.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer works alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager on the Nationwide partnership and will play a vital role within the Corporate Partnerships Function of the Relationship Fundraising Department. The Partnership Management Team work closely with the Corporate New Business team to on-board partners and provide high quality account management to our corporate partnership portfolio.

About The Role

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will be primarily responsible for supporting on the delivery of Centrepoint’s multi-year, 7-figure strategic partnership with Nationwide Building Society. This partnership is the largest multi-year partnership in Centrepoint’s corporate portfolio to date, and a transformational partnership for Centrepoint and the young people we work with. Funding supports a range of measures to help young people experiencing homelessness across the UK.

Working between our offices in London/ Manchester, as well as from the partner’s head office future, you will work alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager to support successful delivery of all aspects of the partnership, as well as taking ownership of your own projects. This will include supporting with fundraising and volunteering engagement with Nationwide colleagues, as well as administrative support across the partnership. This role sits within a Corporate Fundraising team of 14, split into a New Business team, and Partnership Management team. The Partnership Management team is made up of ten corporate fundraisers who manage complex and exciting partnerships with a wide range of committed corporate partners.

About You

You will be ambitious and driven, ideally with experience within fundraising, account management or programme management. You will have great attention to detail and experience managing and prioritising a diverse workload. Key responsibilities

• Support on the successful delivery of the Nationwide partnership, working alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager.

The Portfolio Management Analyst is a new role at the Foundation which will support effective planning, monitoring, and governance across the Foundation’s project and programme portfolio.

Job Summary

The Research and Impact Lead role offers an exciting opportunity to apply specialist research and evaluation expertise within a purpose-driven national charity - working closely with BookTrust colleagues, and our partners and families, as part of a team of research and impact specialists. This is an opportunity for a senior role within the Finance Department of the Diocese of Southwark.The role involves the statutory and management accounting of a large Diocese, with around 300 parishes and clergy, £30m turnover and £300m balance sheet.You will work closely with the Director of Finance accounting for a major charity and supporting a wide range of parishes.

Post Introduction

In conjunction with the Director of Finance you will manage the efficient operation of the finance function though management and statutory accounting, internal control and cash management.

Main Responsibilities

Working alongside the Director of Finance you will produce the annual financial statements and work with him on managing the annual audit process.

You will produce monthly management accounts on a timely basis as key financial information for the efficient management of the Diocese and for the information of Trustees. The Diocese uses XLedger and you will become the primary contact and knowledge base for the system, developing its reporting and functionality.

You will be responsible for the financial systems and processes of the finance department, and manage part of the finance team.  You will oversee the team members responsible for payroll, stipends, purchase ledger and banking.

The Ideal Candidate

You must be a qualified accountant.

Your role

As a Philanthropy Manager, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:

The Learning Programmes Manager fulfils a key role in the busy Education and Training team at SPAB. They have responsibility to coordinate and deliver our two annual learning programmes: the SPAB Scholarship and the SPAB Fellowship. Using their high-level administrative or project management experience and excellent interpersonal skills, the Learning Programmes Manager leads in development, delivery and review of these flagship programmes.

The Learning Programmes Manager works in consultation with the Senior Education and Training Manager and Director of Engagement, and closely with SPAB colleagues, to promote the learning programmes, maximise their outcomes, collaborate on funding opportunities and reporting, and deliver core strategic objectives.

The Learning Programmes Manager is self-motivated to work independently to establish and maintain vital professional relationships within the sector to ensure SPAB Scholars and Fellows experience a fulfilling learning experience. The Learning Programmes Manager has responsibility for onboarding Scholars and Fellows, including recruitment and induction, designing and planning the programmes, managing programme budgets and strategic planning for future programmes.

The Learning Programmes Manager contributes regular updates for our charity Guardians and has responsibility for coordinating the Scholarship and Fellowship Liaison Group, programme mentors and their associated meetings. They are a team-player and work with colleagues to promote the programmes and their alumni, and seek opportunities for outreach within tertiary education, and the heritage and building conservation sectors.
