Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness services. About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Senior Digital Channels Analytics Manager to join WWF-UK.
In this role, you’ll lead our digital channel analytics capability across web, email, social and paid media, helping teams understand what is working, where we can improve and how digital activity supports supporter experience, engagement and meaningful action.
You’ll act as the organisational expert for digital channel analytics, providing the insight, standards and expertise needed to inform decisions across fundraising, communications and digital activity. The board also supports 2,500 retired clergy with housing, including managing a national portfolio of 1,200 rented homes and Community Living options.
Supported by a multi-million pound grant from the wider church, they are setting up a new function responsible for engaging with clergy at all stages of life and ministry on their current and future plans, offering access to grants to kick-start saving, bespoke advice at key life stages and tailored products that will provide people more choice about their future. As part of this new function, they are now recruiting for a proactive, empathetic Regional Adviser to deliver personalised support to clergy based across the South West region, helping them with day-to-day financial wellbeing matters, and retirement planning.
Working across Dioceses operating across the South West, you will proactively lead local engagement with clergy through structured, personalised one-to-one conversations, events and outreach, helping to connect individuals with expert advice, guidance, products and services that support their current and future financial plans. This is a practical, trusted and important role within the life of the House. The post holder will provide overnight presence, security, guest support and preparation for the following day, helping the whole site run smoothly and safely.
JOB PURPOSE The Night Porter will be responsible for the safe and effective overnight running of Waverley Abbey House and associated guest areas. This includes ensuring the building is secure, responding appropriately to alarms or incidents, supporting guests as needed, preparing rooms for the next day’s events or conferences, and assisting with early morning breakfast set-up. The role requires someone calm, reliable, hospitable and practical, with good judgement and the ability to work confidently on their own during overnight hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Security and Overnight Presence
> Provide a visible and reassuring overnight presence within Waverley Abbey House.
> Carry out regular checks of the building and agreed areas of the site during the shift.
> Ensure doors, windows and appropriate access points are secure.
> Lock up and open up areas of the building as required.
> Monitor the site for anything unusual, unsafe or concerning.
> Respond calmly and appropriately to any overnight issues, disturbances or emergencies. > Follow agreed procedures for reporting incidents, concerns or maintenance issues.
Fire Safety and Emergency Response
> Respond promptly to fire alarms and follow Waverley Abbey’s fire safety procedures.
> Support guests, residents or staff during any evacuation or emergency situation.
