About Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. As a charity we rely on donations from the Scottish public, companies and communities to ensure that urgent medical help gets to the patient when it is needed, wherever they are and at whatever time of day.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Management Officer to join the charity’s Data and Insights Function. You will be joining the charity at a time of significant opportunity as we continue to strengthen our approach to data, insight and supporter engagement.

Your work will directly contribute to our ability to raise funds and support our life-saving mission.
This role can be offered on a fully remote basis, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. About us
NCT is the national charity for pregnancy, birth, infant feeding and early parenthood.
Our vision is simple: a society where everyone who becomes a parent feels confident, connected and safe.
Through our For Every Parent strategy, we're working to make that vision a reality. We support parents with trusted information, practical help, local communities and a stronger voice in the issues that matter to families.
For 70 years, we've been by parents' sides through the excitement, uncertainty, wonder and challenges of becoming a parent. Today, our volunteers contribute more than 70,000 hours of community service each year, helping parents build friendships, find support and feel less alone.
We educate and empower parents with evidence-based information and support. We advocate and act by listening to parents' experiences, raising their voices and campaigning for change. No judgement. No exceptions.
About the role
We're looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to lead NCT’s content production and social media activity, helping us connect with new and expectant parents through engaging, audience-focused content across our wide range of channels.
You'll be comfortable leading the Content Studio and developing high-quality content across video, email, web and other assets, while also taking ownership to manage NCT's social media channels, building engagement and identifying opportunities to jump on trends.
Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Communications and Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships, you'll help bring marketing campaigns to life, support income-generating partnership activity and strengthen NCT's brand to ensure parents continue to see us as a trusted source of support throughout pregnancy and early parenthood.
You’ll work alongside and coach a Content & Social Media Officer, and enjoy blending hands-on delivery with strategic thinking. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where one day you might be developing assets and writing copy for a major campaign launch in a
few weeks, and the next you’ll be producing social-first content reacting to a political announcement that day.
The role will include:

- Planning and coordinating social activity in line with campaign and organisational priorities, as well as identifying and acting on reactive and real-time opportunities.Leading day-to-day operation of Content Studio and working collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Communications and Fundraising to hit deadlines.
- Using data and insights to continuously improve content performance and audience engagement.
- Supporting and coaching a Content & Social Media Officer.
About you
We're looking for an experienced content and social media professional who is just as comfortable creating engaging content as they are managing social channels.
You'll have a proven track record of producing high-quality content across a range of channels and be confident taking a project from initial idea and brief through to delivery. Whether you're writing copy, creating an infographic or spotting a reactive content opportunity, you'll know how to create content that resonates with audiences and supports organisational goals.
You'll bring hands-on experience and strategic thinking when it comes to managing social media accounts for a brand, charity or values-led organisation, along with a strong understanding of what works across different platforms. You'll enjoy working at pace, balancing BAU activity with reactive comms, and using data and insight to continually improve your work.
We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and collaborative, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for our sector. You'll be excited by the opportunity to take ownership of a role that combines two of your passions, with the autonomy to shape, deliver and continuously improve NCT's marketing.
You’ll bring:
