We are looking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to lead our team of dedicated professionals in an ambitious strategy to grow and develop our services across the UK. Ideally the successful candidate will have some first-hand experience of neurodivergent children, combined with a knowledge of the education systems in place across the UK. Experience of fundraising within a membership organisation and a track record in the effective use of technology will also be very useful. This role will be supported by engaged Trustees, within an active community of families and schools, who recognise that the ability to empathise with young people with high learning potential and their families is at the heart of this role.

Main responsibilities for the CEO
Strategy
- To collect and maintain information and evidence that contributes to the strategic planning of the charity.
- To work with the Board of Trustees (and other staff members and advisers as appropriate) to develop the strategic objectives and the strategic plan for the charity.
- To implement and periodically review the business plan and ensure all operational activities support the strategic objectives.
Management and Administration
- To motivate and develop the team of professional staff.
- To provide a structure of line management and support for all staff.
- To recruit and terminate staff in line with the charity’s policies and values.
- To oversee the work of contracted companies and individuals with the support of the Deputy CEO.
- To provide and promote structures for volunteers to support high learning potential.
Financial Management
- To manage the charity’s financial resources effectively, in line with the agreed annual budget.
- To maintain the charity’s compliance with financial bodies such as HMRC.
- To implement a robust income-generation strategy as agreed with the Board of Trustees

- To implement and oversee the development of high-quality services and products that are appropriate for the charity’s beneficiaries.

Marketing and Advocacy

Safeguarding
- To act as Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead for the charity.
- To coordinate with the Trustee with Responsibility for Safeguarding and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads as appropriate to ensure best practice in safeguarding throughout the organisation.

Position Summary/ Objective
A new role within our European region, the Paid Social Media Specialist will be working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Lead (UK) to deliver world-class paid media campaigns on multiple digital platforms in multiple countries.
This role will work across IFAW’s four fundraising markets in Europe: France, Germany, Netherlands and the UK to grow our paid media revenue. The role will focus on Social and Search advertising but also to experiment with new emerging platforms.
Directly reporting to the Senior Digital Marking Lead in the UK this role will coordinate and plan new paid social campaigns and content, working closely with the Digital Leads, and the Senior Fundraising and Marketing Manager, to roll these out across our markets. You will work across a variety of channels such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Bing, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Spotify and more.
Role and Responsibilities
Working with the Digital Marketing Lead in each country (France, Germany, Netherlands and UK), the role will:
· Coordinate, develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns from conception to launch and completion across EU fundraising markets.
· Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media to support each market.
· Work closely with Digital Marketing Leads to agree on campaigns, budget allocation and spend, ad grouping and audience targeting.
· Support and contribute to the creative process of building advertising campaigns. Including video creation specifically for advertising.
· Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, and suggest landing pages optimization
· Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
· Working cross-departmentally, specifically with the Content team.
· Identify and suggest new emerging platforms and avenues for digital outreach
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· 5 + years’ experience with digital paid media, specifically with Meta and Google advertising.
· Excellent understanding of creating and implementing paid media campaigns with prior campaign examples (across multiple countries/markets a plus).
· Ideally completed advertising certifications (for example, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, Google Analytics
· Extensive experience in creating digital ad assets and copy, including video.
· Video creation skills specifically for advertising, experience working with Adobe Creative Suite tools
· Fluency in working with analytics platforms, for example Looker Studio
· Goal driven, extremely analytical, with the ability to make data-based decisions and conclusions
· Excellent communication skills to present the results of campaign performance verbally, as well as provide clear and concise reports.
· Fluent English (spoken French, German or Dutch is a plus).

We3can is a collaboration between three cancer charities - Brain Tumour Research, Leukaemia UK and Sarcoma UK. Job Purpose:

The Autism Centre of Excellence exists to improve access to high quality support and remove barriers and stigma for autistic people, but to do this we need to grow our funding.
We aim to raise £5 million over the next five years to increase our reach, impact and activities, whilst creating a sustainable and predictable income stream for the charity. To do this we need to systematically build a pipeline of donors and supporters, to build profile and new relationships. In the short term we need someone who can lead the development of a series of applications to trusts, foundations and other sources of funding to support our priority workstreams.
Main duties and Responsibilities
- Primary focus will be on managing and soliciting income from your own portfolio of high value trusts, foundations and statutory funders, securing gifts of between £10,000 - £1,000,000 to successfully achieve the charity’s ambitious fundraising targets.
- Secondary focus will be on the planning and delivery of first-class Special Events and Major Donor fundraising.
- Create a robust prospect pipeline of effectively researched and qualified funders, ensuring a continued flow of prospects through the pipeline, taking a sales approach to lead generation and the assessment of the warmth and value donors.
- Deliver effective research of prospective and existing donors, which enables us to raise significant income through both new and existing relationships; utilising our networks effectively.
- Implement effective cultivation and stewardship journeys that provides a high-quality supporter experience to your portfolio of donors and prospects.
- Deliver first-class relationship management to ensure excellent ongoing relationships with donors in both a written and face-to-face capacity.
- Deliver exceptional writing skills through proposal and bid writing and day-to-day communication with donors and colleagues.

About the team
The ITF Communications Team works decisively to elevate global issues and drive collective action to improve the rights of all transport workers.
The Communications Department is pivotal for leading strategic thinking around communications across the ITF’s industrial sections, our regions and key areas of focus including women and young transport workers, through to sustainability, health and safety, future of work and supply chain accountability.

The team sets and delivers the creative and strategic vision for communications strategy, digital engagement, content production, design, branding, media relations and building stronger networks and collaboration with our affiliated unions.
About the role
The Media Manager will be responsible for taking charge of the ITF’s global media strategy. We are looking for an experienced media relations professional who can further enhance and solidify ITF’s reputation as the global voice of transport workers and as an authoritative voice in the transport industry and global trade union movement.
We’re seeking an experienced media relations manager, preferably with international experience and with established media relationships amongst leading international media.
You will be part of team responsible for delivering solidarity and support to local, national and global disputes, building communications that reinforce the critical role transport workers play, developing strategies to support union-led policies on everything from health and safety to sustainability, and raising the volume on the global struggle to advance the rights and equalities of the world’s transport workers.
Your role will be pivotal for securing media coverage that raises awareness of the work and priorities of the ITF internationally across broadcast, print, online media, and trade press.
This hands-on role, will lead on developing, implementing and advancing ITF’s global media relations strategy. The Media Manager will also provide strategic advice and coaching to ITF’s leadership on proactive and reactive media strategies, as well as strategic guidance and support for other members of the ITF’s multi-disciplinary communications team.

This is a key new role in the Grants, Community and Corporate Partnerships Unit to help maximise corporate and community partnership opportunities and help scale up this growing income stream for future years. This locally based role will support current partnerships (including golf clubs, churches, schools and local corporates) as well as scoping new opportunities across Surrey. Representing Eikon in person at events, meetings, exhibitions as well event coordination are important components of this the role. We are a diverse, highly experienced team who share a passion to support the wellbeing and mental health of young people across Surrey.
Responsibilities
1. Account Management
- Day to day/ support account management of select corporate and community partnerships. This will be agreed with their manager per partnership (who will retain leadership), but could include:
- General stewardship including thanking and recording information on our CRM database (Donorfy) and shared drives.
- Representing the unit at local level events and/ or delivering marketing materials to community partners.
- Regular communication including calls, meetings and sharing reports, presentations and other updates
- Being key relationship holder for select local corporate partnerships and community groups such as primary schools, churches, supermarkets, amateur sports clubs
- Database admin including checking opportunity pipelines and reporting requirements
- Supporting individuals from companies or community groups to fundraise for us
2. Income generation
- Mapping (desktop research) of corporate and community opportunities across Surrey to support unit’s business development plans
- Management of a pipeline of golf clubs, making timely approaches to help the unit secure new captains’ charities
- Support role on larger corporate and community partnership pitches.
3. Event support
- Event management and/ or support for events across the unit.
- Represent Eikon at local external events such as conferences, expos, fetes and fairs.
- Actively seeking prize donations for auctions, raffles and events
- Attending community led fundraising events such as quizzes or mufti days run by corporate & community organisations.
4. Marketing, Communications and relationships
- Support and liaise with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver relevant and effective content and materials as well as maximising social media opportunities for corporate and community groups
- Coordinate bespoke mass communications to corporate and community groups e.g. appeals, reports and updates.
5. Strategy
- Contribute to Development Team strategies, annual plans and budgets
6. Staff management
- Take part in regular supervision and team meetings.

7. Quality and standards
- Ensure all staff and volunteers understand and deliver within Eikon’s safeguarding policies and practices when taking part in fundraising activities.
- Ensure all activities follow the relevant Fundraising Codes of Practice and Eikon’s Ethical Fundraising Policy.
- Prepare relevant Partnership Agreements and Commercial Participator Agreements.
- Carry out risk assessments for all activities for which you are responsible.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sue Ryder for a Senior Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Manager to lead, manage and develop our Legacy and In Memory Strategies to deliver sustainable long-term income growth.

Reporting to the Head of High Value and Legacy Fundraising you will:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the development, delivery and implementation of the Legacy Strategy to deliver sustainable long-term growth
• Lead the Legacy and In-Memory team to maximise Legacy & In-Memory income for Sue Ryder and ensure an excellent stewardship and supporter experience
• Be able to interpret and act on data insight and produce robust reports about legacy income and the legacy pipeline
• Work with colleagues to ensure excellent stewardship is followed through in the Charity’s administration of legacy gifts
• Take the lead on the annual planning budgets, forecasting and variance reporting on monthly management accounts for Legacy and In-Memory Giving

• Plan and lead innovative marketing campaigns including using digital channels

The successful applicant will bring:
• Extensive Legacy & In Memory fundraising experience with a minimum of two years at manager level
• A track record of delivering innovation in generating income from Legacies
• Experience of planning, implementing and monitoring large budgets to agreed deadlines
• Experience of leading, inspiring and empowering colleagues to promote legacies and deliver excellent results
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral with the proven ability to communicate with persuasion and credibility
• Excellent Marketing skills to deliver growth from consumer marketing across multiple mediums including digital
• Experience of managing and motivating advertising/marketing agencies to deliver exceptional results
• The ability to analyse data and produce detailed reporting on campaigns and performance
• A thorough understanding of the Legacy Administration process and ILM standards
It is essential you are educated to degree level or have direct sector experience of Legacy Fundraising at manager level for a minimum of two years.
