We are currently recruiting for a Trusts & Grants Executive to join our team. This is an exciting role within the Philanthropy & Partnerships team which will help the Trust to deliver significant growth in income. This role supports the Senior Partnerships Manager in strategic growth and income generation, focusing on expanding relationships with trusts, foundations, and other grant-making bodies.
A key part of the role will involve identifying and maintaining a personal portfolio of small to medium trusts, overseeing grant processes including reporting, and ensuring compliance with funding procedures to enhance the team’s efficiency and accountability.
This role will be offered on a remote working basis, with a requirement to attend our main hub spaces for team working and collaborative meetings. Hubs we can assign to you include Leeds, Ellesmere Port, Burnley, Newark, Birmingham, Hatton, Milton Keynes, Gloucester & London. The regularity & flexibility of travel will be discussed further at interview stage.

Drive Project Manager

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.
In July of this year the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator. This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change.
The Drive Project Manager will play a pivotal role within the Project Management Office (PMO), supporting the successful delivery of key work strands across the partnership. You will work closely with Respect, Safelives, Social Finance and external stakeholders to oversee commissioning contracts, support programme implementation, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide regular progress reports to commissioners.

The Head of Funding and Partnershipsis a key member of HACT’s Leadership Team and leads the organisation’s business development, tendering and fundraising function. JOB PURPOSE

Responsibilities
Strategic fundraising leadership
- Create and deliver a fundraising strategy aligned with HACT's business strategy and ambitious growth target, with annual and multi-year targets

Community Engagement Coordinator – North Region, England

AHS aims to recruit at least 100,000 young people from across the UK and to follow their mental and physical health and wellbeing over at least 10 years. It plans to collect data through questions and measures; to obtain bio-samples for a wide range of genomic and other high-throughput assays; and to capture linked data relevant to health and wellbeing from participants’ health, education and other administrative records. Purpose of the post
The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organisation. This academic year, we will be expanding our work significantly, supporting close to 3,000 young people from Cornwall to Northumberland. The majority of this growth will be through a one-year project we are running in partnership with the Education Endowment Foundation.
This project is a randomised control trial (RCT) of our Peer to Peer coaching programme, where we will be working with an additional 50 new secondary schools. We have seen consistently strong impact from this programme on the attainment, social & emotional development, and school attendance of disadvantaged young people for many years. This EEF supported RCT now gives us the opportunity to test this impact at significant scale, specifically on the maths attainment, maths self-efficacy, and school attendance of disadvantaged Y10 and Y7 pupils.
To support with the delivery of this work, we are looking to recruit a part time (2-3 days per week) Programme Manager based in Cornwall, to start as soon as possible, and deliver programmes through to July 2026. We welcome applications from candidates seeking either a fixed-term or freelance contract, depending on individual circumstances.
You will have end-to-end ownership of your own allocation of programmes, which may involve a mixture of Peer to Peer, Core and LifeCycle programmes. Whilst delivering our programmes you will be required to build excellent relationships with our school and university partners, support with training and developing our undergraduate volunteers, use our evaluation frameworks to assess impact, and lead on conversations related to retention and expansion.

Person Specification:
ESSENTIAL
- Demonstrable experience coordinating / managing multiple projects or programmes
- Experience of working with beneficiaries and / or volunteers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skills in identifying and prioritising workload with the ability to work to deadlines and budget
- Comfortable working independently, operating good judgement on when to seek guidance and support
- Strong IT and / or aptitude to learn software skills (see below)
- Resourceful and adaptable
- Empathetic and supportive
- A ‘hands-on’ and collaborative mindset
DESIRABLE
- Lived experience / interest in supporting those connected with any of the following: early trauma, adoption, the care system, advocating for people from underserved communities.
- Lived experience / interest in supporting families
- Experience of working within a peer support network
- Experience of co-producing projects with beneficiaries / volunteers
- Experience with using multiple software packages (We work across the following software – training provided as necessary: G Suite, MS Office, Zoom, Trello, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Buzzsprout, Google Analytics).
