- Personally cultivate and steward a portfolio of major donors and prospects, developing tailored solicitation strategies that inspire transformational giving.
- Build strong, effective relationships with senior volunteers, high-value committees and new supporters, recruiting and motivating volunteers to help raise funds for the Charity.
- Lead the delivery of a diverse and strategically aligned high-value events portfolio, including major galas, private dinners, webinars, panel discussions, tribute events and stewardship experiences.

About you:
We’re looking for a confident and inspirational leader with:
· Extensive experience in senior fundraising, including major gift programme development and proven success in personally securing seven-figure gifts.
· Expertise in high-value committees, appeal boards or volunteer-led fundraising groups.
· A strong track record in delivering exceptional fundraising events.
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships with VIPs, influential stakeholders and committees.
· Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
· Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret budgets and set ambitious but achievable targets.
· A highly proactive, self-sufficient approach and the ability to work with sensitivity and diplomacy, including in emotionally complex circumstances.

Strategy Development
- Develop and deliver an ambitious legacy and in-memory giving strategy and operational plan, driving sustainable income growth and achieving KPIs.
- Develop and implement associated objectives, workplans and KPIs to track progress.
- Work closely with stakeholders, to curate and implement compelling legacy marketing plans to promote awareness of gifts in wills and recruit new pledgers.
Management of Legacy Programme
- Responsible for ensuring legacy programme meets annual targets, with appropriate stretch targets in place.
- Work collaboratively across all Income streams, Communications and Impact to drive growth in the identification and cultivation of new legacy pledgers.
- Organise legacy events to support cultivation and stewardship of legacy givers.
- Work with Retail to embed legacy messaging in our charity shops and use in‑store activity to grow awareness and legacy leads.
- Provide exceptional stewardship of legacy pledgers individually and collectively, through the development and implementation of a legacy stewardship programme.
- Sensitively and expertly co-ordinate with the legacy administration function (which is outsourced), including regular communication with our professional legacy advisor, exploring and initiating stewardship and impact reporting activities.
- Collaborate on and personally take steps to maximise existing initiatives such as Gifts in Will month and identify new opportunities to market legacies and grow pledgers.
- Lead on developing and leading initiatives to improve awareness of legacies amongst charity staff, volunteers, charity shop customers and the Board.
- Collaborate with the Individual Giving Managers to identify and maximise legacy marketing opportunities through existing and new activities.
- Take personal and collective responsibility for ensuring legacy fundraising is conducted in a legal and ethical manner in line with Charity Commission guidance, and other regulators as appropriate.
- Advise and effectively manage legacy income targets and expenditure budgets, including reforecasting and target setting.

- Proven experience and knowledge of legacy giving, including channels for direct marketing to drive legacy giving.

A position has arisen at SolarAid for a Content and Social Media Manager, reporting to the Director of Communications.
This is a full-time, permanent role, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK, with the option to work remotely or from the London office. Attendance at key team days will be required.
The role focuses on planning, managing and delivering high-quality digital content across SolarAid’s channels, including the website, blog, email and social media. It is a hands-on role, combining day-to-day content production with channel management and collaboration across teams.

The RSPCA York, Harrogate & District Branch is seeking to increase its fundraising activity in order to secure the funding neccessary to completely rebuild the York Animal Home. We are looking to bring on an experienced individual to design, launch and lead our capital campaign and raise the remaining funds needed to complete the project.
The Capital Campaign Lead will take overall responsibility for planning, leading and delivering the £5m capital appeal over the next few years. The York Animal Home was built in 1980 and no longer meets modern welfare, licensing or operational requirements. We have received planning permission and are in the process of finalising the designs prior to construction beginning this year.

The Senior Data and Performance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the work of the ASG Data team. PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Head of Finance will report to the COO, and work closely with the Senior Leadership team, supporting the Theatre’s strategic objectives and decision-making. - Employees’ health and safety is of paramount importance, and Management insists that an employee obtains written express permission to take on any paid work or other employment during periods of TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) or holiday. No permission will be given for the first 28 days of holiday as this is a statutory requirement

As a senior community fundraiser, you’ll will an important part of the team building Breast Cancer Now’s presence in Wales, with a particular focus on South Wales.

The Role:

The Candidate:
• You’ll have experience Delivering projects. Along with extensive experience of complex, multi-disciplinary projects bringing together a variety of skills from both within and outside the organisation to plan, monitor and deliver projects on time and to budget
• You’ll be experienced in In Environmental Education (especially woodlands and rivers), including experience of volunteer and community engagement.
• You will have experience developing and delivering training programmes (preferably including accredited training through a recognised body) directly and/or through procured providers in environmental or countryside skills
• You will have experience working with, developing and managing land management and owning partners.
• You will have previous experience in roles involving public facing communications, including for example, public consultation, media work, lobbying and event management.
• You’ll be experienced in delivering community led projects and activity plans (Heritage Fund or other) and the creation and management of volunteer groups e.g. “Friends of Groups”
• You will be qualified to HND/Degree level in environmental/heritage related, community development, volunteer management and project delivery or related field is desirable.
• A full driving licence and ability to undertake travel across a wide area. Overnight stays may be required.
