Client proposals and contracts senior manager
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in Dot Dot Dot’s impact in London and beyond. Your primary responsibility will be to create the materials that help us win new contracts and partnerships. You’ll analyse the business and social value of each project, turning insights into persuasive cases for action. From there, you’ll craft compelling pitches and proposals, working closely with our senior leadership team to deliver them directly to clients and partners.
This is a collaborative, cross-cutting role at the heart of our business development work. You’ll help us respond to new enquiries, shape tailored proposals, and coordinate contracts - always ensuring our service stands out and reflects both our unique approach and the priorities of each client. Along the way, you’ll bring curiosity about what matters to clients, confidence with data, and the ability to coordinate people and processes to get things done.
You’ll be working closely with senior leaders, gaining cross-functional experience, and helping to shape how the role evolves over time. We’re an ambitious team with a social mission and a high bar for quality, and we’ll support you to learn as you go - through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience with friendly, knowledgeable colleagues across the business.
About you

You must have:

We’re recruiting an interim Head of Retention Marketing and Customer Journeys on a 12-month fixed term contract to lead a key transformation project.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the second-largest income stream at the BHF, from our existing donor base while delivering adoption of the Adobe marketing stack.

Managing income across our loyal regular giving base, our new lottery player base as well as our cash donor, raffle (Give Help) and retail, volunteering, event participant bases (Achieve Goals), your objective will be to grow income from our existing customer groups using cross sell, upsell and engagement communications to improve lifetime value, taking a customer centric approach.
This role is also key to to ensuring that our customers know where they can get help from the BHF, be it access to health content, to learn CPR or contact our Heart Helpline (Get Help).
Leading a talented below-the-line marketing team across our Give Help, Get Help and Achieve Goals objectives, you’ll also work closely with colleagues in our above-the-line teams to take an integrated approach to key comms moments.
About you
You’re a strategic marketing leader with a proven track record in customer retention, journey optimisation, and multi-channel growth. You’ve led teams through transformation, embedded new platforms, and delivered measurable impact.
You bring expertise in CRM, product marketing, and customer data strategy, with a passion for customer-centric marketing that drives engagement and long-term value. Experience with Adobe is ideal, but we would also value experience in platforms like Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Intuit (Mailchimp), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot and an understanding of the capability they have to drive personalised marketing
You’ll also bring:
- Strong working knowledge of customer data, CRM, and product marketing, with experience developing retention and journey campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and data-led channels.
- Proven success as a people manager, with a track record of delivering change, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders, and experience managing external agencies through complex CRM and below-the-line marketing projects.
- Commercial and financial acumen, including budget modelling and P&L management.
- Experience working with data science teams to uncover customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies—paired with excellent storytelling and briefing skills to deliver impactful, optimised campaigns.
Working arrangements
This is 12-month fixed term contract covering family leave. Start date ideally in December 2025, although there can be some flexibility.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support
- Act as liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, drafting communications and ensuring clear, timely information flow; supporting scheduling of meetings and tracking of actions and, with support from the CRM Manager, ensuring key contacts and relationship data are accurately and securely maintained on the organisation’s central database.
- Coordinate meetings and agendas with the CEO, Director of Finance and Operations, Chair of the Board, and Board sub-committees; manage papers and follow-up actions.
- Organise external meetings, including venue liaison, room bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT), including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Coordinate SMT and Programme Board meetings including compilation and circulation of agendas and supporting documents.
- Prepare regular status updates on project progress; maintain a record of agreed actions from meetings and liaise with team members to gather updates and ensure timely completion.
- Act as a point of contact between the Senior Management Team and working groups focused on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Well-being.
Board Support & Impact Reporting
- Support board-level processes by coordinating meeting logistics; prepare, compile and circulate materials including agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations;.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings including tracking and reporting on Board decisions and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Assist in developing and maintaining risk management and impact reporting frameworks and tools for the Trustee Board.
- Collect, analyse, and report on data related to AVUK’s strategic programme impact and outcomes.
Governance and Additional EA Support Duties
- Support the Director of Finance and Operations and Operations Manager to ensure AVUK’s legal obligations regarding governance, record-keeping and reporting requirements are maintained.
- Oversee office management and liaise with landlords at AVUK centres in London, Bicester, and flexible workspaces in Glasgow and Leeds.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO or Senior Management Team, including planning and execution.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role, or in direct organisational management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrable discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with governance structures and impact reporting frameworks.

The Role
Planning and delivery of the Greyhound Trust’s fundraising from individuals to support delivery of our organisational strategy.
This is a new role within our new and growing income generation and engagement team. Reporting to the Head of Income Generation and Engagement, the Greyhound Trust looks to you to review and develop current Individual Giving income streams, identify and implement new opportunities and deliver a sustainable growth plan suited to the Greyhound Trust brand, stakeholders, resources and strategic aspirations. What you will do

London Support Programme - Prison Caseworker

Role summary
The London Support Programme (LSP) is a pilot service delivered by the Hardman Trust, providing pre- and post-release support to people on long sentences who are returning to London. This first year of delivery has enabled us to begin offering support, and we are now refining the programme for its next stage.
We are recruiting two part-time, Prison Caseworkers to deliver frontline support, ensuring that people serving long sentences continue to receive consistent, personalised help in preparing for release and rebuilding their lives.
As a Prison Caseworker, you will provide one-to-one, person-centred support focused on wellbeing, confidence-building, and preparation for life after release.
You will support people to set meaningful goals, connect with services, and problem-solve challenges along the way.
The role involves building trusting relationships, promoting the programme across the prison, keeping accurate records, and contributing to the continued development of this pilot into a sustainable, long-term service.
You will be managed and supported by the Head of Service Delivery.
Core responsibilities

One-to-one support delivery – Provide tailored support to people in prison signed up to the LSP, including initial support planning, goal-setting, problem-solving and referrals to both internal (e.g. Grants, Research Volunteers, Penfriends) and external services.

Remote support – Provide light-touch support to LSP participants released from prison, during their initial weeks of resettlement, using telephone/video calls, and email to check in, offer guidance, and help address early challenges.

Service promotion – Actively promote the LSP within pilot and potential partner prisons to increase sign-ups and engagement.

Administration – Keep accurate, timely records of support activities and outcomes using Salesforce and NOMIS systems.

Service development – Support the Head of Service Delivery by contributing learning and feedback from frontline delivery, to inform the ongoing refinement of the programme model and resources.

Collaboration & team contribution - Work closely with colleagues to promote products and services, gather and analyse user feedback, and ensure continuous improvement. Contribute to organisational reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.

The Duty work
The HHPA Duty Team makes sure the Homeless Health Peer Advocacy service runs safely and smoothly. They handle bookings from partner organisations, match referrals with Peer Advocates, and organise all the practical details – like booking transport, giving travel directions, and confirming who will attend each appointment. They use a specially designed Salesforce database to keep track of appointments, update records, and measure the impact of the service. A key part of their job is running the Duty System, which checks Peer Advocates in and out of jobs so that everyone is safe and supported.
The team is also the main point of contact for partners, frontline staff, and volunteers. They answer questions, make sure referrals have all the right information, and keep everything running to schedule. They look after data security, maintain good relationships with partner agencies, and make sure volunteers and workers have what they need to do their work well. By taking care of the behind-the-scenes work, the Duty Team frees up the frontline team to focus on supporting people to attend healthcare appointments and improve their health.
The pan-London Caseworker work
We need this role to support people experiencing homelessness in Boroughs where support needs are extremely high, but where we don't have the capacity or flexibility through our other funding to meet their needs. Most of our Caseworkers are funded by individual Boroughs and can only work in that area. This role will be able to work in any of the Boroughs where we deliver HHPA so will give us the flexibility to go to where the need is greatest rather than being fixed in a single local authority area.
