We’re looking for someone creative, imaginative and curious who can run targeted campaigns, improve visibility and generate leads. Someone who can turn insight into action, and who believes digital work should reflect real values.
This role supports and bridges fundraising, partnerships and housing. You’ll help shape how we speak to funders, care providers and the public, using tools like SEO, social media and email campaigns to strengthen trust and raise awareness.

About This Job
This job is to work with the cadet media and communications team in creating and delivering digital marketing strategy to increase awareness of both the Combined Cadet Force (CCF) and the Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) mainly through digital platforms including our website and social platforms with the target of increased traffic, awareness, and recruitment. It is an exciting new role with lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth in a hard-working team.
Essential Skills
· A recognised qualification or proven success in digital marketing
· Hands on marketing / communications experience
· Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing
· Knowledge of digital marketing and communications practices
· Content creation abilities
· Use of social media to achieve marketing and communications objectives
· Awareness of graphic design principles and familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, or other imaging / graphic design software

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.
We want to develop the youth leadership and training abilities of adult volunteers whilst also helping young people to access cadet activities through fundraising, grant-making, developing new resources and direct support.

Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their marketing and digital team, responsible for the development, management, and continuous enhancement of their corporate digital channels to maximize efficiencies and drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and continuously enhance the charity's corporate digital channels

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire millions of people to take positive actions for animals by writing, editing, and publishing compelling advocacy copy, including petitions and letters to politicians and other decision-makers

Maintain and regularly update digital campaign action alerts, which may include updating campaign targets, ensuring the accuracy of the text, and writing campaign updates

Monitor planning proposals for new factory farms, research and draft petitions specifically targeting new planning applications and other urgent animal rights issues

Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of web content, including blog posts and lifestyle features

Use analytics tools to track content performance and inform future content strategies

Conduct keyword research, and develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic to the website

Collaborate with other teams to ensure the accuracy of digital content and its alignment with campaign goals, and maintain a dynamic and engaging website
