About the role
The Senior Research and Evaluation Adviser will work to position King’s College London as a sector leader on conducting institutional evaluation and research to understand how we can support students from underrepresented groups to access university and succeed at university. Our team generates causal evidence either through Randomised Controlled Trials or Quasi-experimental designs, as well as correlational and qualitative evidence.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to work in research and evaluation in an applied context, and who wish to use their skills and expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in generating and applying evidence to practice.

Overall Purpose of the Role
The Finance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that Emmaus Hertfordshire maintains accurate, timely and compliant financial information in support of its charitable and social enterprise activities.
You will work closely with the Operations & Finance Manager, Trustees, Chief Executive, staff, companions, and external partners to provide clear financial reporting, strong financial controls, and expert guidance that supports good decision-making across the organisation.
As a proactive member of the Management Team, you will also contribute to financial policy development and continuous improvement of systems and processes, working within the Emmaus values, ethos and principles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Controls
- Maintain effective financial control over all revenue, expenditure, and cash handling across the community.
- Prepare spreadsheets for monthly payroll and pension contributions.
- Support the Finance Manager, Chief Executive and Treasurer in preparing, setting and creating the annual budget.
- Maintain companion rent accounts, Housing benefit and Gift Aid applications.
- Lead the year-end process and liaise with external auditors to ensure an efficient and compliant audit.
2. Financial Reporting
- Produce accurate and timely financial information, including providing information to support monthly management accounts and forecast reports.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for the Board, Committees and senior leadership as required.
3. Financial Analysis
- Undertake financial analysis of business development and new income-generation opportunities to help minimise financial risk.
- Provide analysis and insight to support decision-making across social enterprise operations and to maximise trading income.
4. Additional Duties
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and business plans.
- Attend and actively participate in staff, companion, Trustee and Board meetings where required.

Working across the South London and Maudsley (SLaM) boroughs — Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark and Croydon — you will document, analyse and demonstrate the impact of new youth friendly primary care approaches as they are designed, implemented and adapted.
Supervised by Dr Ann Hagell (Consultant to The Well Centre Charity) and Professor Johnny Downs (King’s College London), you will join a collaborative and multidisciplinary partnership that includes KCL’s CAMHS Digital Lab, primary care teams, youth workers and community stakeholders. This is a rare chance to contribute foundational insight to a charity entering its national scaling phase.

The Well Centre Charity exists to ensure every young person has access to health support that is holistic, youth friendly and free from barriers. Our model brings together GPs, Health and Wellbeing Practitioners and mental health practitioners to deliver integrated care in a way young people value.
Rooted in Lambeth, the Well Centre model has inspired services across South London and beyond. We are now building the research, learning and system infrastructure required to scale this approach nationally. Harris Hill is thrilled to partner with Christian Aid, to hire their new Digital Performance Advisor, to work in either London, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Warrington. The Digital Performance Advisor will be the driving force behind understanding and improving their online performance. This role is central to how they use data and insight to make impactful decisions across digital, fundraising, campaigning and supporter engagement.
You will strengthen Christian Aid’s digital measurement, analytics and reporting capability, enabling colleagues to ask questions, understand user behaviour and act on clear, actionable insights. This role focuses on analysis, interpretation and strategic advice — ensuring digital activity is informed by robust evidence and aligned with organisational values and goals.
This is a specialist analyst role and the organisation’s subject matter expert in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
About you:
You are an experienced digital analyst with deep expertise in Google Analytics 4. You specialise in analytics, insight and performance measurement, and you enjoy making sense of complex data to answer real organisational questions.
You are confident explaining how GA4 works, how funnels and lifecycles are structured, and how campaign activity translates into meaningful outcomes.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven expertise in digital analysis and insight, with experience producing data-driven reports and actionable recommendations
- Advanced GA4 knowledge, including funnels, segmentation, lifecycle reporting and (where relevant) e-commerce tracking. Strong understanding of the transition from Universal Analytics (GA3) to GA4 and its implications
- Experience using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, and behavioural analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Contentsquare)
- Ability to interpret A/B testing and experimentation results to inform optimisation decisions
- Experience managing tracking requirements, tag management and integrating digital data with CRM systems

About the role
We are recruiting for a Campaigns Communication Officer to join on a full-time, permanent contract, working 35 hours per week.
This role is key to Alzheimer’s Society’s ambitions to drive major policy change across England, Northern Ireland and Wales. As Campaign Communications Officer you will support in the delivery of impact focussed influencing campaigns that seek to change policy at both a local and national level; making the case for dementia to be the priority it needs to be.
You will work on the development and delivery of our campaign messaging and narrative, ensuring that campaign communications are impactful, closely aligned to our organisational tone of voice and in line with Evidence, Policy and Influencing ambitions – with an aim to affect change in dementia policy at all levels across Northern Ireland, England and Wales.
You will work closely with other teams across the organisation including, but not limited to, External Relations, Marketing and Brand, Fundraising and Internal Communications and Engagement to effectively translate and communicate our evidence, policy and influencing messaging for a wide variety of internal and external audiences, for both offline and online platforms.

About you
Joining us, you will have experience working in a complex policy environment alongside experience in delivering impactful communications for a wide variety of audiences, platforms and channels. - Working collaboratively with Influencing colleagues across all nations to ensure that campaigning activity is tailored to the context and needs of the devolved nations.
- When required, representing the Society externally. This may include representing the Society in media interviews, at conferences and seminars across the UK.
