Our mission is to help men build resilience, confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier coping skills through practical, reflective, skills‑based support. To launch successfully, we need to raise awareness, build excitement, and tell the stories that show why MINDSET matters.

What the Marketing & Communications Committee Will Do

We’re looking for volunteers who can help us:

• Build interest and excitement around MINDSET

• Develop clear, positive messaging that reflects our mission

• Create social media content and help manage our channels

• Support simple campaigns that raise awareness and engagement

• Tell the stories of the men we aim to support (safely and ethically)

• Help shape our brand personality and public presence

• Identify opportunities to raise our profile locally and online

• Bring creative ideas that help us stand out as a new charity

You don’t need to be a marketing expert — just enthusiastic, creative, and willing to get involved.

• Passionate about men’s wellbeing and community impact

Experience in marketing, PR, social media, branding, or communications is helpful but not essential.

 We create sensory activities, challenges and games featuring our bespoke disabled characters and take them to a variety of events and other organisations. And this is where you come in! We need volunteers to do lots of different jobs from big too small. Whether it's preparing activities, setting up, speaking to people or helping pack up, there's plenty to do.

- Providing a safe space for families who would otherwise find bigger events difficult.

- Promote education and awareness of inclusion around disability.

Who are you?

We are not looking for robots, we want your uniqueness. Generally speaking you will have a;

What do we need from you?

- To have a DBS check (preferably be on the update system)

- Be willing to undertake our training programme

- We don't currently ask us our volunteers to be on a rota. Your time is precious and we are thankful for however much you are willing to give to us.

Role Responsibilities

You can choose the areas that best suit your skills and interests. The role is flexible, and volunteers may opt to support one area or several.

1. Stock & Donations Management

• Sort donated items to ensure they are appropriate for sale or event use.
• Organise and manage stock ahead of upcoming events.
• Monitor stock levels and identify when outreach or additional donations are needed.

2. Event Support

• Attend fundraising events, engaging confidently with the public and sharing information about our work.
• Assist with setting up equipment and displays and help with packing away after events.
• Ensure stalls are well presented, welcoming, and visually engaging.
• Support sales of merchandise and the running of games/activities.
• Take photographs throughout the event for promotional use and reporting.
• Observe and record visitor numbers, engagement levels, and which stall features attract attention.
• (Optional) Act as a Stall Leader, taking the lead on the day to coordinate volunteers and ensure a smooth event.

3. Transport & Logistics

• Transport equipment, displays, and stock to and from event venues (using your own vehicle if appropriate).
• Help with stall setup upon arrival at the venue.

4. Admin Coordination

This is a key support role that helps keep the fundraising function organised and running smoothly.

• Booking events and completing relevant forms.
• Maintain a current contact list of volunteers.
• Manage and update volunteer availability rotas.
• Keep the fundraising project spreadsheet accurate and up to date.
• Update the “cat book” or event information pack ahead of each event.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident communicators who enjoy speaking with the public.
• Organised, reliable volunteers who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Individuals happy to support practical tasks such as setting up stalls or sorting stock.
• Volunteers with basic administrative skills (for those taking on admin coordination).
• A willingness to try new things and get involved in a variety of event activities.
• Ability to carry light–moderate items for event setup (helpful, but not essential).

Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C is a pioneering podcast, YouTube channel, and healing membership organisation dedicated to creating a safe platform for survivors and whistleblowers to share lived experiences, expose systemic failures, and promote healing through culturally trauma-informed care.

Our organisation combines healing, education, advocacy, and empowerment through honest storytelling and community transformation. We provide opportunities for young people and survivors to develop digital skills, participate in our interactive Alchemic 369 Book Club, and engage in transformative discussions around African, Caribbean, and world history, political thought, classics, and Ifa studies.

We’re REMIX, a Shoreditch‑based social mobility charity on a mission to help young people rewrite the stories they’ve been handed and remix their lives with confidence, creativity, and community. This September, we’re launching something big — and we need a Graphic Designer with energy, imagination, and a love for bold youth culture to help bring it all to life.

This VOLUNTEER Role

We’re looking for a volunteer Graphic Designer who can help us shape the visual identity of our launch. You’ll create a set of key design assets that will help us show the world who we are and what we stand for. Think vibrant, street‑inspired, future‑leaning visuals that feel at home in Shoreditch — and speak directly to young people who are ready to rise.

• Launch event visuals.

• Flyers, posters, and digital promo materials.

• Templates our team can use going forward.

• Any other creative pieces that help us show up loud and proud in September.

Volunteer Graphic Designer Wanted – Help Shape the MINDSET Brand​

MINDSET is a brand‑new men’s wellbeing and personal growth charity, and we’re looking for a talented Volunteer Graphic Designer to help us bring our vision to life.

We want to create a vibrant, positive, modern brand built around our brand that reflects our mission: helping men build resilience, confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier coping skills through practical, reflective, skills‑based support.

You’ll help us create the visual foundation of MINDSET, including:

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking insightful, professional, and articulate volunteers to join our Interview Team.

�� Role Overview The Interview Team serves as the "Gatekeepers" of IHF. You are the first point of human contact for global applicants. Your role is to conduct professional screenings, assess cultural alignment, and identify future leaders who will contribute to our mission in Kenya, Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Interviews: Lead 1-on-1 video or voice interviews with international applicants.

• Evaluate Talent: Use standardized rubrics to assess skills, commitment levels, and alignment with IHF's non-hierarchical values.

• Critical Reporting: Write concise, objective summaries and recommendations for the HR Executive and Center Leads.

• Maintain Pipeline: Ensure interview slots are filled and candidates move through the recruitment funnel without delay.

• Professional Representation: Act as the face of IHF, providing a welcoming yet professional first impression.

�� Ideal Candidate:

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to remain neutral and objective while evaluating diverse personalities.

• High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.

• Reliable and punctual (managing appointments across various time zones).

• Experience in HR, Psychology, Communications, or Management is a plus.
