This role will see you lead the design, application and continuous improvement of RBL’s change management approach across the Change Portfolio. You will set the standards, embed the methodology and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of change.

You will translate analysis into actionable plans, assure readiness and adoption activity and provide portfolio-level oversight to manage capacity, minimise overload, and ensure change is embedded, measured, and sustained. You’ll collaborate closely with subject-matter experts across Change and Transformation and the wider organisation to enable successful, people-centred change.

Reporting to the Transformation Cluster Leader, key responsibilities will include:

- Set the standards for change management activities across the Change Portfolio
- Establish, assure and continually improve the standards, playbooks, and tools needed to support robust change analysis, readiness, and adoption activities across the Portfolio
- Working with Project Managers and key SMEs to create and where necessary lead, actionable change management plans and approach for projects
- Work in partnership with the Change Communications Manager and Project Managers regarding change communication as part of the delivery of the case for change and change journey
- Lead work to deliver impact analysis and evaluation of the actual impact of changes

You will be expected to travel regularly in the course of your work including regularly to our London, Haig House, office. You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work when not travelling.

Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports around 3,600 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 170 local and national businesses. The volunteer ask is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the New Economics Foundation to work as a community organiser on the Women Bridging Communities programme in Greater Manchester.

At its core, the programme responds to a critical and growing challenge: the erosion of trust, increasing polarisation, and fragmentation across communities in the UK. The programmes centres the distinct role women already play in sustaining communities.

Women Bridging Communities creates the conditions for women across differences to come together, build relationships, strengthen relational power, and shape the spaces where decisions and influence sit.

Reporting to the Senior Community Organiser, your focus will be on building the power and leadership of women in Greater Manchester in order to tackle polarisation through collective action. This work will involve developing leaders’ organising craft and leadership, listening to people about the issues in their local areas, identifying local campaigns and leaders, and equipping people with organising skills to take action together at a local and regional level.

You will need to be an experienced organiser and campaigner. You must have a demonstratable commitment to women and addressing polarisation, and be skilled in facilitation and communication with a wide range of audiences. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Analytics & Operations, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, using data and insight to continuously improve recruitment outcomes across a diverse and purpose-led organisation.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development and delivery of Together Trust’s talent acquisition strategy
• Contribute up to date recruitment expertise and insights to the Trust-wide strategic workforce planning
• Manage and support a busy central recruitment team, role-modelling compassionate and inclusive leadership.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships seeking to understand their requirements
• Drive inclusive recruitment practices and remove barriers for candidates wherever possible.
• Be confident and capable in using data, benchmarking and workforce insights to inform decisions

 What We're Looking For:

• CIPD Level 5 and degree level qualification
• Confident using recruitment and workforce data to inform decisions
• Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, compliance and employment law
• Proven experience managing a busy and passionate team
• Advanced literacy and ICT Skills (ATS, Excel, SharePoint)

The PKD Charity is looking for an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder to lead patient involvement in groundbreaking PKD research.

This is not a standard engagement role.

You will help ensure that the voices, experiences and priorities of people living with polycystic kidney disease directly influence research, clinical studies and future healthcare decisions across the UK.

PKD affects around 70,000 people in the UK. It causes kidney failure, lifelong health complications and reduced life expectancy. There is currently no cure.

We believe research is stronger when patients are genuinely heard — not consulted as an afterthought.

As our Patient & Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) Manager, you’ll lead and shape involvement activity through the PKD Research Hub, working alongside patients, researchers, clinicians and partners to make research more inclusive, meaningful and impactful.

Overview

Not Beyond Redemption is looking for a dedicated and organised Solicitor to provide guidance and supervision to Pro Bono Solicitors and volunteers from our partner firms who assist with casework in private children law matters. The charity is seeking a Solicitor (minimum of 1 year PQE, preferably in family law) to work on a remote basis. The candidate must, however, be willing to travel to attend the in-person legal clinics in the Northeast. There will also be occasional team meetings in North Wales (Wrexham) and London.

Not Beyond Redemption is a charity founded by Camilla Baldwin that provides free family legal advice and representation to women in prison. The charity's focus is to re-establish critical access and relationships between mothers and their children. The scope of the work is varied and ranges from helping women with a myriad of legal matters, including understanding their rights, negotiating with carers and representing them in courts across the country. The charity currently holds legal clinics in all 12 women’s prisons across England. 

The Role

Location: Primarily remote working. Preferably based in the North West area. Occasional travel to:- 

• HMP Low Newton  in Durham (every 2/3 months) to lead the legal clinics -with additional travel to other women's prisons as required 
• North Wales/Chester border for meetings with the supervising solicitor
• London head office for team meetings (every 1/2 months) 

Purpose of the position:To supervise a caseload of private law family cases as part of the Northern team and to assist with the Northern legal prison clinics.

Description: We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Family Lawyer to join our core team. After initial supervision you will lead prison legal clinics in the North and run a caseload of private law children matters,  staffed by a network of pro bono volunteers from partner law firms. You will work closely with the Supervising Lawyer in the North to ensure we continue to provide high quality legal advice/representation to women in the Northern prisons and maintain our pro bono partnerships in the region. You will also run a small case load without volunteer solicitors. 

Key Accountabilities: 

• Lead legal prison clinics remotely and in-person.
• Provide sensitive, non-judgemental legal advice to women facing complex barriers. 
• Supervise/manage a caseload of private Children Act 1989 proceedings, from initial instructions through to court representation. This involves overseeing and approving the work undertake by the pro bono lawyers. 
• Support the pro bono lawyers to ensure that they provide high-level legal assistance to our clients. 
• Run a small caseload independently 
• Represent Not Beyond Redemption at charity events or regional networking sessions, as required.

Person Specification: 

• Qualified solicitor (minimum of 1 Year PQE – preferably in family law) 
• Highly organised. 
• Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to explain complex legal rights to clients in a clear, accessible manner 
• Must have good attention to detail. 
• Ability to work effectively from a remote home-based environment while maintaining high professional standards and strong links to the wider NBR team. 
• A positive outlook with an ability to inspire confidence, provide vision and motivate people. 
• Sensitive manner and interest in helping vulnerable people.

The role requires both professional HR expertise and an understanding of how trauma, lived experience, and care considerations should inform organisational policies and staff management.

• Recruitment & Development lead inclusive hiring, onboarding, appraisals and workforce planning 

• Staff Welfare champion wellbeing through a trauma-informed, lived-experience approach 

• Employee Relations supports managers on performance, disciplinary and conflict resolution 

• HR Systems maintain accurate staff records, ensure data protection and streamline reporting 

Essential CIPD Level 5+, proven HR management experience (charity or lived-experience-led organisation preferred), strong employment law knowledge, trauma-informed practice understanding, and excellent communication skills. 

Desirable Experience in health, social care or community settings; knowledge of safeguarding frameworks; organisational change experience. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
