We're looking for a talented and motivated Multimedia Producer to join Mind's in-house Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to help bring our brand to life through powerful, video, photo and audio content that supports our mission to ensure everyone with a mental health problem gets support and respect.

As part of a growing team, you'll produce high-quality multimedia content across a wide range of formats - from filmed stories and campaign assets to social videos, interviews, animations, and audio pieces. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Mind, transforming briefs into engaging, accessible content that resonates with audiences and strengthens our brand.

This role is perfect for someone with strong videography, photography and editing skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work on multiple briefs in a fast-moving environment.

Key duties and responsibilities

What you'll be doing

-Filming and editing high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, events, and web.

-Producing multimedia content from concept through to final delivery - including storyboarding, scripting support, filming & post-production.

-Managing multiple briefs at once, balancing new creative work with BAU production needs.

-Ensuring all content is technically correct, accessible, and optimised for specific platforms and formats.

-Collaborating with colleagues in Creative, Brand, Marketing and Digital to develop impactful concepts.

-Organising and maintaining our digital asset library, including raw footage, final edits and consent forms.

-Occasionally liaising with or commissioning freelancers and production partners.

-Staying up to date with video trends, accessibility practices, equipment, and production techniques.

About you

You'll bring:

-Experience filming and editing video content for different audiences, channels and formats.

We're looking for a Community Fundraising Officer to join Mind's community fundraising team. This is as a maternity cover on a Fixed Term Contract of one year.

The team is focused on recruiting and delivering brilliant stewardship to supporters who choose to fundraise in their own way for Mind, whether this is at home, their place of work or at school, colleague or university. This year the team aims to raise over £5m and support over 10,000 people and organisations who have chosen to give their time and enthusiasm in order to organise their own fundraising activity for Mind.

The post holder will:

Day to day, the Community Fundraising Officer manages supporter journeys from end-to-end. We are recruiting for a Senior Supporter Care Officer to join our team at Mind.

Mind's Supporter Care Team play a vital role in ensuring that we deliver an outstanding customer service to supporters and the general public, guaranteeing an excellent experience with Mind, leaving our supporters feeling valued and committed to our cause.

You will work closely with the team manager as well as two other Senior Officers, and 6 Co-rdinators. The post holder will:

-Line manage 3 Co-ordinators and support the whole team to ensure timely, high quality communications with supporters and the general public.

In this role you will be responsible for office management and administrative support across Pembroke House’s work, from supporting governance functions, to leading on Hall Hire bookings and supporting programmes in our buildings and in the wider neighbourhood.

About the Role

As part of our Central Services team, you'll help create a positive employee experience across the organisation. From recruitment and onboarding to learning, wellbeing and employee relations, you'll support the people practices that enable our staff and volunteers to deliver life-changing services.

You'll also play an important role in supporting the governance of the charity, acting as a key point of contact for Trustees and Board sub-committees and helping to ensure effective decision-making and accountability.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR, People Management or Organisational Development. You'll gain experience across the full employee lifecycle, contribute to strategic projects and develop an understanding of charity governance within a supportive and values-led organisation.

As part of the role, you'll be supported to complete a Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship, leading to a recognised CIPD qualification.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes

• Supporting managers and colleagues with day-to-day people queries

• Maintaining accurate, confidential and audit-ready records

• Reviewing and improving HR and people processes

• Producing reports and insights from people data

• Coordinating Board and sub-committee meetings, papers, minutes and action logs

• Supporting governance processes and Trustee administration

• Working with colleagues across Volunteering, Training and Central Services on organisational projects

About You

You'll enjoy supporting others, building strong relationships and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable balancing competing priorities while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

You'll be motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a feminist, trauma-informed organisation and will have:

• A strong interest in HR, Governance, Organisational Development or People Management

• Experience providing administrative support in a professional environment

Communications & Marketing Officer (Maternity Cover)

Reports to: Communications & Marketing Manager

Salary: £32,000

Hours: Full-time (1.0 FTE). Currently 32 hours over four or five days per week.

If you want to join a small, ambitious, dynamic team that works at a global level to make a difference, then this role is for you! Communication is a crucial part of the World Hepatitis Alliance (WHA)’s work, and you will be joining at the start of a new strategy period.

Hepatitis is now the world’s deadliest communicable disease, claiming 1.34 million lives each year. Yet the world has everything it needs to eliminate it, including affordable testing and treatment, a vaccine for hepatitis B, and a cure for hepatitis C. Lack of awareness, stigma and discrimination in society, and a lack of action by decision makers, has stalled hepatitis healthcare worldwide. As a result, 287 million people are living with the virus, but only a small fraction know.

We are looking for someone to position WHA and the hepatitis cause within the global health landscape.

The successful candidate will deliver high impact multi-channel global campaigns to communicate our work to key stakeholders. We are looking for a communications all-rounder, with skills across content creation, copywriting, marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative problem solver, ready to turn their hand to a wide range of projects.

Roles and responsibilities

• Work effectively to create high-impact digital and print communications for WHA teams
• Deliver content for our flagship campaigns, including World Hepatitis Testing Week, World Hepatitis Day and NOhep
• Manage WHA and NOhep social media accounts on LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Facebook and Instagram
• Update WHA’s suite of websites to align with campaigns
• Conduct regular email communications
• Develop and implement successful paid digital promotion strategies
• Monitor and evaluate all digital channel performance, optimising approaches to increase reach and engagement
• Manage third-party suppliers and consultants
• Copywriting, sub-editing and proofreading
• Design of social media graphics, reports, and infographics
• Produce press releases and conduct media relations

Person specification

The Communications & Marketing Officer works across multiple projects and needs to be able to turn their hands to a range of tasks. They are a self-starter and problem-solver, using their skills to create engaging content.

Experience

• Experience working in a marketing/communications/PR or similar environment
• Experience implementing multi-channel advocacy, awareness-raising and/or behaviour-change campaigns
• Experience working in and/or an understanding of global health and international development
• Experience in managing organisational social media
• Experience in managing freelance contributors and suppliers to ensure they deliver on time, to budget and specification 

Skills and abilities:

• Social media content generation and management skills, with experience of HootSuite or other scheduling platforms
• Clear, precise and engaging writing skills; including experience of producing articles, reports and blog content
• Design skills, with a good knowledge of the Adobe Suite
• Web management skills, with experience of WordPress and analytics
• Knowledge of MailChimp or other email platforms, and the management of mailing lists
• Accurate proof-reading skills, with clear attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
• Creative thinking capability and the confidence to own ideas
• Confidence in communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds
• Confidence using online analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and using feedback to improve future activities

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Wellbeing Service Manager to lead and develop our wellbeing offer for unpaid carers in Bradford. This service provides free counselling support delivered by student counsellors, offering vital emotional wellbeing support to carers. The service also trains volunteers to offer a compassionate listening service.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a relatively new part of the charity, ensuring high-quality delivery while contributing to its growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Coordination:

1. Manage referrals into the wellbeing service, including initial contact and triage of unpaid carers into the caring callers support offer or counselling offer
2. Assess needs and match carers appropriately with student counsellors/ volunteers
3. Monitor the progress and outcomes of counselling support
4. Support the coordination of wellbeing activities across all areas including staff wellbeing
5. Student Counsellor/Volunteer Recruitment & Support
6. Recruit student counsellors and volunteers in partnership with training providers
7. Deliver in house induction and training to students/volunteers
8. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and workplace supervision to student counsellors /volunteers
9. Ensure students are working within ethical and professional boundaries

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of service delivery
• Monitor service performance and outcomes
• Produce reports for internal use and funders

Service Development:

• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the service
• Identify gaps, opportunities, and innovations to better support carers
• Support the development of policies and procedures where needed

Funding & Sustainability:

• Contribute to identifying and securing future funding opportunities
• Support bid writing and reporting to funders
