Purpose of the Role

The Administrator / Finance Officer plays a key role in the smooth running of One Newham. The postholder will provide reliable financial administration, maintain accurate records, support budgeting and reporting cycles, and ensure effective office and administrative systems are in place, with a strong emphasis on finance.

Key Responsibilities

Finance (priority area)

• Maintain accurate financial records on QuickBooks.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with cashflow forecasts.

• Maintain up-to-date contact lists and mailing groups for One Newham members and partners.

• Support the production and circulation of member communications, including e-bulletins, newsletters and event invitations.

• Upload and update content on the One Newham website and/or member portals (where applicable).

• Assist with communications for forums, training sessions and network events (e.g. creating simple flyers, booking links, reminders).

• Help ensure a consistent, timely flow of information to members about opportunities, funding, training and key local developments.

Essential Experience and Knowledge

• Experience in a finance-focused administrative role, ideally in a charity or small organisation.

• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Endometriosis UK is the leading UK charity supporting those living with endometriosis. Formed in 1981, we offer information and support to allthose affected by endometriosis, for example through our website, webinars and information leaflets, and via our local support groups, Helpline, webchat and online forum. KCSC is the recognised voluntary sector ‘infrastructure’ organisation, also known as a Council for the Voluntary Sector (CVS), for the borough. Main purpose of the role

Support for Health & Wellbeing Programme – My Care My Way

• Manage the NHS Self-Care email inboxes.
• Process all referrals to the Self-Care Programmes via Charity Log in a timely and accurate manner and ensure all appropriate information is received. Liaise with referrers and providers if information is insufficient.
• Act as the key point of contact for referrers and the contracted providers with regards to referrals.

The NCIs are looking to recruit a Finance Systems Administrator on a one year fixed term contract basis to support business-as-usual systems during a period of significant change. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to step into a Finance Systems administration role, and 'learn on the job'.

The Finance Systems Administrator will work closely with the Finance Systems Analysts, supporting them as necessary and learning by assisting with support calls, predominantly 1st line, logged via the helpdesk software as well as general systems administration. This will be across all Finance systems including SAP, Credit Cards, BACS and other peripheral applications.

Systems Administration will comprise of:
- Basic user support (password resets, user access administration, systems housekeeping etc)
- The production of regular data extracts and reports

A Rocha UK is a unique Christian nature conservation charity that mobilises Christians and churches to care for the natural world. We equip and inspire Christians to enjoy, nurture, and defend nature; and we run the Eco Church and related eco denominational schemes, such as Eco Dioceses. Our Conservation work is a core component of the project portfolio at A Rocha UK. We manage our own nature reserve at Foxearth Meadows in Essex and manage the Partners in Action programme, which consists of a network of over 60 organisations and sites managing over 20,000 acres of land for nature. The conservation team is also responsible for oversight of our scientific work and related data. This role will make a significant contribution to the efficient running of the Conservation Department by supporting the Head of Conservation in their leadership of the programme and the wider Conservation team in the smooth running of the Partners in Action programme. Role

To be responsible for the day-to-day provision of an efficient, welcoming and professional reception and administrative/business support service to the Masbro Community Centre.

The applicant will be the first person a visitor, client or customer meets or speaks to face to face or on the phone.  The applicant will need to have a good rapport with people and make them feel welcome and at ease.  UPG deliver a range different activities a week with a footfall of over 500 people a week.

Supporting providers and users of the Community Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities  ​

1. As the receptionist and administrator, ensuring all users and visitors are dealt with promptly, professionally and courteously.

2. Provide a warm, supportive and nurturing front-of-house presence, building positive relationships with service users, tenants, volunteers and partners.
3. Develop and maintain effective clerical and administrative systems in line with UPG policies and procedures, reviewing and improving systems where necessary.

About the role

The Learning & Development Administrator provides administrative and coordination support across learning, development, and workforce planning activities. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the role ensures statutory and mandatory training compliance is monitored, training programmes are coordinated, and accurate workforce and skills data is maintained.

We are looking for an Administrative and IT Assistant to join the team!

Position: Administrative and IT Assistant

Location: London (office-based with a chance to have a flexible working day only after probation)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £31 051.39 pa plus travel to work allowance up to £3,800 pa

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

In brief, this role involves:

Being the first point of contact for any IT related issues at Sunbury Court, in terms of reported issues from Presenters, Delegates, Customers or Staff. Assist personnel and delegates with Microsoft 365 request including the desktop suite and maintain the delegate devices held at ICO.

The role will also assist in ICO program tasks and provide any further administrative support required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A level or equivalent within an IT Discipline (A degree in computer science or equivalent).
• A broad technical knowledge of IT, PC’s/peripherals, and their architecture
• Good software and hardware troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge Microsoft office Suites and core application suites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer facing skills.
• Good organisational skills, able to take a methodical approach to service issues.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet SLA's and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to support mobile devices (Android & IOS)
• Strong administrative skills including use of Microsoft 365 suite.
• Empathy with the aims and ethos of the charity.

Join the Iona Community as our Financial Administration Team Leader, a pivotal role overseeing the day-to-day operations of our finance department. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial processes, supporting the wider organisation and reporting directly to the Head of Community Resources.

We are looking for someone self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team, experienced in using Xero, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities include

• Lead the daily operations of the finance administration function
• Support weekly, monthly and year-end processing and reports
• Support for annual audit, respond to queries and collate documentation
• Assist with annual budgeting and provide budget spend reports to senior managers
• Oversee processing of sales ledger, purchase ledger, expenses and monthly journal inputs
• Assist in filing financial, regulatory and legal information with statutory bodies as and when required
• Supervisory responsibility for the Finance Administration Assistant.
