About the role
The Information Events Coordinator will deliver the patient and family myeloma and AL amyloidosis information events programme consisting of face-to-face and online events hosted by the team and held throughout the UK, developing the strategy for the programme and implementing event activity with the aim to increase participation and attendance.
The role holder will organise the planning, coordination and delivery of the information events programme including administration, promotion and marketing, dealing with event logistics and delivery on the day. About the role
We’re looking for a senior digital marketing officer – email to deliver high performing email campaigns and automations to support the charity’s activity. You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively with all teams across Breast Cancer Now to deliver and improve our email marketing.
You’ll be working to optimise engagement of our communications, as well as the supporter experience of those receiving them.
Line managing the email digital marketing coordinator – email, you’ll support their development and maintain positive close working relationships across the charity.
About you
You’ll have a high level of email experience and technical knowledge of relevant email platforms (ideally Adestra) and delivering complex email campaigns and projects.
You’ll be passionate about delivering the best email experience and engagement and understand best practices and the importance of data and testing.

Role Purpose
Grandmentors is our award-winning, inter-generational mentoring project running in almost 20 locations across the UK.We recruit, train and support Volunteer Mentors (normally people aged 50+) who are matched 1:1 with young people (aged 16-26) facing a range of life challenges and barriers. This includes young people with experience of the care system, or with Adverse Childhood Experiences.
Through our mentoring support, young people are more likely to have improved physical and mental health and wellbeing, achieve better outcomes around Education, Employment or Training, build independent living skills, and generally enhance their life chances. In 2026, we are excited to be launching the Grandmentors project in Fife.
