We are looking for a committed, highly organised administrator to join our Leeds team on a permanent basis. You will play an important part in helping disabled people, older people and people with long-term conditions access advice, assessments and services that support independence.
This is a busy and varied role, combining telephone enquiries, appointment administration, accurate data entry and general office tasks. You will need to remain calm, organised and accurate when workloads change or increase.
William Merritt Disabled Living Centre is a registered charity based in Rodley, Leeds, supporting people across Yorkshire and beyond. We have grown significantly over the last decade and now employ around 40 staff across a range of services and locations.
You will receive training across our administration services which include: reception, assessment booking, training & room hire, driving school support and shopmobility cover. As we grow, we are looking for someone who can help us improve, document and embed clear administrative procedures for the future.
You will join a busy, friendly and supportive office where service users are our priority. We are looking for someone who communicates with warmth, patience and respect, while supporting people’s independence and treating every person as an individual.
You will need a confident telephone manner, strong IT skills, accurate data entry and the ability to handle enquiries from clients, carers, suppliers and healthcare professionals in a patient, competent and professional way.
Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential; knowledge of CRM databases is also expected.
This role may suit an experienced administrator, recent graduate or early-career applicant who can clearly demonstrate the required skills, attitude and commitment.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is an exciting time to join upReach as we begin a new phase of our digital transformation. We are investing in the systems, tools and ways of working that will help us support more students, improve the experience of the upReach team, and deliver our mission more effectively.
We are looking for a thoughtful, organised and motivated Junior Digital Transformation Manager to join the Product Team and play an important role in turning this ambition into practical, lasting change.
Technology plays a central role in how we support students, collaborate with partners and operate as an organisation. Working with the Director of Product, colleagues in the Product Team and teams across upReach, you will help deliver our digital transformation strategy.
You will coordinate projects from initial discovery and planning through to implementation, training and continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal users, technology suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure digital changes are practical, inclusive, well-managed and aligned with organisational needs.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to significant organisation-wide projects at an early stage, helping to shape how upReach uses technology in the years ahead.
You do not need to have previously worked in a digital transformation role. You may have developed relevant experience through project coordination, operations, process improvement, technology implementation, product management or another role involving organisational change.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving how things work and helping people use technology confidently.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the delivery of upReach’s digital transformation strategy by helping teams adopt better tools, systems and ways of working, including the responsible use of AI.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the rollout and adoption of new digital tools, systems and AI-enabled solutions.
Supporting digital transformation projects from planning through to implementation and review.
Working with teams across upReach to understand their workflows, challenges and technology needs.
Identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency, quality and user experience.
Gathering and summarising feedback from users during testing, rollout and post-launch.
Creating clear guidance, process documentation and training materials.

We’re looking for a confident, skilled, and personable Digital Project Manager to help us deliver our ambitious roadmap of projects.
You’ll lead on the delivery digital, creative, UX, campaign and content-based projects. This’ll include everything from the digital and content elements of major campaigns, through to developing new digital tools or content to help people live well with MS.
You’ll thrive working with cross-organisational teams to deliver projects on time, to scope and within budget, using methodologies that best fit the challenge you’re trying to solve.

We are looking for an extraordinary person to become the Service Coordinator of the friendly teams in our Mental Health Supported Living services which are located across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
The successful Service Coordinator(s) will lead the team in enabling individuals with complex mental health needs to create their own developmental programme with the aim of progressing to further independent living. This will include supporting people to develop the strategies that underpin resilience, to learn the responsibilities of citizenship, to acquire practical living skills and establish themselves within the community of their choice.

About the role
This role is central to our Information & Advice service. You will provide high-quality initial information and guidance, assess urgency and risk, and ensure people are directed quickly and appropriately to advice services, support services or partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

About you
Essential
Experience in frontline information, advice, triage or high-volume customer contact work

Clear verbal and written communication skills
Experience using a CRM or case management system
Good general IT skills including email and Microsoft applications
