This is an exciting time to join the fundraising team with significant growth across multiple income streams, including individual giving. This role will be integral to developing our individual giving programme to support the growth and sustainability of our income, whilst also driving supporter engagement. You will be responsible for the hospice’s direct mail campaigns and maintaining and developing strong relationships with donors to maximise income generation. You will be involved in a range of individual giving activities including regular giving, appeals and lottery.
You will have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers and supporters and will work closely with our Communications and Marketing team. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, strong organisational abilities and a track record of delivering projects on time.

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to bring struggling children hope and a future. This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Duty Independent Domestic Violence Advocate to be the first point of contact for women who are impacted by domestic violence. You will work closely with victims of domestic abuse from the point of crisis and other gender-based abuse to provide high quality independent support to survivors all risk levels and their children..
In this role you will be part of a busy team. You will be the first point of contact for survivors who have been referred to the Gaia Centre. The duty IGVA will be responding to daily enquiries (specify from whom- public, agencies, individuals? over the phone and email as well as contacting survivors, assessing their risks and needs.
The duty IGVA will be responsible for carrying out and implementing safety plans and needs and will ensure an effective handover to the over to the relevant GAIA team for ongoing support. The post holder will also empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical and personal welfare support. You will ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment, enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options. The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.

Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. What you'll do:

- Monitor the CCTV throughout the shift

- Carry out support duties to enable customers to integrate into the community including e.g. accompanying the customer to attend benefit agency appointments and meetings, go shopping, to enquire at colleges about possible courses, to visit various public amenities

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to refugees in the UK.
STEP provides a bespoke employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that refugees face when preparing for, and ultimately finding work in the UK. We now have an exciting opportunity for a female Employment Advisor with fluency in Dari/Farsi to work with predominantly women clients providing remote employment support to STEP clients across the UK.
You will prepare clients for competitive employment and help them to achieve their chosen training and employment objectives. You will work to a variety of performance targets based on the progression outcomes of clients such as successful completion of training courses, voluntary and work placements and achieving and sustaining paid employment.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
• Experience in successfully supporting refugees into sustainable employment
• Understanding of the issues and challenges faced by unemployed people to finding work, including those whose first language is not English
• Fluent first-language skills in speaking Dari/Farsi
• Experience of providing advice and guidance and supervising a caseload of clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills (CRM database, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams) and the ability to work remotely with confidence
• Good business-level English, cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with clients with varying levels of English

Purpose of the role
To develop and deliver Brook’s Education and Wellbeing work with young people, to support and facilitate online training sessions for professionals and Parents, ensuring effective delivery against commissioned contracts as well as programmes that generate additional income for Brook. Bank Staff will facilitate training for adults, parents and carers and may be required to liaise with Social Care and Police, work within multi agency teams and coordinate Safeguarding concerns and referrals.
