About us
NCT is the national charity for pregnancy, birth, infant feeding and early parenthood.
Our vision is simple: a society where everyone who becomes a parent feels confident, connected and safe.
Through our For Every Parent strategy, we're working to make that vision a reality. We support parents with trusted information, practical help, local communities and a stronger voice in the issues that matter to families.
For 70 years, we've been by parents' sides through the excitement, uncertainty, wonder and challenges of becoming a parent. Today, our volunteers contribute more than 70,000 hours of community service each year, helping parents build friendships, find support and feel less alone.
We educate and empower parents with evidence-based information and support. We advocate and act by listening to parents' experiences, raising their voices and campaigning for change. No judgement. No exceptions.
About the role

Whether you're writing copy, creating an infographic or spotting a reactive content opportunity, you'll know how to create content that resonates with audiences and supports organisational goals.
You'll bring hands-on experience and strategic thinking when it comes to managing social media accounts for a brand, charity or values-led organisation, along with a strong understanding of what works across different platforms. This is an exciting time to join us in our High Value fundraising efforts at Crisis. We are in the private phase of a £30m campaign to acquire 100 homes, providing stable housing for people experiencing some of the most severe forms of homelessness. At the same time, we are delivering a bold ten-year strategy that aims to see the beginning of the end of homelessness by 2034.
This campaign is about more than purchasing homes. It's about proving that a different approach is possible, demonstrating how housing can provide lasting stability, influence future policy and practice, and help disrupt the systems that drive homelessness. High Value fundraising will play a central role in making that vision a reality, giving fundraisers the opportunity to build relationships with major donors, trusts and partners around one of the most significant and ambitious areas of Crisis' work.
About the role
We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious new business fundraiser to join our team and win new high-value corporate partnerships that support our housing delivery strategy, the delivery and growth of our Skylight services, and national policy and campaigning work.

This is a role for a senior new business specialist who thrives on building strong relationships externally and winning big.
You’ll build and convert relationships with major corporate prospects and create compelling commercial, and strategic high-value propositions that are tailored to your prospects’ priorities and strategies. You’ll identify opportunities from high-profile COTY partnerships to strategic collaborations, that unlock value for both corporate partners and Crisis.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Crisis to identify innovative new partnership opportunities, develop and drive forward your sector strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and bring ambitious opportunities to life.
You will be part of a go-getting partnerships team and brand, marketing and fundraising department with ambitious income growth plans. This exciting role is vital to helping us achieve our ambitions.
