About East Anglian Air Ambulance
East Anglian Air Ambulance is a lifesaving regional charity delivering critical emergency care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond.
With two state-of-the-art helicopters and a fleet of critical care vehicles, our expert teams of doctors and paramedics bring advanced pre‑hospital emergency medical care directly to people when they need it most.
About the role

As Communications and Engagement Manager, you'll shape how the whole region sees, hears and feels the impact of this charity: from the campaigns that win new supporters, the events that bring communities face to face with our crews and volunteers, and the internal messages that keep our own people proud of the work they do.
You'll lead a small, talented team within the Brand and Marketing Communications Team, and work hand-in-hand with the Fundraising and Supporters Team to deliver exceptional communications at every touchpoint. This is a cross-charity role: your storytelling underpins the income that keeps helicopters fuelled, crews trained and lives saved.
Every take-off is a story in progress: a patient, a crew, a community responding. Your job is to help the region connect with that story.
Key responsibilities include:

MOVEMENT BUILDING MANAGER
(FIXED-TERM MATERNITY COVER UP TO 12 MONTHS)
Background:
Kaleidoscope Trust (KT) is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to advancing the rights of LGBTI+ people internationally. Founded in 2011, we aim to create a world where all LGBTI+ individuals are free, safe and equal. To ensure LGBTI+ rights remain a priority on global agendas, we take a three-fold approach:
We strengthen capacities and build networks and movements, by supporting a diverse range of international LGBTI+ partners and networks to access the skills, training, and financial resources they need to be able to shift hearts and minds and create enabling environments for policy and legal change.
We advocate for inclusive policy change, by generating data-driven evidence that amplifies our partners’ lived experiences and priorities and by ensuring political leaders and government officials have access to the accurate, timely and relevant information needed to effectively challenge anti-LGBTI+ narratives and strategies and drive positive change.
We enhance collaboration and coordination among stakeholders, by building networks and connecting grassroots organisations with political actors in strategic spaces to drive meaningful and lasting change for LGBTI+ communities across the Commonwealth and around the world.
Kaleidoscope Trust is proud to be a founding member of The Commonwealth Equality Network and to host its Secretariat. Our partnerships with LGBTI+ communities across the Commonwealth have informed our approach to inclusion and equality, in the workplace and beyond.
We are an open organisation, committed to having great working practices that enable all team members to have ownership over their work. We are committed to employing and nurturing a diverse range of people, and especially encourage applications from women, the vast and varied members of the LGBTI+ community, the multiply-marginalised, and People of the Global Majority.
The Role:
The Movement Building Manager is central to KT’s mission, helping drive the legal, policy, and social change needed to advance LGBTI+ rights by strengthening partners’ capacity, supporting their advocacy, and building long-term movement impact.
The role oversees KT’s major grant-funded programmes from start to finish. Through direct delivery and coordination across KT, they ensure that each grant meets its objectives, is delivered on time and within budget, is compliant with regulations and requirements, including reporting, is risk-managed, and contributes to KT’s wider movement-building strategy.
This role is an opportunity to support LGBTI+ organisations at a critical moment globally, providing the longer-term funding, partnership, and capacity support needed to drive legal, policy, and social change in their own contexts.
The Movement Building Manager will be the lead responsible for the delivery, donor compliance, and accountability of part of our programmatic work. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering key parts of the grants directly (such as grant-making and capacity strengthening support), build connections and relationships with grantee partners, and will support coordinated delivery across KT by bringing together colleagues and functions to meet programme objectives and donor requirements.
Contract type: Fixed-term maternity cover (up to 12 months). The successful candidate will be employed until the substantive postholder returns from maternity leave. While the expected duration is up to 12 months, the contract may end earlier if the postholder returns sooner.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the delivery of a major governmental/institutional grant to agreed standards and timelines, including capacity strengthening and grant-making and coordination of grant-linked workplans, outputs, and timelines across the organisation.
Ensuring and coordinating full compliance with donor requirements, including narrative and financial reporting, safeguarding, due diligence, monitoring, and financial accountability, and supporting other teams to meet the same.
Managing partner relationships and supporting organisations through long-term accompaniment, capacity strengthening, and strategic movement support.
Efficient stakeholder management, maintaining close communication and coordination with the donor, partners, consultants and service providers, and/or any other external stakeholder related to the grant.
Overseeing grant-making processes, including due diligence, contracting, sub-grant management, partner monitoring and support (including review and improvement of their reporting), and compliance.
Working closely with finance colleagues to manage programme budgets, forecasting, donor financial reporting, and operational delivery processes.
Identifying and managing delivery risks across programmes, including safeguarding responsibilities and partner security considerations in sensitive contexts.
Supporting shared learning across programmes, including capturing insights from partner work, and contributing to organisational impact assessment and development of new capacity strengthening products and approaches.
Contributing to intel monitoring and understanding of movement needs and anti-rights dynamics.
Coordinating with other KT teams to ensure programme delivery is joined-up, realistic, and aligned with organisational priorities.
Working closely with the Head of Movement Building to ensure coherence across the grant portfolio, clear prioritisation, and sustainable workload planning.
Contributing to a collaborative and sustainable team culture, supporting shared planning and realistic workload management across the Movement Building Team.
Collaborating with TCEN members, where KT grant delivery intersects with network activity, while maintaining clear governance boundaries and recognising TCEN’s distinct member-led accountability.

Director – Jamma Wellbeing
Build the model. Prove the impact. Scale through partners.
Jamma Wellbeing is looking for an exceptional Director to lead the organisation through its next stage of development.
This is an opportunity for an experienced, entrepreneurial leader to bring their judgement, experience and vision to work closely with a passionate Founder and Board to shape the future of an ambitious wellbeing charity.
Jamma Wellbeing exists to empower people so they can navigate life with greater confidence and choice. At the heart of our work is Brain Smart®, a practical wellbeing education framework that makes complex psychological ideas understandable and useful. Brain Smart is already being delivered through partnerships in prisons, schools, communities and workplaces.
We now want to build on that foundation.
The opportunity is to help build and deliver Jamma Wellbeing’s future model: delivering a sharper strategy, developing a strong operating model, building the right partnerships and creating a sustainable route to greater impact.
For the right person, this is much more than a conventional charity Director role. It is a chance to help build an organisation capable of changing how practical wellbeing education is delivered — taking useful, evidence-informed ideas to more people through trusted partners.
The role
The Director will lead Jamma Wellbeing from its current stage into a focused, sustainable and scalable organisation.
You will work closely with the Founder and team, while having real responsibility for translating ambition into delivery.
Key priorities will include:
Commercial responsibility is an important part of the role. We want to increase Jamma's reach and impact, but to do so in a way that is financially sustainable and protects the quality, integrity and safety of the programme.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a builder.
Someone who is energised by creating something that does not yet fully exist, who can see the big picture but is equally comfortable turning ideas into plans, decisions, partnerships and measurable results.
You are likely to bring:
Experience in education, youth, health and wellbeing, charities, social enterprise or public-sector commissioning would be valuable, but we are equally interested in strong leaders from outside the traditional charity sector who are attracted by the opportunity to apply their experience to social impact.
Experience of licensing, accreditation, train-the-trainer or another partner-led scaling model would also be an advantage.
The kind of leader who will thrive here
You will be commercially astute but purpose-led; ambitious but pragmatic; collaborative but prepared to make decisions.
You will be comfortable working in an organisation where not everything is already established.
Most importantly, you will care about creating something useful and enduring — an organisation capable of improving wellbeing, particularly for young people, at meaningful scale without losing the simplicity, quality and humanity at the heart of its work.
About Jamma Wellbeing
Jamma Wellbeing is a registered charity with a simple vision:
A future where understanding and shaping your wellbeing is a basic life skill for everyone.
We work through trusted organisations and partners to bring practical wellbeing education to the people and communities they already serve.
Our emerging model is deliberately designed for scale: Jamma develops and improves the programme, materials, accreditation, safeguarding, quality and evaluation framework, while partners bring the audience, setting and trusted local delivery capability.
If you are excited by the opportunity to help shape an organisation, build a sustainable model and create meaningful impact at scale, we would like to hear from you.
Please apply with your CV and a covering letter (max 2 sides A4)

Working closely with the team across Become, external stakeholders and care-experienced young people to grow our reach, you'll build brand trust and strengthen our position as the national voice for care-experienced young people.

About Alexandra Rose Charity
We should all be able to eat healthy food. But right now, healthy options cost more than twice as much as junk food. It’s getting harder and harder for people to put good food on the table. In fact, the poorest fifth of UK households would need to spend 50% of their disposable income to eat the UK Government’s recommended healthy diet. Access to a choice of high quality, culturally appropriate fruit & veg is an essential building block for our mental and physical health. We need to put this right.
We’re on a mission to give people access to their choice of fresh fruit & veg, in the heart of their community. At Alexandra Rose, we are proud to deliver a mix of practical, place-based projects and national advocacy to shape a fairer future, where everyone can afford and enjoy fresh fruit & veg with dignity.
If this aligns with how you see the world, and you want to use your skills and experience to help us build towards it, you’ll feel at home here.

You will provide effective finance partner support to other functions within the charity to support its fundraising, operations and development.
You will also be responsible for the line management of the Finance & Business Administrator, working with the Chief Executive to both oversee and support the governance and compliance services function of the charity.
