About the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre

The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre is an award-winning charity launched by a team of volunteers in 2017. In December 2021 we opened our first physical space in London’s Bankside.

Our mission is to provide London with a sober, intersectional, intergenerational, community centre and café where all LGBTQ+ people feel welcome and supported, can build connections, and flourish. Our vision is for a more connected, belonging and thriving LGBTQ+ community in London.

In 2024, the Centre was visited by over 13,500 people, we hosted 700 events joined by 9,500 participants. 

In 2027 we will expand to Chroma in partnership with The Trampery, broadening our impact and reach. 

Overall purpose of the role

To work alongside the CEO to meet our fundraising goals by:

• Focusing on growing corporate donor base
• Assisting with grant writing if/when needed

As the year evolves, the role’s focus might shift. We are gearing towards opening a second location at Chroma in Bankside Yards in early 2027, so this role will be key in guaranteeing we grow as planned.

Our biggest fundraising moments of the year are Pride, Christmas, an annual fundraising event (normally hosted in November) and LGBT+ History Month. We are looking into capitalising on these key calendar moments, while developing long-lasting relationships that support the Charity throughout the year.

• Support with the development of our fundraising strategy for the next three to five years
• Expand our pool of corporate donors. We strive to work with companies and organisations that share our ethos and are truly committed to our community
• Bring in donations to meet our corporate funding goal of £75,000.00 in the financial year 2025/26
• Design and lead a corporate comms strategy including a corporate fundraising page on our new website and the creation of a LinkedIn strategy that utilises the CEO’s personal page as a key representative of the charity
• Support CEO with planning and delivery of fundraising events
• Ad hoc support with grant writing. While grant writing remains part of the CEO’s responsibilities, this role might be requested to support the CEO with bid writing or editing.

The Role

BASIC is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead our finance function during a period of sustained growth. The Financial Controller will work across Programme teams ensuring strong financial management and reporting to funding partners, maintain strong financial controls, ensure compliance with charity finance regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting to our Directors and Board of Trustees.

The Financial Controller will oversee the small finance team, including line management of a Finance Assistant and management of an external bookkeeper consultant. This team will be responsible for the majority of financial accounting, processing payroll, and accurate bookkeeping, for which the Financial Controller will be ultimately accountable.

The role includes managing restricted and unrestricted funds in accordance with funder requirements and programme needs, preparing statutory accounts for external audit, and overseeing payroll processing. This role reports directly to the Executive Director to prepare annual budgets and financial strategy, and works closely with the Board's Financial Development Committee to present its implementation.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills, experience in charity finance, and a proven track record of effective financial management of a growing organisation. You should be comfortable both managing a small team and working hands-on when needed, building collaborative relationships across the organisation. You will need to be a multitasker with the ability to work at pace, and be willing to develop the finance function and best practices to enable the organisation to grow further.

Financial Accounting and Reporting

The Executive Director has overall responsibility for TOLFA UK’s fundraising, financial management, marketing and communications, and personnel, to implement its mission of providing vital and preventative healthcare to India’s ownerless animals and those belonging to low-income owners, as well as educating communities in their welfare and value 

Initially  a salary of £19,000 per year for 24 hours per week; both the hours and salary could potentially increase based on the organisation’s income and financial assets

To lead and deliver Richmond CVS’s support services for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations across the borough. This includes providing high-quality advice, training, and development support, alongside managing key projects and coordinating external consultants.

Objectives of the post

To lead and ensure the smooth operational running of ATLEU, with particular focus on finance, people, information technology and governance and compliance. 

To manage ATLEU’s team of operations staff including human resources, operations and projects,  finance and external bookkeepers. 

To work closely with the Chief Executive to develop systems for implementing and monitoring ATLEU’s strategic plan. 

Main Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Strategy

• Participate in strategic and business planning processes and play a leading role, working with the CEO and trustees to develop the strategic plan, ensuring all team members understand it and their role in it. 
• Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) contributing to the strategic direction and day to day management of the organisation. 
• Develop and lead monitoring and evaluation processes for all activities associated with our strategy, including setting and reviewing annual business plan priorities and targets, communicating progress and highlighting potential areas for development and increased focus. Be a champion for embedding learning into the culture of the organisation and collaborate with consultants and staff to ensure there are effective monitoring learning and evaluation frameworks in place across ATLEU’s projects and services. 
• Lead and manage ATLEU’s operations staff, including ATLEU’s Operations and Projects Coordinator, People and Inclusion Manager and Billing Coordinator. 
• Lead the development and maintenance of organisational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• To work closely with the Director of Saltworks to support the operational running of ATLEU’s  trading subsidiary Saltworks, through developing the financial and operational infrastructure and management of the organisation.

2. Finance 

• Lead ATLEU’s financial planning, management and reporting processes. 
• Direct, manage and document ATLEU’s financial policies, systems and controls, ensuring that financial systems are effective and up to date. 
• Scrutinise monthly financial data and produce financial reports for the CEO and trustees, including quarterly cashflows
• Prepare ATLEU’s annual operating budgets and financial reports for funders and oversee project budgets. 
• Ensure the year-end financial accounts and audit process is completed satisfactorily and delivered on time, ensuring all financial data and other data needed is provided.
• Ensure that accurate records and accounts of monies claimed are held on all cases  and liaise with the Head of Legal Practice to ensure compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Oversee ATLEU’s bookkeeping and legal aid billing and reporting and ensure all monies, including grant monies and training invoices are claimed and paid promptly. 
• Maintain oversight of bookkeepers and auditors, taking responsibility for managing relationships with them
• Manage ATLEU’s banking arrangements, ensuring that they are effective, secure and fit for purpose.

3. Office and Operations

• Work with the Senior Management and Operations teams to ensure that all colleagues have the operational support needed to do their jobs effectively; 
• Liaise with building management for both offices, manage any rent negotiations and any future office moves 

• Lead on the annual insurance renewal process, provide the required data and lead discussions with brokers to ensure good value for money on all policies;
• Support the Operations and Projects Coordinator to ensure that both ATLEU offices provide a safe and welcoming environment for ATLEU staff, clients and other visitors and that they comply with all appropriate legislation and regulations;
• Work with the Operations & Project Coordinator to maintain the Office Manual and associated policies and ensure that they are up to date and reviewed as appropriate and monitor compliance with those policies. 
• Oversee day-to-day operations including premises, equipment, IT systems, ordering supplies, procurement and workflow and archive management and ensure that processes are in place to restore functionality as required. 
• To ensure the most effective use of resources and identify areas for cost reduction or cost avoidance along with process and functional improvement, including developing ATLEU’s IT infrastructure to reduce reliance on paper files. 

4. Human Resources

• The Head of Operations plays a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting the People and Inclusion Manager across all HR-related matters, including staff wellbeing and EDI activities. 
• In the absence of the People & Inclusion Manager or when facing conflicting deadlines, the Head of Operations is expected to actively participate in all HR tasks.
• Support the People & Inclusion Manager with day-to-day HR tasks, processes and systems, responding to queries and problem solving when needed;
• Provide guidance to the Senior Management Team with regular updates on HR related issues as needed;
• Support the People and Inclusion Manager to review, develop and roll out HR policies and provide training to staff where required, ensuring they are legislatively sound, fit with our values and align with our strategic goals. 
• Oversee the coordination of the organisation’s volunteer programme, and explore ways to maximise the value both ATLEU and volunteers gain from the programme. 
• Model positive, fair and open people leadership and support other managers in their supervisory capacity.

5. Governance and Compliance 

• Work with the Chief Executive to continue to strengthen the governance of the charity, ensuring that all aspects of governance adhere to best practices and meet regulatory requirements.

• Ensure that ATLEU complies with the requirements of all relevant regulatory bodies including the Charity Commission and Companies House and ensuring ATLEU is compliant with all compliance relevant to a not for profit legal firm e.g the Legal Aid Agency, Solicitor’s Regulation Authority, Specialist Quality Mark, Immigration Advice Authority and CILEX.

• Manage the Board, AGM and committee meeting calendar, ensuring well-structured agendas and facilitating effective decision-making processes with clear records of these meetings and management of actions arising.
• Develop and implement governance policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and organisational needs.
• Ensure the SMT, Board and other parts of the governance receives comprehensive, timely, and accurate information to support informed decision-making.
• Stay abreast of relevant legislation and governance best practices, implementing changes as necessary. 
• Develop and maintain effective systems and frameworks for compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

6. Information Technology / Data Protection and Cyber Security

• Support the Operations and Projects Coordinator in ensuring IT systems function appropriately and securely and new systems are developed to improve efficiencies for caseworkers and for audit and research. 
• Work with the Head of Legal Practice and Operations and Projects Coordinator on the continued development of and improvements to our legal aid case management system.
• Ensure ATLEU has robust IT and cyber security policies and procedures in place, and oversee their implementation across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain the organisation’s IT and business continuity plan and update it annually.
• Oversee ATLEU’s day-to-day relationships with external IT support, ensuring IT systems function effectively and providing or facilitating staff support;
• Collaborate with external IT support on projects to enhance and modernise ATLEU’s systems, ensuring they remain up-to-date and secure;

• Take overall responsibility for the data protection obligations of the organisation. Oversee the implementation of up-to-date and compliant data protection policies including data retention and destruction, home and remote working, emails and the internet, and ensure that sensitive and financial information is securely stored and confidentiality and privacy is maintained. 
• Keep abreast of changes and updates to Data Protection legislation and ensure that staff receive regular training on Data Protection and Cyber Security.

7. Other

• Lead by example demonstrating ATLEU’s values, taking a business partner, proactive approach to working across the organisation.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE 

The Office Manager will be a key member of the Helen Bamber Foundation Group. This is a broad role working with a wide range of staff and contacts within and outside the group. The postholder will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring that our office space and facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and secure environment. They will have overall ownership of the office with regards to the day to day running and ensuring health and safety compliance, and with the support of their team. They will ensure our staff and clients are able to enjoy a safe and comfortable environment. They will be the main point of contact for I.T, Facilities and clients services across the group.

They will act as Site Safety Officer for the premises ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Procedures, as directed by the CEO.

The Office Manager will manage the Client Services Team including volunteers. This role will also oversee freelance interpreters working with Helen Bamber Foundation Group.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Facility Management: 

· Act as site manager ensuring that the office is in a state of operational readiness. This will include procuring and organising premises maintenance , cleaning services, communication systems and other support services as required to meet local needs.

· Responsible for local premises security and liaison with fire and police services and local alarm providers

· Managing local contractors, landlords, suppliers, and other agencies as necessary; identifying improvements and ensuring best value in procurement.

· Working effectively with the landlord’s facilities team in relation to building related issues and for any building repair and maintenance issues.

· Ensure that office equipment is operating effectively and efficiently and maintain a sufficient level of office furniture, resources, supplies and stationery

· Oversee and manage the documentation of minor repairs, renovations and decorations.

· Ensure core facilities like water and heating are maintained.

· Manage, monitor, and maintain the room bookings system for all users at the office.

Office Management and IT:

· Supervise and approve contracts and providers for services such as consumables, minor office renovations and cleaning.

· Lead in the procurement and ordering of office equipment and stationery, office and IT equipment and consumables in the most cost-effective manner.

· Track staff issues and requests about the building, office facilities, fixtures, and fittings, and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner.

· Act as a main point of contact for our outsourced IT support services supplier, providing onsite support for IT upgrades and installation of hardware and software

· Assist staff and volunteers across the group with local IT needs including set up for meetings and local diagnostics of minor IT issues

· Manage local IT assets and ensure the allocation or devices for new starters across the group and partnerships

· Conduct annual review in liaison with IT Support Service provider of the health of devices and carry out any necessary action as a result.

· Create, develop and maintain appropriate office administrative and business support systems, in conjunction with other teams to ensure consistency of systems and procedures across the service

· Financial Management:

· . Oversee the processes of petty cash payments, staff and client expense claims, invoices and other project related expenses

· Working with Finance to ensure accurate financial records are kept and compliance is achieved

· Work with the Finance team to ensure that invoices related to office and facility management are processed.

· Managing the group’s budgets for items such as stationery, refreshments, equipment, cleaning, and maintenance

· Managing monthly collation and processing of timesheets and associated paperwork for all freelance interpreters used by the Helen Bamber Foundation team, including interpreters’ timesheets and agencies invoices

· With the Finance team, organise weekly trips to the bank to get cash for client expenses for the Group, on occasion collecting the cash from the bank personally.

Health and Safety & Security: 

· Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures, in liaison with the Director of People and the CEO

· Act as Site Safety Officer (SSO) for the group, ensuring the office complies with all relevant health and safety and fire safety regulations and standards. 

· Oversee the health and safety responsibilities within the office premises, staying updated on changes in health and safety legislation.

· Review and maintain documentation of risk assessments, health and safety checks and fire evacuation plans.

· Ensure the office has on site first aid provision, designated trained first aiders and fire warden/s

· Organise the delivery of relevant H&S training such as first aid and fire marshal training

· Undertake weekly, monthly and annual checks and tests of office facilities including fire alarm sounder and panic alarm checks.

· Ensure staff across the group receive sufficient H&S inductions including the completion of relevant forms and documentations

· Ensuring all equipment and furniture is compliant with Health and Safety regulations at the office

· Ensure all employees are aware of all relevant health and safety office procedures.

· Ensure the office is kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards and maintain safe working conditions for all employees and clients. 

· Manage Eyecare Vouchers Procedure in line with the DSE regulations

· Manage the group’s annual Winter Flu Vaccination Programme

· Act as one of several office KeyHolders by being responsible for locking up the office two (no less than two times a week) when the office closes at 6pm.

· With the CEO, act as an emergency contact for any emergency security / building related issues out of hours.

Line Management and other:

• Have line management responsibility for a Client Services Team.

• Support the delivery of events in the building as and when necessary.

• Oversee the access and booking of our Group meeting room by others in the sector.

• Support the wider team in ensuring staff working in our partnership programmes have sufficient resources and that their sites are safe and secure for them to work.

• Carry out any other duties as required, consistent with the post and level.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Systems Manager to join our team. As Operations and Systems Manager, you will ensure SMK’s operations are well managed, and make sure that we have all the processes, technology and policies needed to operate effectively. We’re looking for someone to take initiative to improve things where needed and bring their experience from elsewhere to the team.

Flexible and Hybrid Working

Our office base is located in central London. You need to be in the office for a minimum of 1 day per week and further Team Days and Board Away Days. Travel and accommodation for working at our London office is at the job-holders own expense. Expenses incurred for SMK business outside London are covered by the charity.

The 15hours per week can be worked flexibly across Monday to Thursday, with a preference for them to include at least part of Monday and Tuesday to accommodate our weekly team meetings (Monday mornings) and Board Meetings which occur quarterly (Tuesday afternoons)..

Westway CT is a non-profit social enterprise tackling isolation and creating community in West London through the provision of transport services and dedicated drivers offering a lifeline for community groups, older people, and anyone facing challenges using public transport across Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, and Hammersmith & Fulham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager who, reporting to the CEO, will play a key role in the running of two interconnected entities; a registered society, and its trading arm, which supports and subsidises their charitable aims. The Bridge is a women’s health and wellbeing charity based in Southwark, one of London’s most diverse yet disadvantaged boroughs. Founded over 90 years ago, our purpose is to create spaces where women of all ages and backgrounds can connect, improve their health, and build resilience. 

Our building brings everything under one roof: a women-only gym, a welcoming café, a range of wellbeing programmes covering all aspects of women’s lives, and specialist support groups for all sections of the community. Together these services offer accessible, affordable opportunities to look after both body and mind, while tackling social isolation and inequality. 

We work together with communities who often feel left behind, offering a friendly, accessible place to turn to whatever their individual needs or circumstances. Over the decades, The Bridge has been a constant in people’s lives, even as the area around us has faced both growth and hardship. 

About the role

The Head of Income Generation and Marketing will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial sustainability and social impact of our organisation. This 12-month position—open to both employees and consultants—will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive income generation strategy across our three social businesses: our women’s-only gym and studio, our community café, and our meeting room hire service. 

Working closely with the leadership team, the postholder will identify new income opportunities, enhance the visibility and market reach of our social enterprises, and ensure that all business activity aligns with our mission to improve women’s health and wellbeing. They will also support marketing and outreach for our wider women’s health and wellbeing programmes, helping to grow participation and community engagement. 

This role is both strategic and hands-on—ideal for a results-driven professional who combines commercial acumen with a deep commitment to social purpose. By driving growth in our social businesses and expanding our audience reach, the Head of Income Generation and Marketing will directly contribute to closing our organisational deficit by 2029 and amplifying our social impact

The Gym – Movement, Confidence, and Connection 

Our women-only gym provides a safe and empowering environment for over 600 women to move, learn, and thrive. Led by trauma-informed trainers with expertise in women’s health, it offers 29 weekly classes that prioritise confidence, joy, and holistic wellbeing rather than weight loss. The gym embodies our commitment to preventative health and creates an inclusive community where women of all ages and backgrounds can focus on their strength, resilience, and self-care. As a cornerstone of our trading model, it sustains our mission while directly advancing it. 

The gym has seen significant growth in both membership and the breadth of its offer, establishing itself as a trusted and empowering space for women’s health and wellbeing. With excellent member retention rates and a strong reputation for inclusivity, safety, and quality, the gym is now well positioned for its next stage of development. We see substantial potential to expand its reach, increase profitability, and deepen its social impact by engaging more women from our local and wider communities. A key focus will be on leveraging our existing member community to support peer recruitment and referral, strengthening the sense of belonging while driving sustainable growth. This next phase will build on the gym’s solid foundations to enhance both its commercial success and its contribution to The Bridge’s mission 

The Café – Nourishing Food, Nurturing Community 

Our café is the social heart of The Bridge — a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive space where everyone can connect, share, and feel at home. Serving seasonal, plant-based meals prepared in-house, the café champions women-led enterprises and affordable, healthy food. It hosts many of our wellbeing and creative programmes, and through initiatives like the Pay-What-You-Can Supper Club, supports emerging women chefs and builds everyday acts of care and solidarity. The café has the opportunity to not only advances our mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing but also generates vital trading income and partnership opportunities.

While it currently operates at a deficit, it plays a vital role in advancing our wellbeing and community objectives. We are now focused on realising its full commercial potential. A feasibility study is underway to explore a range of operational and business models that will transition the café into a sustainable, profit-making enterprise. Plans include expanding income-generating opportunities through hosting more events, developing an external catering offer, and maximising use of the space for private hire and functions during weekends. This work will ensure the café continues to embody our values while contributing significantly to the financial sustainability of The Bridge 

Room Hire – Spaces that Enable Collaboration and Impact 

Our professional meeting and event spaces are used by charities, community groups, and corporate partners for workshops, training, and strategic planning. With over 500 bookings a year and a 89% return rate, these rooms are known for their quality, warmth, and service. The income they generate supports our wider mission, while also acting as a catalyst for new partnerships and collaborations.

We now aim to build on this success by increasing utilisation on our most popular days (Tuesday to Thursday) and attracting new clients to fill capacity on Mondays, Fridays, evenings, and weekends. Plans include developing loyalty packages for regular clients and introducing new offers such as team wellbeing days that align with our health and wellbeing ethos. This approach will not only maximise income potential but also strengthen The Bridge’s role as a space where organisations connect, collaborate, and thrive. 

Key responsibilities:

1. Income Generation Strategy 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive income generation strategy for our social businesses (women’s-only gym and studio, café, and meeting room hire). 

• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities while aligning with the organisation’s mission and values. 

• Monitor financial performance and make recommendations to meet growth and sustainability targets.

• Monitor return on investment of additional marketing spend 

• Budget setting and management of cafe, gym and marketing budgets

• Support the development of medium-term (3-5 year) income generation roadmap to support sustainability, recommending organisational changes and scalable models beyond the 12 months. 

2. Marketing and Communications 

• Lead marketing initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and participation in our social businesses and programmes. 

• Develop campaigns and promotional materials that reflect the organisation’s mission, values, and social impact. 

• Lead brand and audience segmentation strategy for each business and tailor marketing/communications accordingly

• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and community engagement strategies. 

3. Outreach and Programme Support 

• Support outreach and engagement for women’s health and wellbeing programmes to increase participation and impact. 

• Collaborate with programme teams to ensure marketing and communication efforts align with organisational goals. 

• Contribute to measurement and communication of our social impact

4. Business Development and Partnerships 

• Together with the CEO, build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organisations, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and income growth. 

• Explore new partnership opportunities that enhance both revenue and social impact. 

5. Line and Task Management 

• Line manage the Café Manager, Health and Wellbeing Manager, Social Media Lead, and Marketing Manager, providing leadership, guidance, and performance management. 

• Task manage the Head of Operations, who oversees room hire services, ensuring alignment with income generation and marketing priorities. 

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting 

• Set measurable targets for income generation and marketing activity and track progress regularly. 

• Implement a CRM and/or data-dashboard system to track customer/member acquisition, retention, income per stream, marketing campaign performance, and present monthly/quarterly reports to CEO and Board. 

• Report to the leadership team on performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement. 

7. Values-Driven Leadership 

• Embed the organisation’s mission and values into all business and marketing activities. 

• Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to organisational strategy, decision-making, and long-term planning. 

Person Specification

Qualifications 

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, marketing, social enterprise, or a related field. 

• Professional development in leadership, marketing, or business management is desirable. 

Experience 

• Proven experience of running or scaling a trading/social enterprise business (profit and loss accountability, membership acquisition/retention, pricing strategy, customer marketing). Ideally, specifically in at least one of the key areas of the business.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple business streams or revenue-generating projects. 

• Experience of developing and implementing a marketing strategy and implementation plan for an organisation/social enterprise or social business 

• Strong experience in digital marketing channels (paid social, search engine marketing, email automation, CRM segmentation, Google Analytics) and comfortable analysing digital campaign performance. 

• Experience of embedding equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in marketing and service planning 

• Demonstrable ability to build, develop and lead a multi-disciplinary team (across café, gym, marketing/social media) and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

• Experience in developing partnerships and networks with other businesses and organisation that generate revenue and social impact.

Build flexibly on your Charity Career with this person-centred charity supporting unpaid carers

This is a full-time role in a well-established charity based in Twickenham. This role would suit someone who wants to have the opportunity to work flexibly and build their career in the Charity sector with experience of working in social care.

Richmond Carers Centre has the mission to help unpaid adult carers to live a full, active and meaningful life by providing them with advice, information, activities, breaks and emotional support either face to face, by phone or by email to enable them to live well.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support.

As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. Part of the role will also aim to improve the identification, recognition and understanding of the needs of adult carers, raise the profile of adult carers and ensure adult carers needs are met. You will also be expected to work with our volunteers and to use appropriate monitoring and evaluation reports to show our funders what we have achieved.

You will be someone:

Main Duties include:

• To provide a regular telephone support-line, face-to-face and email support, offering appropriate, generic advice
• To offer a range of service delivery options and be involved in providing those options e.g., breaks, group work, leisure activities or other outreach activities
• To encourage and assist carers and those they care for to access Care Needs Assessments and Carers Assessments and to take up services that will enhance their lives
• To complete individual grant applications with carers for respite or if they are experiencing financial hardship due to the cost-of-living crisis
• To work where appropriate with other service providers/agencies to promote the carer agenda or jointly deliver carer support issues
• To be proactive in the registration of carers living or caring for someone within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
• To keep accurate records of group and individual carer engagement for monitoring and evaluation purposes
• To participate in key events organised by Richmond Carers Centre and other relevant partners to promote services to a wider public
