We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Development and Alumni Relations team to help guide and deliver ourregular giving and stewardship programmes. The ideal candidate will have experience of running successful major fundraising appeals to large audiences. They will have the ability to draft persuasive and accurate copy to support both fundraising and stewardship literature. They will be highly motivated and creative, driving new initiatives to boost participation, increase overall giving, while also increasing retention of donors through an outstanding, tailored stewardship programme. They will be a team-player who can work autonomously when required, but can work collaboratively, and will support other team members with aspects of their work.
The Development and Alumni Relations Office leads the process of generating long-term and consistent voluntary income for Merchant Taylors’ School, and forrunning a comprehensive alumni and parental relations programme.
The Development Manager (Fundraising and Stewardship) will be responsible for planning, managing and having an input to the strategy for a regular giving programme at Merchant Taylors’ School, with a focus on increasing the participation (giving rates) of both our alumni and parental constituencies, as well as donor retention through planning and executing a stewardship programme for benefactors of all levels. Some face-to-face fundraising may also be required, particularly relating to legacy fundraising and the post-holder will build a portfolio of mid-level donors they will manage.

The role
As one of our Strategic Engagement Managers for the public sector you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with UK government departments and other key public sector bodies globally with the aim to grow income and impact. The Strategic Engagement Manager is responsible for the delivery of engagement strategies and increasing the commercial funding from public sector sources for WRAP. In addition, this role will oversee the delivery of commercial public sector projects and programmes to ensure that funders are delighted with performance. This role will report to the Head of Public Sector Partnerships.

Overall Job Purpose
As part of the Service Delivery Team, you will take operational responsibility for managing and developing the delivery of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training programmes. You will ensure that corporate and charitable organisations are equipped with practical tools to build inclusive workplace cultures and create accessible career opportunities for young people with additional needs.
In this hands-on role, you will coordinate consultancy projects from start to finish - overseeing scheduling, delivery, marketing, and evaluation - to maintain high standards and meet income targets. Your work will directly support AFK’s mission to create a fairer, more equitable society for people with additional needs.
You will work closely with AFK’s Co-Facilitators - each bringing valuable lived experience - to ensure all EDI training is authentic, relevant, and informed by their expertise.

What the job involves
We're on the lookout for a motivated Direct Marketing professional to bring their skills to our Individual Giving Team, with a focus on retention campaigns.
Direct Marketing plays an important role in the Charity’s fundraising and overall corporate strategy. We’re looking for a confident and proactive fundraiser to take responsibility for the delivery and ongoing development of our current retention programme.
You’ll deliver timely, targeted, relevant communications to our warm audiences; newly recruited and existing cash supporters and regular givers with the aim of strengthening loyalty and increasing their lifetime value.
With internal and external stakeholders, you’ll project manage existing direct marketing campaigns in the form of direct mail appeals, emails, telemarketing and occasional stewardship events. You’ll consistently analyse KPIs and make evidence-based decisions to help assist with growing the programme and delivering our overall financial target.
What we want from you
Aside from excellent knowledge and experience of working in a direct marketing environment, which includes developing and implementing retention focused direct marketing campaigns, you’ll also have a range of channel experience and marketing knowledge.
You’ll possess first class communication skills, a strong team ethic and you’ll be at ease working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage budgets and projects is also essential, along with proven knowledge of data protection and sector compliance. Purpose
The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user.
Responsibilities
Interagency work
- Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.
- Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
- Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.
- Working closely with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
- Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.
- Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contributing to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer.
- Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.
- Be flexible and willing to work in all types of environments.
Case management
- Comply with child protection and information sharing policies, ensuring that service users and colleagues understand and comply with the service’s safeguarding framework.
- Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.
- Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and workload reviews for the whole service.
- Attend monthly case management meeting with the Service Manager.
- Attend clinical supervision.
- Take appropriate steps to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person.
Recording and administration
- Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete; and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.
- To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.
- Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.
- Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to.
Direct work with service users
- Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project.
- Use combination of motivational work, relationship building and a broad range of therapeutic skills to engage service users to address their abusive behaviour.
- Motivate and support service users to address the broad range of needs that may contribute to the risk that they pose to others or act as barrier for them in addressing that risk. e.g. housing, substance use etc.
- To ensure that service users understand that the community and Drive project will ensure that they are accountable for continued use of abuse and abusive behaviour towards others.
- Ensure that there is a consistent delivery of services to the identified perpetrators of domestic abuse, including comprehensive risk assessment, support planning, referrals to other agencies and MARACs.
- Develop strategies that will disrupt the continued risk posed by service users
- Undertake assessment of risk, needs and attitudes to inform the individual service user’s intervention plan.
- Ensure that risk assessment and risk management procedures are followed at all times.
- Respect and value the diversity of the community in which the service works in, providing a service that recognises the diverse needs of service users and their families.

A Prevention Programme Manager designs and implements effective prevention initiatives across different regions. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution, overseeing projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, and timelines. The successful candidate will work closely with NGOs, governments, law enforcement, and Financial Institutions, contributing to a global anti-trafficking movement. Data-driven insights will inform digital campaigns, ensuring tailored responses to trafficking risks and at-risk communities.

· Programme Management
o Lead the design and implementation of prevention programmes on social media.

The Role
What will I be doing?
- Managing a portfolio of public engagement events, including the delivery of the summer exhibition in Dublin each year and public engagement events across NI, Scotland and Wales
- Working with colleagues from across the organisation, particularly those in the Membership and National teams to support member led or member involved approaches to public engagement, with members supported and enabled to deliver appropriate activities that impactfully contribute to the IOP’s strategic goals.
- Support the development of public engagement content that demonstrates the value of physics and its applications to our lives and the full range of career and education pathways that can be accessed through doing physics

2wish Cymru and 2wish:
2wish has been established since 2012 and has grown from strength to strength. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.
We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under in Wales. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of the families, so they don't have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.
We were founded as a Welsh organisation. However, in January 2024 we expanded in to Phase 1 of England (Chesire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somserset) and in July 2025, we expanded in to Phase 2 (Merseyside, Devon and Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Context of role:
2wish support anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We provide immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong track record in fundraising. This is both a hands-on role and is pivotal to the ongoing success of our fundraising targets. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and being responsible for a small team of fundraisers, you will lead and motivate the team to reach their full potential.
