With more people living with diabetes and millions more at risk of developing Type 2, our work has never been more needed. In this role you will
- Oversee prospecting and data and information management that underpins all of the Philanthropy and Partnerships teams activities working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders.

- Evaluate and provide critical analysis of fundraising and prospecting activity to deliver actionable insight, process innovation and project management

Purpose of the Job
Nurturing high-value relationships with major donors to maximise support to drive growth in income targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build relationships with a portfolio of prospective major donors, understanding philanthropic motivations and tailoring opportunities for engagement to inspire major gifts
- Leading the creation of new product ideas to encourage repeat, sustainable, mid-level gifting
- Foster a deep understanding of the charity work and strategy, including the regional network, to enable value adding support of frontline charity visits and tours
- Develop innovative and personalised stewardship plans to deepen donor relationships
- Develop compelling written communications, including emails, proposals, and reports to showcase the impact of donor support
- Work with colleagues across the Fundraising function to maximise cross over opportunities between income areas

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Demonstrable experience of working in a fundraising role
- Proven experience in developing strong relationships with donors, securing major gifts, and stewarding donors to become repeat supporters
- Experience of collaborating with senior leadership to leverage connections ad increase support
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to work with complex budgets and production of associated donor reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in writing proposals and presentations, with the ability to engage at all levels with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient level of IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of managing projects or varying scale and scope
- Experience in event management.

- This is a vital and rapidly growing area for the charity, and this role will manage all paid-for digital marketing, including lead generation and acquisition (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Create advertising campaigns and ensure effective tracking, monitoring, improvements, evaluation, and reporting of campaigns.
- Oversee our Google Ads grant (PPC) and (CRO) Google Tag Manager.
- Manage our main Google Ads account and launch Search, Display, and YouTube advertising for our digital-first Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month campaign.
- Deliver detailed advertising reporting using Looker Studio or other similar digital dashboards.
Digital content
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, including planning and scheduling content that aligns to both Pancreatic Cancer Action and project objectives.
- Create and manage the sourcing of high-quality content for blogs, website pages, social media posts, email content and for all other digital channels.
- Write, edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment to Pancreatic Cancer Action’s Text and Brand Guidelines.

Social media

About the Role
The Director of Programmes is a new senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the integration, effectiveness, and evidence-based delivery of Screen Share's sector-leading programmes. The role sits at the heart of the charity and will oversee the development and execution of programmatic plans that deliver our new organisational strategy. It will oversee and advance our key programme areas, including digital access, digital skills, digital connectivity and IT repair.
The postholder will be responsible for the smooth running of our charitable programmes, managing staff and ensuring our monitoring and evaluation and safeguarding is of a high quality. They will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure a high-quality and multi-faceted support product for thousands of refugees across the UK, managing risk and budgets accordingly. They will also work closely with the Head of Outreach to ensure we are communicating our social value proposition effectively.
The Director of Programmes will play a crucial role in translating strategic objectives into clear operational outcomes, overseeing the performance of programme managers, and leading a collaborative approach to programme delivery across the organisation. They will also deputise for the CEO, ensuring strong organisational leadership as the charity continues to grow and mature.
The Director of Programmes will also champion the integration of lived experience leadership throughout the organisation, ensuring that the perspectives and expertise of refugees and those with lived experience of digital exclusion are embedded within programme design, delivery, decision-making and strategic direction at Screen Share.
The postholder will also serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring that safeguarding practices are fully integrated into all programme strands and that our safeguarding process and practices are up-to-date, understood and activated in an inclusive and trauma-informed way.

The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in shaping Animal Equality UK’s public voice. They will ensure all outgoing content, both digital and print, aligns with our brand, values, and mission.
This role will lead on paid digital marketing and lead-generation activities to grow our supporter and donor base; oversee video production; manage website content; optimise organic and paid reach; support SEO strategy; and ensure consistent day-to-day engagement across our social media channels.

The Newborn Health team is seeking a creative and passionate digital communications and web expert to support the Newborn Toolkit, a global public good co-created by NEST360 (an alliance of 23 partners, 18 in Africa) and UNICEF. The Toolkit supports effective newborn care in low-resource settings and plays a unique role in the fight to end preventable newborn deaths.
Key responsibilities include:
