We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data & Insights Manager to lead on the day-to-day development, implementation and utilisation of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools through our data management platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365. They will be critical in providing expertise and establishing new ways of working across keys Amref UK teams, including Supporter Engagement, Programmes & Strategic Partnerships, Finance, Operations and Senior Management.  The postholder will be the organisational expert in Microsoft Dynamics working with senior leaders, Amref HQ ICT, Amref’s global Fundraising & Marketing Development team (FMD) and third-party vendors to develop, implement and integrate processes and reporting tools that aid analysis and insight.  They will be responsible for delivering improved functionality and system upgrades while maintaining data integrity and compliance requirements.  Expertise in relational database design and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics would also be an advantage.

The Human Resources Division supports all people management activities across the school and is committed to delivering high-quality and customer-focused services. Reporting to the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations, this post is responsible for maintaining existing HR policies and contributing to the development of new policy in consultation with a wide range of HR colleagues and stakeholders across the School.
This role also supports the development and implementation of key employee engagement and wellbeing projects. Policy Development:

• To stay informed of new legislative developments and ensure that appropriate revisions to HR policy are made accordingly, as well as working with the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations to ensure that the wider HR Division is aware of the changes.
• To undertake appropriate policy benchmarking across the sector and with other leading organisations (both public and private).
• To support in ensuring that the university has a set of up-to-date and appropriate HR / employment policies and that these are accessible to staff and line managers, maintaining a regular programme of monitoring, review and improvement.
• To contribute to the development of discussion papers, with appropriate recommendations, for consideration by the HR Management Board, School Management Committee (SMC) and trade unions.
• To effectively engage and consult with appropriate representatives of the staff community in the development of HR/employment policies.
• To work collaboratively with other HR colleagues (e.g. HR Partners, Organisational Learning) to develop effective communication strategies to ensure that LSE policies are well communicated and widely understood.

Employee Engagement Projects

• To co-ordinate (i.e. arranging meetings, formulating the agenda, taking minutes and monitoring and following up on resulting actions) and / or participate in a number of internal working groups and consultative forums with trade union members, HR colleagues and managers around the school.
• To support ongoing activities relating to staff engagement and wellbeing, e.g. related projects, events and initiatives.
• To produce draft reports and initial analyses to support the development of new projects and initiatives.
• To support the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations in monitoring the progress of both individual projects and progress against over-arching action plans, e.g. the School's Gender Pay Gap report.
• To take on the role of Data Lead for the HR Policy Team, supporting with developing the reporting and analytics roadmap, refining the data model to enable better use of available data and providing feedback on data quality issues.To liaise with the Information and Systems team, and other relevant colleagues as required, to produce timely and accurate management information to support project and development work within the team.
• To plan, organise and communicate the school's annual flu vaccination clinics, liaising with external and internal stakeholders, to ensure that this runs effectively.
• To complete annual benchmarking reports, developing and implementing action plans based on feedback.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience of working in a large HR department supporting a complex and diverse organisation
• Can demonstrate a sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR good practice, with experience of advising colleagues and managers on HR policy and procedure
• Experience of developing or contributing to HR policies across a range of topics
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience of servicing committees and/or organising events
• Experience of producing accurate minutes and/or meeting notes
• Ability to communicate in a diplomatic, tactful and courteous manner with a wide variety of people, at all levels, in the most appropriate format
• Excellent written skills i.e. ability to produce clear and professional policy, procedure and guidance documents
• Ability to exercise discretion and deal professionally with confidential and/or politically sensitive information
• Evidence of effectively understanding large amounts of moderately complex information and compiling succinct summaries
• The ability to undertake research from a wide range of sources, using a range of techniques to gather and analyse relevant information.
• Previous experience within the Higher Education sector would be an advantage.

As occupational therapist your role will involve overseeing the running of community projects and supervising team members. We are working in partnership with a Richard House Children’s Hospice to secure their new Corporate Fundraiser. Richard House helps children and their families in East London to lead as happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition. From the moment a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting, life-threatening or complex health condition everything changes. These changes affect the whole family, which is why Richard House feel it is vital not only to provide care to the child but to support the whole family. As a member of the fundraising team, you will directly support the charity’s work, as the majority of their services are funded thanks to the generosity of their supporters. 

The Corporate Fundraiser will be responsible for managing a portfolio of prospects and partners, ensuring a first-class cultivation and stewardship journey. Key responsibilities will include prospect research and new business development, compelling proposal and proposition creation, account management and event and campaign planning. The role will be hands on, focused on operational fundraising that delivers crucial short- and medium-term funding impact, as well as longer-term and sustainable corporate income for Richard House.

This role is offered on an interim basis, but with the option to become permanent.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• Proven ability to deliver income and activity targets in corporate fundraising, with a strong knowledge of corporate fundraising techniques.
• A track record in fundraising with evidence of the successful stewardship of four-figure and above partnerships/gifts, ideally with some exposure to multi-year partnerships.
• Experience of building bespoke fundraising propositions for corporate partners.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills and an ability to interact with prospects and partners at all levels will be key.

The Centre has to raise circa £2.5m every year to support our work with young people, children and families facing homelessness.  Our CRM and its effective use is critical to building our knowledge and insight to grow this income.  It’s a critical role that will have real impact.

The King’s Trust in London is currently going through an exciting period of development. We have ambitions to grow our offer to young people across the themes of Personal Development, Education, Employment and Enterprise. To help us on this journey, we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Management Team, to lead and motivate our team of Youth Development Leads.

As part of the Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our TEAM, Enterprise Challenge and Mosaic Mentoring programmes. Working collaboratively with Delivery Partners to develop and implement our delivery plan and ensure we meet targets.

As a Delivery Manager, you must lead the effective delivery by your team, ensuring that every young person engaged progresses with an appropriate pathway of learning and development and one to one support. You will be a role model for your team, demonstrating best practice in how we work with young people in a safe way to ensure we deliver maximum value for young people and partners.

As one of our Delivery Managers, you need to have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Effective data analysis skills
• A track record of operational management

The Delivery Manager role is multi-faceted, and we are looking for an individual with a broad skill set. We are excited to announce a new position within our Philanthropy, Engagement and Partnerships (PEP) team. The role of the Fundraising Officer is to support the development of effective relationships with donors, contributing to ongoing revenue generation for the College.

The role is key front-line fundrasing role and will involve identifying, and delivering new donors, as well as furthering a portfolio of current and past donor relations to secure funding for UWC Atlantic College. You will manage a portfolio of prospects and donors across alumni, parents, and other individuals to cultivate, solicit, and steward financial contributions.

You will hold key relationships with Alumni, parents, external and internal stakeholders, colleagues, and students. The role will also involve collaborating with various colleagues to plan and execute a program of donor-related events.

You will provide strategic contribution which supports UWC Atlantic’s strategies to acheive fundraising goals.

The opportunity is available to be based at UWC Atlantic, St Donats or Hybrid working from the UWC International Officer, 55 New Oxford Street and from home.

Corporate Partnerships Manager

Contract type: Maternity Cover (12 months fixed term, full time), 35 hours per week

Location: UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40 % of working time is spent face‑to‑face (London office in Canary Wharf, external meetings or travel).

60/40 hybrid working at WaterAid means roughly three days wherever you work best and two days together in person.

Salary:  £39,358 - £41,325 per year with excellent benefits.

The Corporate Partnerships Team harnesses the power of the private sector through strategic relationships that raise much needed funds for WaterAid’s life-changing work.

About the role

As our Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will manage new and existing corporate partnerships and our payroll giving scheme to foster powerful partnerships that drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively manage new and existing corporate partners, ensuring that each partner is appropriately supported and is reaching its full potential.
• Manage WaterAid’s Payroll Giving scheme including managing relationships with Professional Fundraising Organisations and Payroll Giving Agencies.
• Monitor partner-funded programme KPIs and budgets and ensure high quality reporting.
• Work with and make presentations to a range of contact types within our corporate partners.
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Education to degree level or equivalent work experience in relevant areas.
• A track record of Partnership Management including proven experience of growing and developing partnerships with companies.
• Experience of writing high quality and engaging proposals and reports for a corporate audience as well as experience of making presentations to senior level contacts and / or large groups of employees.
• Able to forge effective working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation and across a range of industries and differing business cultures. 

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Knowledge of international development and understanding of overseas development issues.
• Experience of developing corporate accounts over £100,000.
• Experience of Payroll Giving scheme.
