Main Responsibilities:
The Individual Giving Manager will lead the development and delivery of the BHWT’s individual giving and supporter development programme, helping to grow sustainable income and build long-term relationships with supporters.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on fundraising delivery across regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy giving, in memory fundraising and major donor relations. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, the postholder will enhance supporter journeys, improve donor stewardship, increase recruitment and retention, and identify new opportunities to maximise long-term sustainable income.
- Support the development and delivery of the charity's individual giving and supporter development strategy and annual plans.
- Lead and grow regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy, in memory and major donor income streams.
- Create and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across digital, email, social media, direct mail and other channels.
- Develop and continually improve supporter journeys to increase acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value.
- Design and implement donor stewardship programmes to strengthen supporter loyalty and long-term giving.
- Manage and grow the BHWT Lottery.
- Develop legacy marketing and in memory fundraising initiatives.
- Build and steward relationships with major donors, pledged legators and high-value supporters.
- Use Salesforce and supporter insight to segment audiences, analyse performance and maximise fundraising effectiveness.
- Monitor fundraising KPIs and provide regular performance reporting and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to create compelling fundraising content and campaigns.
- Identify and test new fundraising products and supporter engagement opportunities.
- Provide line management, coaching and support to fundraising team members.
- Ensure fundraising activities comply with GDPR, fundraising regulations and best practice.
About You
To apply for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience managing individual giving programmes and delivering income growth.
- Experience of regular giving, legacy fundraising, in memory fundraising and/or major donor fundraising.
- Experience of supporter acquisition, retention and stewardship.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Role Summary
The purpose of this role is to support and ensure end-to-end delivery across Wales within the Programme and Delivery team. The current focus is within our Creative Careers offer, however, this could evolve in terms of scope to include other flagship programmes in the future. This role will be crucial for liaising with Welsh schools, creative employers, speakers and the wider charity to coordinate and ensure best practices in programmatic delivery, ensuring alignment with programme wide expectations and KPIs. Essentially, this role is the glue between Futures For All, stakeholder outreach and schools’ partners within Wales. The role will be crucial in coordinating and ensuring successful delivery of different programmatic interventions including, but not limited to, school talks, workshops and work experience for young people in Wales. efforts across that nation to successfully provide end-to-end deliver for Wales’s Creative Talks, Workshops and work experiences and achieve the aims.This includes working with the Futures For All programme teams (Work Experience and Speakers for Schools Teams), and our internal Evaluation and Education teams.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Strategic purpose
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Talks and Work Experience opportunities from initial scoping with schools to securing commitments from speakers and employers, monitoring young person applications, programme design and implementation, and stakeholder follow up.
- Nurturing relationships with key delivery partners to ensure employers or school introduced to the programme are seamlessly onboarded.
- Working with partners in securing commitments from speakers and employers to deliver talks, workshops and multi-day work experience opportunities.
- Account management and stewarding for speakers and employers throughout their journey.
- Preparing employers and speakers to use all speaker and work experience guidance in the coordination and delivery of their placements, including but not limited to Portal and Google Classroom.
- Working closely with Delivery Partners to ensure seamless delivery of opportunities.
- Leading on all speaker and employer engagement and meetings with your dedicated contacts/accounts.
- Work with evaluation team on developing and disseminating impact reports within your specific nation.
- Working closely with Education team to ensure school engagement is in line with charity’s mission
- Delivering training sessions to schools and colleges on our programmes and building on engagement in Wales.
- Building partnerships as determined by needs of the DCMS contract and education partners.
- Developing long-standing relationships with school and college contacts to enable engagement in and implementation of our product offer.
Delivery:
- Providing best practice guidance and advice on programme set up and content.
- Responsible for delivery and completion of own work experience placements and the operational and administrative activity required.
- Taking ownership of own capacity management using capacity management frameworks to help inform future workload planning.
- Adherence to data compliance, standards, guidelines and best practices to ensure our data integrity and consistency.
- Retain our registered schools and colleges in our network and increase engagement levels in all programmes.
- Ensuring all data relating to KPIs is accurate, recorded and presented in reports when required.

CSAN is the official agency of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference tackling the root causes of poverty and injustice affecting people who live in England and Wales. We’re facing a steep rise in poverty and significant pressures on social, economic and church resources. Currently, the Church is called to raise a prophetic voice against poverty and the rhetoric of division and work for the building of a more just society.
Over the last 20 years, CSAN has built up a network of 50 diocesan and direct service charities with a combined annual spend on social mission estimated at £400m, excluding the work of schools and religious congregations. Our members build up local community life in diverse ways, and many of them support individuals in difficulty, including with housing, prison and detention, social isolation, ill-health, violence, disability, employment, care, therapeutic and welfare support.
The key responsibilities of the post are:
1. To scan the social policy environment to capture developments in legislation, consultation papers and Bills relevant to the Caritas network for the purpose of comprehensive tracking and briefing.
2. To deliver an effective programme of Catholic advocacy and political campaigns that contributes to the common good, with particular attention to the priorities of the dignity of workers, child poverty, social care and end of life; supporting and connecting well with the team’s other activities, and where possible with the CSAN membership’s priorities,
3. To draft campaign and advocacy materials for the range of media channels used by CSAN and support the CEO in engaging with the press and approaches from campaigning organisations including contributing to CSAN’s social media networks.
4. To provide admin support and contribute to CSAN’s Alliances as required, especially the Advocacy Alliance and the Criminal Justice Alliance with information and education on policy and legislation.
5. To ensure that our advocacy is consistent with the Bishops’ understanding of the Church’s role in society and supports the priorities of the Bishops’ Conference, especially the Department for Social Justice.
6. To act as a conduit of information and communication between the Bishops’ Conference and the CSAN members, under the guidance of the CEO, assisting CBCEW where possible in gathering information and the lived experience of poverty.
7. To develop and contribute to practice materials for the network, especially in the areas of campaigning, advocacy, social policy and formation for mission.
8. To oversee monitoring of the Catholic press and relevant wider networks for relevant articles, developments and campaigns.
9. To support the general work of CSAN as required by the CEO, including leading in the development and organisation of the charity in specific areas subject to skills and experience.

What is the Role?

The role
We are seeking a creative, agile and ambitious Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our flagship educational programme, Topical Talk Headlines.
Working three days a week, this role offers an extraordinary amount of creative freedom. Every week brings a brand-new global news story, and it will be up to you to establish its unique look and feel. From choosing typography and vibrant colour palettes to deciding between illustration and photography, you will have the autonomy to design resources that make complex, intimidating global issues accessible and engaging for young people aged 10-16 around the world.
Reporting to the Director of Programmes and working closely with our experienced in-house Designer, you will be embedded in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner with our expert team of ex-teacher content creators to brainstorm, iterate and deliver world-class classroom resources on tight, overlapping deadlines. While your primary focus will be Topical Talk Headlines, you will also support wider brand and marketing projects across the charity as time allows.

Visual identity and resource creation:

Content Creation
Develop written and visual content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, press releases, infographics, and videos.

Draft op-eds, speeches, and press releases to shape conversations and advance IPNEd’s mission.

Monitor external media and use this to inform IPNEd's external communications.

Implement and oversee digital communications channels, including our presence on X, Bluesky, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Contribute to and implement communications and external engagement strategies.
Work closely with the Executive Director and Senior Policy & Advocacy Adviser to identify content and engagement opportunities.

Essential skills and experience

Proven experience in a communications role within the not-for-profit, international development, or advocacy sectors.
Strong written communication skills, with proven experience drafting press releases, articles, comment pieces, blogs and social media posts.

Strong understanding of social media analytics to drive up engagement and increase our online visibility.
Familiarity with digital content tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva).

Salary, benefits, and other key information
IPNEd is hosted by Results UK. The line manager for this role will be IPNEd’s Senior Policy & Advocacy Adviser.
1. Starting date
The position is available immediately, and is offered as an initial 12-month contract with the intention of being extended if funding permits.
2. Salary
This role is graded at Results Professional Level Two with a salary of £32,785 per annum.
3. Hours of work
This is a full time role 35 hours a week. These hours will be worked as agreed with the line manager, but some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the job. There is no paid overtime, but Results UK offers a flexitime system for all staff.
4. Holidays
25 days per year plus bank holidays. Holidays increase by one day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days. Holidays are earned in arrears.
5. Notice Period and Probationary Period
This role has a one-month notice period. The employee will have a probationary period of three months, during which time the notice period is one week.
6. Location
The post is a hybrid role with the expectation that the postholder can work from Results’ office at Clarence Centre for Enterprise and Innovation, 6 St George’s Circus, London, SE1 6FE when required.
Currently, most Results UK staff are combining working from home with time in the office.
7. Travel
Occasional International travel will be required. The post holder must be able and willing to travel to Global North and Global South countries.

About Wikimedia UK
A registered charity, Wikimedia UK is the national chapter of the global Wikimedia movement. We work with volunteers, communities and partners across the UK to build and improve Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects, so that everyone can access and contribute to reliable, open knowledge. We empower people to find, use, evaluate, and communicate information online and we advocate for a digital ecosystem that is open, equitable and democratic.
Background:
Programme Coordinators at Wikimedia UK lead on partnership work, relationship development, training delivery and volunteer support, usually within particular geographic or topic areas. We are looking to recruit for a fixed-term, two-year role to deliver and develop our activities in Scotland, and support the wider Programmes team in delivering UK-wide work. For example in 2026, we are planning celebration events across the country for Wikipedia’s 25th, and the post-holder may be involved in their delivery. Apart from the delivery focus on Scotland, there will be scope to get involved with other areas of Wikimedia UK’s programmatic work such as delivering training in other parts of the UK, or supporting minoritised languages (particularly the indigenous languages of the UK), depending on programmatic needs.
We have had dedicated staff support for activity in Scotland for nearly a decade, and have several successful and ongoing partnerships with a number of educational and cultural institutions, as well as community organisations. Whilst the focus of this role is primarily on Scotland, Wikimedia UK delivers work both nationally and internationally, and the post holder would be expected to hold a portfolio which contributes to and supports this.
This is a part time post and can be based anywhere in Scotland, and there is an expectation of travel, including quarterly meetings at our office in London. Some evening and weekend work should also be expected, for which Time Off In Lieu can be taken. Inscape house school is recruiting for a tutor to to deliver Animal Assisted Intervention (AAI) and teach animal care, welfare, and related work experience skills to students within our secondary provision. The Animal Assisted Intervention Tutor will design and deliver accessible, meaningful and aspirational animal-care and AAI-based learning opportunities, including accredited qualifications such as BTEC and/or ASDAN in Animal Care (or similar).

We’re currently recruiting two full-time qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) to work directly with young people in our Mental Health Support Team (MHST). For this post you need to have successfully completed the Education Mental Health Practitioner Post Graduate Diploma. Responsibilities include offering CBT based self-guided mental health interventions to primary and secondary aged children and young people and their families.
