experiences and driving meaningful change in communities, schools, and workplaces. We recognise
that sexual violence and oppression are shaped by intersecting systems of power, including race,
gender identity, sexuality, disability, class and migration status. We are committed to building a
workplace and movement that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and centres those
most impacted.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Community Lead to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of
fundraising and communications, working across both teams to leverage our community to generate
income and lead community fundraising campaigns and initiatives. We're looking for someone with a
proven track record in generating community income, who is passionate about the value of creative
and alternative revenue streams, and who will play a vital part in helping us raise the funds needed to
deliver our mission of eradicating rape culture.
