We are excited to be seeking a talented and motivated individual to join Southampton Hospitals Charity as Fundraising Operations Manager, a newly developed role recognising the need for operational excellence across all fundraising streams to support and enhance the donor journey.

This key role will oversee the administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of the fundraising department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. They will have responsibility for ensuring the best donor care to our supporters; working across the income streams to enhance our supporter journeys and increase income for the Charity.

We are looking for an individual who is as passionate about fundraising as the work we do as a Charity to join our Operations team. This role will be key, as we launch our ambitious new strategy to grow our income, reach and impact.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of the fundraising department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations including:

• Implementation of key fundraising processes and guidelines.Overall management of our CRM database.
• Oversight of our payment portals and platforms to ensure effective integration.
• Manage and oversee community and third-party fundraising events.
• Ensure compliance and good practice.
• Reporting, insight and data selection.

Knowledge and experience

• A keen appetite for problem solving, with experience in identifying and delivering on improvements to operational systems and processes.
• Previous knowledge and experience in a fundraising role is essential, preferably community, events or individual giving.
• A proven track record of meeting financial targets and driving income growth.

You will act as the leading authority on matters relating to Individual Giving, providing advice across the organisation including to the Director of Income Generation, and cross-organisational Income Generation Activity Group.

You will enable the delivery of the transformation Individual Giving workstream.  And have strategic ownership of the Individual Giving programme, including income-related activities and KPIs within the engagement calendar, and customer experience and journeys relating to financial supporters

You will lead on Individual Giving planning and budget setting, contributing to the overall business planning process for Income Generation.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Provide tailored, high-quality stewardship to a range of large and medium-sized Trusts & Foundations.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and build relationships with new Trusts and Foundations to further grow this income stream.
• Prioritise research to constantly develop future pipeline.
• Work with Head of Philanthropy and other senior stakeholders in engaging potential funders and managing strategic Trusts & Statutory partners.

Write applications and reports

• Develop compelling funding applications for Trusts and occasionally statutory funders, articulating Resurgo's vision and strategy to persuasively engage new donors with a focus on raising five and six-figure grants.
• Stay ahead of sector trends, media, and political context to market Resurgo's interventions in a compelling way.
• Develop general communications on the work of Resurgo to inspire and update our Trust audience.
• Produce reports and updates on the impact of our work for funders in a timely manner. 

Data Management and Monitoring

• Update our internal database (Salesforce) with all donor interactions, donations and other details ina timely and efficient manner and with strong attention to detail, and analyse data to give insights' and drive future activity.
• Manage the Trusts & Foundations and Statutory pipelines and report on income and other KPIs, and ensure Trusts & Foundations team meets monthly targets and deadlines.

Line Management

• Actively manage and develop the Trusts & Foundations Executive to help them grow personally and in their role.

To achieve this ambition, we’ve developed a new technology infrastructure which we are calling “Sage”. We are implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as our new CRM system and suite of data tools – Microsoft Dynamics).

We will be taking a structured and phased approach to transitioning and embedding our new team structures, infrastructure and ways of working as part of Phase 2 of this Project.

Our IT Infrastructure team cover the following areas:

• Fully responsible for managing the technology stacks
• Ensuring the underlying systems and data are secure and highly protected from malicious actors

We’ve made a significant investment in our Microsoft suite and have transitioned services to Azure. We’re also building a cloud infrastructure to support the Organisation’s mission critical data use improvement project.

Our Infrastructure Systems Manager plays a crucial role in the development, support and maintenance of these systems, implementing the tools and technology we need as well as driving the reduction of IT costs where possible.

This role is responsible for:

• Maintenance of technical infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies
• Automated process creation to ensure systems are monitored and managed
• Migration of remaining on premise systems to Microsoft cloud based solutions
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary
• Ensuring systems are highly accessible and available
• Advice to the Organisation on best practice on technology

For this role we’re looking for:

• Broad expert technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure based on both cloud and on premise Microsoft technologies

We work with over 400 qualified teachers to provide academic, subject specialised and individual tutoring and mentoring for children of all ages. What is the Role?

The Partnerships Account Manager will drive business growth by securing new partnerships and managing key client accounts across designated regions. With a focus on building and sustaining long-term local council and school relationships, the Partnerships Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, expand our service offerings, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. Job Purpose

Our Business Development Manager is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating and improving relationships, expanding a product portfolio, and working across an organisation to drive impact. • Manage end-to-end programme lifecycles – from concept and planning to implementation, monitoring and impact evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with businesses, higher education institutions (HEIs), and delivery organisations across the UK.
• Use data and insights to identify needs, shape strategies, and demonstrate the impact of your work.
• Create compelling reports and communications to engage stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional outcomes for young people.

We’re looking for someone who is strategic, collaborative, and passionate about STEM education, with a track record of leading successful outreach or education programmes to tackle the skills and education challenges.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in developing and delivering education or outreach programmes involving business or volunteer engagement.
• Strong project management skills – able to juggle multiple complex initiatives and deliver to time and budget.
• A robust understanding of STEM education, the UK skills and careers agenda, and the education landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence and inspire.
• The ability to analyse data, evaluate programme impact, and write insightful reports.
