Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you will play a key supporting role within the fundraising team, assisting the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the Communications team. With a key aim of delivering agreed activity and growing income from corporate partnerships.

This role focuses on supporting the identification and recruitment of new regional, national and international corporate supporters, while also playing a lead role in managing and stewarding existing partnerships, with particular responsibility for communications activity and delivery of sponsorship activities and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting New Business Development

• Assist in researching and identifying prospective regional, national and international corporate partners aligned with the organisation’s mission and values
• Support the development of tailored proposals, pitches and presentations for potential corporate supporters
• Help prepare outreach materials, including emails, decks, and briefing documents
• Maintain and update prospect pipelines and CRM records
• Attend meetings and events with prospective partners, taking notes and following up on actions
• Work closely with the charity’s rescue and rehoming centres and wider team to identify new corporate funding and partnership opportunities.

Managing Existing Corporate Partnerships

• Provide day-to-day support in the management of existing corporate accounts
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner contacts
• Ensure partnerships are delivered in line with agreed objectives and timelines
• Support the monitoring and reporting of partnership performance and impact
• Attend events linked to corporate supporters to represent the charity, with UK-wide travel sometimes required
• Help organise and attend large corporate volunteer days at the charity’s rescue and rehoming centres

Communications & Engagement

• Maintain a strong understanding of World Horse Welfare’s work to ensure relevance in our corporate partnership work
• Develop close working relationships with Communications team and work closely with them on creating and scheduling of agreed corporate content in line with communications schedules.
• Coordinate and deliver partnership communications, including newsletters, updates, impact reports, and social media content
• Lead on gathering content to form the basis of partnership communication obligations
• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality messaging including drafting copy in line with brand messaging, obtaining appropriate images, developing related materials and ensuring approval processes are followed.
• Support the planning and execution of partner engagement activities, campaigns, and events
• Ensure partners receive appropriate recognition and visibility in line with agreements

Sponsorship & Agreement Management

• Assist in drafting and managing sponsorship agreements and partnership contracts
• Track and fulfil contractual benefits (e.g. branding, hospitality, social media, volunteering, speaking opportunities)
• Maintain accurate records of deliverables and ensure all obligations are met
• Support the review and renewal of agreements

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
• Track income, pledges, and invoices
• Support preparation of reports and presentations
• Provide general administrative support to Corporate Fundraising Manager and Director of Fundraising in relation to corporate support

Job Description

The Head of Delivery & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the 
successful implementation, quality of outcomes, and retention of DFN Project SEARCH programmes 
across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Iberia, in line with our franchise agreement from Project 
SEARCH . This role leads the Delivery & Partnerships team, ensuring strategic alignment, excellence 
of delivery, and sustained impactful partnerships.
You will play a pivotal role in driving programme quality, ensuring retention, maintaining model 
fidelity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for interns. Additionally, you will oversee the growth of 
our number of programmes, in line with our strategic regional and national plans. You will also 
contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation, working closely with cross-functional teams 
to maximise DFN Project SEARCH’s impact.
Regular travel throughout the UK will be required, with occasional travel to other areas of our delivery. 
In addition, occasional international travel may be required, for example to the annual conference in 
the United States.

The Biochemical Society are seeking a Head of Journals, on a 2-year Fixed Term contract on a part time basis (0.6 FTE), to oversee the editorial and production functions across the Portland Press portfolio.

The Head of Journals will support the Director of Content and Engagement on the delivery of the PPL strategy, growing the publishing portfolio based on strategy and community need to achieve agreed targets, year-on-year growth, increase usage and attract the best authorship. Role Purpose

The Head of Finance plays a key role in supporting Good Faith's financial health, sustainability and growth. Working closely with the Operations Director and colleagues across the organisation, they provide the financial insight, systems and support that help teams make informed decisions, deliver impactful work and plan confidently for the future.

The role combines hands-on financial management with the ongoing development of financial systems, tools and processes to support Good Faith's growth and evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management and Reporting

• Support the effective management of Good Faith's finances, helping to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial stewardship and long-term sustainability.

The Foundation has reached a point where its fundraising structure needs to match the scale of its ambition.

Until now, much of the fundraising has been led directly by the Chief Executive, supported by trustees, consultants and external bid writers. This has delivered significant success, particularly around major heritage projects and institutional funders. However, the organisation now needs a more structured, proactive and relationship-led fundraising function.

The Head of Development will work closely with the Chief Executive, trustees and a new Fundraising Committee to broaden the donor base, strengthen major relationships, develop new income streams, and ensure that the Foundation is no longer dependent on a small number of individuals or on the Chief Executive holding most fundraising relationships personally.

This is not simply a fundraising support post. It is a strategic development role for someone who can combine relationship building, major donor fundraising, compelling written communication, careful stewardship and long-term pipeline management.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a critical senior role in the organisation, reporting to the Senior Director-Programming. The role is responsible for managing the organisation’s programmes across 2 locations in Sub Saharan Africa and South East Asia, line managing three people. The position provides leadership on direct programming for community-led investigations and evidence gathering as well as our CSO partnership programme in two geographies. The Head of Programmes works closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) on critical areas including fundraising and strategic development.   

The priority for this role is the safe and high quality performance of projects. The balance between ‘doing’ and ‘managing’ in this role varies depending on available resources for each project, and the ability to create competent teams to delegate to.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Leadership and Delivery

• Working closely with the Senior Director- Programming, lead the development and implementation of programme strategy and annual plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and priorities.

The Trusts and Foundations Officer is responsible for securing grants of varying sizes, translating all aspects of GRW’s work into compelling, high-quality applications for a diverse range of prospective funders.

The Sands Insights Network is an online community of bereaved parents who want to use their experience and knowledge to shape Sands work to make maternity and neonatal care safer.

The Network sits within the Saving Babies Lives team which focusses on using evidence, including from parents, to drive improvements in maternity and neonatal safety. The Network also facilitates parents’ involvement in Sands policy and campaigning work, as well as external projects seeking to include people with experience of baby loss.

Main Purpose of Job

• Represent Sands at external events, meetings and activities, helping to build Sands’ reputation as a leader in the field of working in partnership with bereaved parents.

• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as required by the Research Manager, Head of Saving Babies Lives team and the CEO.

• Work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to achieve shared goals. 

• Always maintain strict confidentiality.
