The role will involve supporting families and adults in the community, but also families in our local Oasis academies, inspiring and enabling local people to be an active voice and developer in their local area.
Key responsibilities include:
· To work with the Youth & Community Lead and other team members/partners as required to create and implement a strategy and vision for our food insecurity work.
· Ensuring effective financial management and income generation to sustain and expand services
· Managing and growing a team of volunteers, ensuring alignment with Oasis’ ethos and values.
· Building strong partnerships with local stakeholders to support the delivery of impactful community projects.
· Work directly with families and the wider community in a non-judgemental way empowering them and their families to get the most out of the opportunities available.
· Create opportunities for families and the community to get involved in shaping and delivering the work of the community projects.
· Developing and maintaining monitoring and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of activities.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and other statutory requirements.
The successful post holder must have:
· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
· Good standard of basic education, including English and Maths Level 2
· Proven experience of community work as a volunteer or professionally
· Experience of managing and working with volunteers
· Ability to build long lasting, positive relationships with both young people and adults

We are seeking an experienced and innovative, fine art curator. You will be as comfortable supporting volunteers to stage exhibitions around Britain, as working with art gallery professionals, conservators and technicians. You will understand the potential for visual art to communicate the spiritual, and be able to demonstrate how to engage audiences in reflection and encourage conversation about God and Christian faith inspired by art.
This role has an occupational requirement to be a practicing Christian in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

We also work closely with those most impacted by the crisis and aim to centre the voices of those with lived experience of economic hardship in all that we do. The postholder will work closely with the Head of Events, Volunteers & Visitor Engagement, Cathedral staff, ministry team, volunteers, partners, and external organisations to ensure high-quality experiences for all who visit the Cathedral.

Are you organised, analytical and motivated by making systems and processes work better for people? MSF UK is looking for an Association Membership and Systems Officer to support a 12-month programme of improvements to the way we manage Association membership data, processes and systems. Working with colleagues across the Association Team, Governance, HR, IT and Data Protection, you will gather feedback, document needs, improve data quality, support reporting and help implement practical changes that strengthen association engagement.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Duration: Fixed Term Contract, 12 months
Location: London - hybrid, 2 days per week in office (including Wednesdays)
Salary: £36,437.07- £44,534.19 per annum| Salary is offered in line with our pay framework and typically starts at the entry point of the band. Salary increases are considered annually and are subject to our appraisal and performance review process.
Job Purpose
The primary role of the Association Membership and Systems Officer is to coordinate and implement a programme of work to improve the recruitment, onboarding, and member management processes of current and prospective MSF UK Association members. Working under the strategic direction of the Head of Governance and Association and the Association Team Lead, this role will help strengthen the processes, data and systems that support MSFers to join, participate and remain connected to the MSF UK Association.
