About Working Well Trust 

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are now recruiting IPS Employment Advisors to join our IPS service to join our Kingston & Sutton team. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment. Please note that if you have previously applied for this role, we will not be considering repeat applications on this occasion.

What you’ll be doing 

If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences. 

You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.

You would work closely with NHS clinical teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service. 

What you’ll need 

You do not need previous employment support experience. What matters most is that you bring: 

• A genuine desire to support people with mental health support needs and/or learning disabilities to achieve their employment goals. 

• Motivation to help people from all backgrounds move into meaningful work. 

• Confidence speaking with a wide range of people, from clients to employers. 

• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and manage your workload. 

• Willingness to learn the IPS model and become confident approaching employers.

We are looking for a personable Finance Co-ordinator to join our small friendly team at our National Office in Birmingham, based at the heritage site of the ex 'Call the Midwife' sisters.

You will need to have a passion for Interserve’s vision and mission as well as significant hands-on finance experience. You should be qualified in Financial Management or Book keeping, with a qualification at minimum AAT level 3 or equivalent as minimum.

Good experience of accounts preparation and using an accounting system or database are essential.

The role includes:

· Assisting the Finance Manager with the preparation of draft accounts, and year-end preparation, including accounts accruals and reconciliation.

· Assisting with the transition to a new accounting system.

· Liaising with suppliers, tender applications and independent examiners and responding to audit queries.

· Processing and accounting for all supplier invoices and payments,

· Completing month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.

· Preparing and submitting Gift Aid claims in a timely manner

You should possess excellent numeracy and accuracy with detailed spreadsheets, along with effective administration skills and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively. You should be a good communicator, both verbally and in writing and be able to work independently and as part of the Finance Team.

About the role:

At Single Homeless Project, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build a life beyond crisis. As our Young Person’s Psychotherapist, you’ll play a vital part in making that happen. Working within our in house Psychotherapy team, you’ll provide one-to-one psychotherapy and co-produced psychoeducation groups for young people aged 16–25. Your work will focus on prevention, helping young people make sense of their experiences and build the tools to manage life’s challenges before they reach breaking point.

About you: 

• Experience providing in-person psychotherapy sessions as a qualified Psychotherapist or Psychologist for a minimum of 2 years including substantial post-qualification experience with young people. 
• An understanding of complex support needs, including but not limited to mental health issues, complex trauma, substance use, youth offending and physical ill health, along with the potential barriers to engagement with services both residential and in the community. 
• An understanding of psychologically informed environments (PIE) and how service development can be achieved in collaboration with clients, staff team and service management. 
• Experience of facilitating team led clinical case discussion, providing staff psychological support and critical incident de-briefs.
• Experience of building trust with young people who may be wary of professionals and create a safe, supportive space.

We’re looking for an Individual Giving Manager (9-month maternity cover) to achieve BMS’ fundraising strategy and goals by stimulating new and repeat donations from individual givers and leading creative innovative fundraising campaigns. Being a Finance Manager at St Wilfrid's

Full time 37.5 hours per week | 12 months fixed term contract - possibility to become permanent | Mainly office based with some home-working flexibility 

We’re looking for a skilled and values‑driven Finance Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day financial operations of St Wilfrid’s Hospice.

You will manage financial reporting, budgeting, controls, payroll oversight and compliance for both the charity and trading company. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll ensure financial information is accurate, timely and meaningful.

You will also lead and develop a small, dedicated Finance team.

This is a time of transformation for us, with a new Finance Director joining and with plans to change our Finance system over the coming year.  As a result, we’re looking to appoint a fixed term Finance Manager for 12 months, with the possibility to extend or become permanent.

Overall leadership, accountability, and ownership of fundraising strategy and outcomes sit with the Chief Executive. The Fundraising Manager provides strategic, operational, and relationship‑driven support within this CEO‑led framework, ensuring delivery of high‑quality fundraising activity, insight, and stewardship.

We’re looking for a methodical and strategic Programme Manager (Award) to manage the end-to-end delivery of University Mental Health Charter (UMHC) Award and act as key spokesperson for the programme. 

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that the Award upholds its standards and values, and continues to develop and scale, supporting positive change for staff and students at universities across the UK.

About the role

• Lead the delivery of the nationally-recognised accreditation for mental health in higher education: the University Mental Health Charter Award.
• The UMHC Award recognises universities that promote the mental health and wellbeing of their university communities and supports them to continually improve. 
• You will own the end-to-end management of a complex, high-profile and impactful programme, balancing administrative excellence and strategic development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Award lifecycle, from onboarding universities, coordinating our network of assessors and managing the Award panel.
• Scale and continually improve the Award process, ensuring it remains rigorous, impactful and values-led.
• Act as key spokesperson and point of contact for universities and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for budget, risk and line management.

The Maypole Project is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fundraising Officer to help grow the income that enables us to provide vital support for children and young people with complex medical needs, and their families. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, engaging communities, and driving positive impact.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the Fundraising Manager to help meet annual income targets by delivering excellent stewardship, supporting fundraising campaigns, and developing community and corporate partnerships. You’ll be the friendly, proactive contact for supporters—responding to enquiries, nurturing long‑term engagement, and identifying new opportunities for individuals, groups, and local businesses to get involved.

Your responsibilities will include helping to deliver public fundraising initiatives, assisting with community events, maintaining accurate supporter data, and contributing to digital and print communications across our website, social media channels, newsletters and promotional materials. You’ll also support volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and equipped to represent our charity confidently.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, an understanding of the charity sector, and experience in fundraising communications or a related field. Confidence using digital tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress and JustGiving is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with CRM systems and previous involvement in fundraising activities are advantageous.

About the role:

As a Project Worker at our Stacey Street service in Islington, you’ll support adults who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping to rebuild stability and move towards independent living. This is a hands-on role in a busy hostel environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll work directly with residents who may be navigating challenges linked to mental health, substance use, trauma or contact with the criminal justice system. Through strengths-based support planning and clear risk management, you’ll help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers and take practical steps forward. From supporting someone to engage with treatment, to sustaining a tenancy or accessing training and employment, your work will focus on realistic, sustainable progress.

Day to day, you’ll build trusted relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the right support at the right time, ensuring residents are prepared for successful move-on. You’ll keep accurate records, respond calmly in challenging situations and contribute to a psychologically informed environment where people feel respected and motivated to change.

This role is about creating momentum. By helping residents move from crisis towards stability, you’ll play a key part in freeing up hostel spaces for others in urgent need and strengthening SHP’s mission to end homelessness for good. If you’re resilient, person-centred and motivated by seeing people take meaningful steps forward, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact every day.

About you:

• A non-judgemental approach to working with multi-disadvantaged clients and to promote a strengths-based approach.
• Strong team-working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a collaborative approach to delivering service objectives across work specialisms.
• Experience helping people to identify personal goals and supporting them through a process of change, including managing challenging situations in relation to people, including responding calmly to crisis and deal promptly, effectively and safely to complex situations.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work on own initiative, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards.
• Willingness and ability to work on a rota system of early and late shifts, which may include some variable hours including some evenings and weekends.
