We’re looking for a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning) to analyse data to enhance campaign performance, audience engagement and return on investment across our marketing and communications activity.
What does this role do?
As a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning), you will:
- Design and maintain a measurement framework for marketing and communications activity, defining KPIs to measure performance against and regularly reporting on performance across these metrics,
- Identify trends, patterns, insights and performance drivers, and provide recommendations based on data analysis,
- Support the team with testing and experimentation, gathering evidence for various approaches and building an experimentation log,
- Complete econometric modelling, understanding the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness and income generation, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact.
Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 22nd and 23rd April 2026, and will take place on Teams.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of creating KPI frameworks, and a clear understanding of measuring and understanding brand health and management. You’ll need experience of building and implementing econometrics modelling, and strong experience of data handling and building automated dashboards. You’ll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for varied stakeholders. A creative, user-first mindset is key, as well as a flexible, continuous improvement focused approach.

Age International are recruiting for a Senior Programme Development & Funding Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Working within our Programme Development and Funding Team, this is a role which offers plenty of variety, and a chance to make a meaningful contribution to our work with and for older people around the world. In this role you will oversee Age International's Sponsor a Grandparent programme, working with partners to support the delivery of a £1m per year programme of work across five countries in Africa and Asia.
You will also manage Age International's management information systems and processes, producing internal and external reports, and ensuring that the work of the team is increasingly data driven. This post also includes the management of Age International's small and medium trust and foundations portfolio, with the post-holder additionally working with colleagues across the team to prospect new donors, and support in the design and development of funding bids to a range of institutional and non-traditional donors.
We operate a hybrid working model. We offer flexibility on working from home but require the applicant to be in our central London office a minimum of three days per month. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.

About you
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a busy supporter care environment, working to tight deadlines
- Experience of writing donor correspondence and creating data capture guidance
- Proven experience of supporter care campaign management including creating clear processes and flow charts and managing, negotiating and liaising with suppliers.

We are seeking to appoint a Compliance Officer for an immediate start. We’re looking for a motivated and creative Senior Marketing Officer to join Kinship’s Marketing Team to help us reach more kinship carers with our support offer. The Supporter Care Officer role sits within the Supporter Services team, which forms an integral part of the Individual Giving team, within the Marketing Communications Department at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
Working alongside another Supporter Services Officer and managed by the Supporter Care Manager, you will support the delivery of our Individual Giving programme, specifically in support of our Puppy Sponsorship Scheme.
The delivery of exceptional supporter care across multiple channels lies at the heart of the Supporter Care team and forms an integral part of the Individual Giving retention strategy.
In many instances, you will be the first line of enquiry either by telephone, email, social media, or letter (and occasionally face-to-face) for Hearing Dogs’ supporters.
Building good internal relationships within our Charity is an important part of this role as you will be working with various teams.
KEY TASKS OF THE ROLE:
Stewardship
- Present a professional, positive, and proactive approach to supporter care and adherence to best practice regarding stewardship and supporter engagement.

Senior Global Fundraising Manager
Contract: 12 Month Fixed-term contract, Maternity Cover, (Part-time or full-time, 4-5 days a week)
Location: This role may be based in one of our WaterAid member offices, London, United Kingdom, Stockholm, Sweden, Canada, New York, United States, Melbourne, or New Delhi, India, subject to right to work eligibility in the respective countries.

About the team
The Senior Global Fundraising Manager will report to the Global Lead for Communications and Fundraising (Executive Director), currently based in WaterAid UK. They will be an integral member of the Global Communications and Fundraising Executive, made up of senior colleagues from across the WaterAid federation.
The WaterAid Federation consists of the International Secretariat, 7 members - Canada, USA, UK, Sweden, India, Japan and Australia, 3 Regional hubs and 22 country programme offices.
About the role
This role will play a strategic part in driving income growth across the WaterAid federation by proactively collaborating and learning, and seeking opportunities to strengthen our collective action, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Critically they will play a lead role in developing a long-term global income plan, ensuring that we make the best collective decisions for organisational growth and impact, and ensuring that risk is managed globally. The role holder will work closely with the Executive Director who is the Global Lead for Communications and Fundraising, in overseeing and driving action through the Global Communications and Fundraising Executive (GCFE) made up of communications and fundraising leaders across the federation; and leading key initiatives identified by this group.
In this role, you will;
- Lead the process for the development of a long-term global income generation plan/strategy which maps WaterAid’s growth trajectory, income stream balance, and required enablers and dependencies.
- Takes a lead role in global fundraising projects which address the enablers and dependencies identified in the plan for multiple markets. This could include identifying new approaches such as emergency fundraising; addressing processes and ways of working holding us back; driving efficiencies through centralised procurement.
- Lead on quarterly global performance monitoring and trend analysis – ensuring and supporting all members to provide a qualitative and quantitative overview which enables us to identify trends, opportunities and threats and act upon them. Reporting key findings to WaterAid International where required
- Monitor risk across the income portfolio and support senior fundraisers in managing and mitigating risk identified.
- Identify and coordinate/lead global income generation activities which require central management – including project management of key programmes of work.
- Ensure global engagement in key initiatives is relevant and easy, with low resource impact, for smaller members and Country Programmes (CPs).
- Support the Global Lead for Communications and Fundraising with initiatives which drive global alignment, transparency and effectiveness.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Demonstrable experience in working on global initiatives with globally dispersed teams
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills with the ability to drive integration and alignment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders from across a range of cultures, locations and backgrounds
- Experience of developing complex plans and strategies - monitoring and reporting against them
- Strong knowledge of fundraising practices and experience delivering fundraising campaigns (restricted or unrestricted income generation)
- Ability to analyse fundraising data and create narrative and actions from that to shape continuous improvement
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Knowledge of all fundraising streams – public fundraising, philanthropy and trusts, corporate and institutional
- Knowledge of different fundraising markets.
- Ability to flex working hours to ease time zone challenges
