About the Role 

As a UVW Organiser, you’ll join a dynamic team at the forefront of our mission to build power and solidarity in workplaces and communities through collective, legal, and direct action. 
 
Focused on Portuguese and Spanish-speaking migrant workers in low-paid sectors, this three-year, donor-funded role is central to UVW’s mission. You will advise, represent and organise workers to build collective power through strikes, direct actions and negotiation — to transform their workplace conditions from the ground up. 

• Essential: Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. 
• Highly Desirable: Previous experience in trade union or community organising. 

In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Community & Events Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver a community and events fundraising programme. You will lead on third-party/designated fundraising events and ensure all activities are within budget and meet key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a community and events fundraising programme to maximise supporter relationships and fundraising opportunities.
• Identify and implement fundraising activities to attract new supporters and increase long-term support.
• Lead on third-party/designated fundraising events and activities, ensuring they are delivered to agreed budgets and key performance indicators.
• Build long-term relationships with supporters and maximise opportunities for repeat fundraising.
• Represent Blesma at third-party, Blesma-led, and community-led fundraising events, providing on-the-day support as needed.
• Manage fundraising platforms for community and events fundraising.
• Support the development and promotion of all fundraising activities within the Fundraising Team.
• Maintain accurate records on Raisers Edge to agreed standards and timescales.

This role delivers a range of dynamic and engaging financial education programmes to young people,adults, and professionals. As part of our Programmes and Delivery Directorate, our trainers love working with our participants; they’re the front line of our work, representing Money Ready’s exceptional programme quality in a range of settings.

The Hepatitis C Trust runs national projects where peers draw on their lived experience of drug use, criminal justice systems and hepatitis C to support others . We are now recruiting for a new and exciting role to join our Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan team. 

As part of an experienced team, this role will promote hepatitis C awareness, blood borne virus testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C. JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a Due Diligence Assiatant to join our team! Working with internal and external stakeholders, the Assurance team ensures Start Network is compliant as a charity and company. In this role, you will support the Assurance team as they implement Start Network's strategic vision towards localisation and systems change. The Due Diligence Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting the Assurance team to complete the due diligence processes for Start Network’s members.

This is a key role that will work across the organisation and be responsible for facilitating organisational planning and resourcing as well as supporting on the refinement and maintenance of Project Management processes and procedures.

As an Assurance Officer, you'll work in partnership with colleagues across Alzheimer's Society to deliver professional, credible, and valued assurance and counter fraud services. You're a part-qualified internal auditor or CCAB accountant with proven experience of successfully delivering assurance projects. You understand internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and control frameworks, and you can plan, test, and document assurance work to deliver credible and timely audit opinions. You're skilled at drafting professional, clear reports that provide real value to stakeholders.

You'll have:

As a CRM Engineer at Cancer Research UK (CRUK) you will play an essential role in our migration from Sieble to Salesforce by helping to deliver specific packages of development for our Salesforce platform within one of our Technology product teams while running our CRM platform in production, in collaboration with the CRM support team.

Collaborating with other Engineers, Sieble Application Administrators, Product Managers, Testers, Agile Coaches, Architects, support engineers, end users, and Business Analysts you will adopt and ensure best practices while looking for new and improved approaches to technical challenges. You must be able to communicate with less technical colleagues from the wider charity in a language they can understand to help them convert business challenges into technical solutions.

A key part of the role is to keep the Salesforce system operational by managing administrative changes from both the development teams and support functions. This will involve maintaining and onboarding user profiles as the platform grows (we currently have 70 users, are onboarding 100 this quarter, and up to 500 in the first half of next year). You will also work to continually improve the accessibility, availability, performance, and security of our Salesforce products and environments.

What will I be doing?

• Working independently or in collaboration with Solution Architects to support solutions in line with the CRM Engineering strategy
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Service Designers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, and operational teams/support to identify user needs, discuss capabilities and iteratively design solutions
• Contributing to the CRM Engineering capability team to identify and share good practices; develop standards, patterns, automation & tools; and reduce technical debt and operational risks
• Developing the CRM platform ensuring clean, readable, and properly tested code based on tried and tested design patterns while running the platform in production with the CRM support team
• Building applications on our Salesforce platform which includes data model design, custom UIs, custom logic, inbound and outbound integration logic
• Working with Infrastructure teams to request appropriate infrastructure builds for production and non-production in support of the required CRM technical architecture.
