The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the College’s mission to improve child health by ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and business partnering across the organisation.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead on the annual budgeting and forecasting process, produce regular financial performance reports, and develop financial models to support key strategic decisions. You will ensure that the College’s leadership has access to clear, insightful analysis to guide financial and operational planning.

You will foster a culture of effective business partnering, providing expert financial advice and support to budget holders and colleagues across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the annual budgeting process and developing regular reforecasts in alignment with the College’s strategic priorities
• Producing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
• Developing financial models to support key strategic and operational decisions
• Providing financial insight and advice to senior leadership and budget holders to support informed decision-making
• Line managing and developing the Finance Analyst, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensuring the integrity of financial information through robust processes, controls, and analytical review
• Partnering with the Financial Controller to support compliance, audit preparation, and financial controls
• Supporting finance system development and the use of tools such as Power BI for enhanced reporting

Essential skills and experience include:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in financial management roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide clear, actionable insights
• Proven experience of leading budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience of financial modelling

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Fundraising Officer with at least two year's experience in partnerships or grants management, and an understanding of international development fundraising. • Support Senior Manager, HR & Operations in day-to-day delivery of ISEAL´s HR provision

Purpose of role

Lumos is entering an exciting period of strategic transformation to strengthen our operational foundations, refine our systems, and enhance our capacity to deliver on our mission to realise every child’s right to a family. The Senior Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in building the operational foundations and risk-aware culture needed for success both now and as the organisation prepares for the future.

As a delivery partner to the Director of People & Operations, the Senior Operations Manager leads the implementation of agreed operational priorities, strengthens country office and partner capability, and ensures that operational standards, policies, and practices are consistently embedded across existing and new geographies. The role provides independent oversight and assurance across operational risk, safety, security, and safeguarding, working closely with delivery teams while retaining the authority to challenge, escalate, and inform senior decision-making.

Primary responsibilities

Operational leadership & delivery

• Act as a senior delivery partner to the Director of People & Operations, leading the implementation of agreed operational priorities.

• Translate lessons learned into updated frameworks, tools, and guidance to support continuous improvement.

Purpose of role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role at Lumos at a time of organisational strengthening and global growth. Fundraising Compliance Executive

Barnardo's is seeking a detail-oriented Fundraising Compliance Executive to ensure our fundraising and marketing activities meet all regulatory and internal standards. This is a new role, reporting directly to the Head of Supporter Care, Services and Compliance.  Initially this role is for a 12-month fixed term contract.
