Job Purpose: 

The International HR Operations Administrator provides pro-active, generalist HR operations support to all staff. This role involves supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on-boarding and orientation, performance management, learning and development, monthly payroll, benefits administration, as well as assisting with HR administration and the HR system. 

Key to this role is the ability to be efficient and well-organised, as well as to build strong working relationships, and manage HR-related issues in a professional and timely manner. 

Scope and Limits of Authority: 

The post holder is expected to organise their own day-to-day activities according to the overall priorities and timescales set. 

● This role does not have line management responsibility

Key Responsibilities: 

HR Strategy, Planning & Budgets 

● Processing HR activity invoices, ensuring accurate reporting in line with agreed budget criteria 

HR Policies & Processes 

● Supporting staff to understand and comply with HR policies and procedures as needed and raising any concerns to line managers. 

Global Resourcing & Payroll 

● Assisting with all recruitment activity, including finalising job descriptions, planning recruitment activity, placing adverts, support with selection and appointment processes, and scheduling interviews 

● Assisting with the monthly payroll for all staff globally, including providing relevant information to outsourced employment (EOR) and payroll only providers, processing invoices and maintaining relevant records; tracking payroll changes for all staff 

● Assisting with administration related to cost of living reviews (e.g. writing letters, updating the HR system) 

● Assisting with the management of all benefit administration including pension, Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance etc.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in South Warwickshire. 

We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individuals to join us in delivering a comprehensive Stroke Recovery Service across the region.

Position: 000013 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, South Warwickshire, including Rugby. However, extensive travel across the region will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings)

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week

Salary: Circa £17,000 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)

Contract: Our services are contracted, we currently have funding until 31 March 2027.

Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the coordinator will work with the local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals and support stroke survivors and their carers. As a coordinator you will provide personalised information, advice and support with regular reviews throughout.

About You

You will:

· Have a background in a caring and/or charity profession supporting people with disabilities.

· Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.

· Have experience of working with people who may have additional communication support needs.

· Be proficient in using Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel and experience using IT systems to record and maintain beneficiary data.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in nurturing and growing relationships with corporate supporters, delivering outstanding partnership experiences and helping to drive fundraising income and engagement. With a strong focus on account management and partnership delivery, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to new business activity through prospect research, pipeline development and supporter engagement, helping to develop their corporate partnerships programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with existing corporate partners.
• Manage the systems and processes needed for effective partnership management, including CRM use, reporting and tracking.
• Work with the team to develop partnership activations and employee engagement opportunities.
• Produce compelling communications to support corporate relationships including proposals, presentations, reports and updates.
• Conduct prospect research and new business development activity.

Person Specification

• Experience in a similar fundraising role (or commercial relationship-building role) with strong relationship management skills.
• Strong writing skills to develop engaging stakeholder engagement communications.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach, with the energy and enthusiasm to deliver results in corporate fundraising.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience using and managing a CRM system.

About the role

The Support & Training Coordinator role involves:

• Managing onboarding processes for new facilitators attending training, ensuring clear communication of expectations and timelines, including safeguarding checks
• Supporting the Support Coaches by coordinating essential ongoing facilitator engagement: including group calls, follow up sessions, communication touchpoints and additional resources
• Coordinating the logistics of monthly facilitator training sessions, including placing orders, liaising with suppliers, monitoring stock levels and order numbers, and overseeing communications and systems
• Developing and maintaining systems that monitor and support the full facilitator journey — from onboarding through to ongoing support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the fundraising team, including processing donations, sending thank-you letters, and responding to supporter and event enquiries promptly and warmly.

The Candidate
Any exposure to fundraising, events, customer service, or administration (paid or voluntary)
Strong written skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to help draft clear, accurate and engaging communications and supporter correspondence.
Enthusiasm for building relationships and a genuine interest in how charities raise income and find new opportunities.
An interest in fundraising events, and a willingness to help with planning and delivery, including supporting logistics and volunteers on the day.

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Service delivering in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide stroke recovery support following a stroke.

Position: 000012 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based Herefordshire and Worcestershire. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings) 

Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Salary: Circa £22,600 per annum  (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)

Contract: Fixed term. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2027

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes. A key part of the role will be to support service users and the delivery of the service.

Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Association Support Coordinator will:

· Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

· Take a person centred approach to goal setting and support to enable stroke survivors and their carers to improve communication

· Provide personalised information, advice and support.

· Support stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.

· Work collaboratively with NHS colleagues and other areas of the community to make a difference in the lives of people affected by stroke.

About You

You will have:

· Experience/background in a caring profession, ideally supporting people with disabilities

· Excellent IT skills and an ability to maintain accurate records.

· An affinity with the values of the Stroke Association.

· A flexible approach and an ability to effectively manage a caseload.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality; Herefordshire and Worcestershire, to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role
