Lumos Foundation works to realise every child’s right to a family by transforming care systems around the world. And a much larger number of children are at risk of family breakdown and separation – those living in poverty, experiencing domestic violence and abuse, and living in countries affected by conflict.

In the next 10 years, Lumos will enable 500,000 children in care to return to family-based care and prevent 10 million children from experiencing family breakdown and separation – so that they can thrive in their own families. Purpose of role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role at Lumos at a time of organisational strengthening and global growth. As a member of the wider leadership team, the Head of People will be central to building and embedding high-quality, values-led, and risk-aware people practices that enable Lumos to deliver its mission and long-term ambitions.
Working closely with Country Directors and HR focal points in country offices, the role supports the consistent application of global people frameworks while enabling appropriate local practice. The Head of People will play a key role in supporting Lumos to grow and operate safely across existing and new geographies, ensuring that people practices underpin organisational readiness, duty of care, and sustainable impact.
In close partnership with the Director of People & Operations, the Head of People provides expert insight into People strategy and organisational priorities and is accountable for translating agreed direction into consistent, effective delivery across the organisation. The role combines strategic thinking with strong operational leadership, ensuring that people frameworks, systems, and practices are embedded, trusted, and fit for purpose, and that values, culture, and ways of working are reflected in how work is done every day. This role will suit an experienced senior HR professional who enjoys shaping and embedding sustainable people practice, exercises sound judgement, and enables others to lead well. Primary responsibilities
People strategy contribution & execution
- Contribute expert insight, options, and analysis to the development of the People strategy, operating model, and organisational priorities.
- Translate the agreed People strategy into clear frameworks, plans, and delivery across the organisation.
- Ensure people initiatives are prioritised, resourced, and implemented effectively.
- Monitor impact and effectiveness, recommending adjustments based on data, risk, and organisational need.
Full employee lifecycle ownership (global)
- Own and oversee the operational delivery and quality assurance of the full employee lifecycle across all geographies.
- Ensure consistent, values-led, and safer recruitment practices are embedded across Lumos.
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality induction and onboarding, embedding EDI, duty of care, and organisational culture from the outset.
- Oversee probation, performance cycles, development, progression, and exit processes.

Performance, capability & leadership development
- Lead the implementation and embedding of Lumos’ performance management framework.

Pay, rewards & progression
- Lead the delivery of pay and reward activity, including time-bound pay and reward reviews and job evaluation processes.

- Work closely with Finance and the Director of People & Operations to align reward activity with budgets and governance.

Employee relations, policy & legal frameworks
- Oversee the review, update, implementation, and monitoring of people-related policies, ensuring they are accessible, legally compliant, and consistently applied, while allowing for appropriate local context.
- Provide senior HR oversight and judgment on disciplinary, grievance, and complex employee relations matters.
- Act as an escalation point for managers and the Global HR Advisor, supporting proportionate and defensible decision-making.
- Ensure people practices reflect relevant legal frameworks across all countries of operation.
People risk & governance
- Lead the development and embedding of people-related risk frameworks across existing and new geographies.

The Programme Director, Media and Communications leads on the design, development and implementation of communication strategies and plans to advance Humane World for Animals UK’s strategic priorities with regard to campaigns, brand-building and fundraising. The role creates, implements and measures the success of a comprehensive communications programme that will aim to significantly enhance the organisation’s image and position within the UK animal protection space.

1. Develop and execute communications strategies for Humane World for Animals UK’s key campaigns and fundraising requirements.
2. Measure and track communications impact, reach and effectiveness, reporting against agreed targets.
3. Manage, maintain and grow productive relationships with a range of journalists with a goal of securing prominent national media coverage.
4. Oversee the organisation’s social media channels to promote campaigns, support fundraising and engage meaningfully with UK supporters and political stakeholders.

About you

The NSPCC’s purpose is to prevent the abuse and neglect of children across the UK.
The Strategy and Knowledge (S&K) Directorate exists to help shape the world around us - and what the NSPCC does - so that it reflects what we have learned and can help keep children safe from abuse.
The Directorate is responsible for organisational strategy, developing and influencing public policy, championing an evidence-based approach in all our work, developing innovative services and managing our knowledge and information.
This role within our Policy and Public Affairs team will assist in delivering our influencing campaigns asking for public support to persuade government to change laws and policies to better protect children and young people. This exciting role will play a pivotal part supporting the team’s work so we are able to deliver large-scale, impactful campaigns in support of the NSPCC’s policy priorities and our organisational strategy.
Job purpose
This role will support the planning, delivery and evaluation of the NSPCC’s campaigns to mobilise the public behind our influencing goals and galvanise decision makers to act. The postholder will:

In recent years OTR has seen a significant increase in demand for our youth mental health services and we now reach over 17,000 young people each year. We are seeking a values-driven Director of Finance and Resources to join our Senior Leadership Team at a pivotal moment for the charity.
This part-time role is about far more than numbers. It is an opportunity to use your financial leadership to safeguard green spaces for generations to come — ensuring Fields in Trust has the resilience, systems and governance needed to deliver lasting impact.

The role
This maternity cover role offers a meaningful opportunity to help secure the funding that makes our work possible at a pivotal point in Hatch’s journey.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Engagement, you will lead the delivery of Trusts & Foundations, Statutory and Major Donor fundraising, while managing our inspiring partners, you will build new income pipelines aligned to Hatch’s pioneering programmes. The role
As Head of Operations, you will lead all operational functions of Foxglove. You will ensure that our finance, HR, legal compliance, fundraising, systems and internal processes enable the organisation to carry out its mission effectively. You’ll work across Foxglove and closely with leadership, as well as with external partners to build a resilient and well-governed organisation, able to manage growth and complexity while staying mission driven. Financial Management & Accounting

Programme Overview
Connect to Work is a UK government-funded initiative aimed at supporting individuals with disabilities, health conditions, or other complex challenges in finding and maintaining employment. The program offers tailored assistance, including one-to-one coaching, employer engagement and help with CV writing. Participants can receive up to 12 months of guidance if they are seeking employment, or up to 4 months if they are currently employed but at risk of losing their job. Support is delivered through local partnerships, and individuals can either self-refer or be referred by professionals and community partners.
In Hampshire we will be delivering Lot 2 – aimed at supporting victims and survivors of Domestic Abuse. We will be working alongside Stop Domestic Abuse and other local partners and domestic abuse charities across the area to deliver a joined up and tailored support for this specific cohort.
The Employment Specialist will be based in Havant and play a vital role in the success of the programme for those across Hampshire. They will manage a small caseload, delivering person centred support to create and follow an individualised workplan, engaging with employers directly to support people into good and sustainable work. They will be enthusiastic and passionate about helping people to find that role that works for them.
Location and Salary
The role will be based in our Havant office with travel expected across Hampshire throughout the week to agreed venues. Salary will be £27,976 - £29,500 depending on experience. Travel expenses over and above those to the base location will be reimbursed.

About the role
The Public Fundraising Manager (Appeals and Acquisition) is responsible for leading individual giving and engagement programmes through direct marketing and supporter care. The postholder shapes and delivers multi-year supporter acquisition and growth strategies and budgets, ensuring sustainable income and engagement. About the role
This role delivers the Pan-London Sexual Violence Alliance (PLSVA) prevention and outreach priorities, strengthening community and professional responses to sexual violence across London.

As the Community Prevention Worker, you will:
- Design and deliver inclusive community prevention programmes, awareness campaigns and training on sexual violence, consent, bystander intervention and male accountability.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with communities, grassroots organisations and statutory and voluntary sector agencies to improve awareness, responses and referral pathways.
- Work closely with Alliance Navigators, partner agencies and the other Community Prevention Worker to ensure consistent messaging, effective signposting and joined-up survivor pathways.
- Embed survivor voice and co-production through collaboration with the Fearless Collective (Experts by Experience).
- Monitor, evaluate and report on prevention and engagement activity, contributing to Alliance learning, impact reporting and service improvement.
- Model WGN’s feminist, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed practice and operate within safeguarding and good practice standards.
