Support Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Hounslow team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.
Position: S11335 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Hounslow. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Salary: Circa £16,400 per annum (inner London weighting £1,896 per annum or outer London weighting £1,092 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live) (FTE circa £27,435 per annum)

The Role
Reporting to Service Delivery Coach, key responsibilities will include:
- Organise and facilitate effective service communication for the benefit of stroke survivors and carers in understanding and achieving their goals.

You will have:
- Experience of providing person centred support to empower vulnerable people or people with a disability or long term health condition and their carers
- Ability to nurture emotional resilience needed to handle a variety of calls, potentially dealing with complex and challenging situations whilst working in your own home
- Effective listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse audience including anyone experiencing communication difficulties via a combination of face to face visits or meetings, telephone calls, emails or letters, and digital methods (such as video calls)

About the role
Listening Books is a national charity that provides an excellent audiobook lending service to anyone in the UK whose illness, disability, learning or mental health difficulty, impacts on their ability to read the printed word, or hold books. Our audiobook catalogue contains over 10,000 titles. We believe that books should be accessible to everyone.
The Membership and Recruitment Administrator will help increase referrals to our service, by building and developing relationships with local partner charities and other relevant organisations. They will allocate funding to eligible new and renewing sponsored members, helping to meet our funding requirements and expand the charity’s membership base.
They will undertake the retention of its sponsored and paying members, by contacting renewing individual and organisational members, with the intention of retaining as many as possible and encouraging their use of the audiobook service.
They will also provide administrative support to the charity, including answering the main telephone line and opening and processing post.
The Person we are looking for
We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our small team to help grow Listening Books' reach. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and research skills and attention to detail, a friendly, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and be comfortable speaking to members and partners on the phone or online.

· The administration of all open legacy cases including contentious matters
· Recording of all data related to legacy case administration on the First Class database and any other relevant Supporter CRM

· To assist the Legacy Case Manager with the preparation and management of all records for the annual external audit.
About You
· Good knowledge and experience in charity legacy administration, with a strong working knowledge of probate, and either hold - or be keen to work towards - a recognised professional legacy qualification (such as CiCLA)
· Exceptional attention to detail when managing casework, including reviewing legal documentation and estate accounts
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and professionally with supporters, legal professionals, and the public
· Proven experience of working collaboratively within a high-performing team
· Strong networking and relationship management skills.

About the Role
As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims via the telephone, then tailor the support to them explaining the services, and assessing the impact of crime. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions, and information to service users.
As a Caseworker you will:
- Manage a caseload of self-referred and referred service users, providing information and advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
- Conduct risk and needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support and information.
- Identify barriers to accessing services and work with partners to provide ongoing support.
- Keep accurate and confidential case records on a bespoke case management system.
- Make calls to offer support to victims of domestic abuse, delivering immediate support.
- Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those affected by crime who accept ongoing support.
- Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer.
- Work as part of a team with staff and the volunteer team to provide a seamless service to clients.
About You
You will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims and experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk and needs assessments would be beneficial.
You will need:

- Strong IT skills, including the ability to navigate and utilise bespoke case management systems effectively and an ability to use Microsoft Office applications to a high standard

This a unique and exciting opportunity to join Cranstoun’s domestic abuse team to deliver our specialist perpetrator interventions, across North Tyneside. Our behavioural change programmes are for those who perpetrate abusive behaviours in their relationships.
We are looking for motivated practitioners who either have experience of working within the Domestic Abuse sector or have worked in a similar related area and would like to develop their transferrable skills. The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker ConnectU St Albans role is to:
- Expand employment, health and wellbeing, and community engagement services into priority areas: Sopwell & Cottonmill, Park Street & Chiswell Green, and London Colney.
- Strengthen existing service provision for financial advice, food security, and homelessness support.
- Build strong local partnerships, volunteer networks, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Encourage and support clients to participate in group activities, workshops, and community-based mental health programs.
- Provide employment-related support as part of mental health and wellbeing recovery services, including goal setting, job readiness, and workplace adjustment support.
- Assist clients in developing CVs that reflect their strengths, skills, and recovery goals, supporting confidence and readiness for employment.
- Engage individuals with early-stage mental health needs or employment barriers through accessible, community-based support delivered in partnership with local organisations near client’s homes.
- Encourage and support clients to access volunteering opportunities that build skills, confidence, and community connection.
- Work from the local food bank every Friday from 10:00am–12:00pm as a point of contact for individuals to access support and information, including referrals and signposting to appropriate services.
- Hold a caseload proportionate to working hours, delivering support through home visits and community-based interventions.
- Provide practical support by transporting clients to external appointments to reduce barriers to access and promote wellbeing.

Childhood First enables children and young people to recover from early life abuse and relational trauma, to enjoy life and to achieve their potential.
